本实用新型属于流体输送装置技术领域，具体涉及用于管路连接的一种组合接头。
背景技术
在流体输送管路中，传统组合接头如图1所示，过渡接头1和软管接头体3之间通过螺母2旋紧，由于软管接头体3上设置有O型圈6，使得在螺母螺纹的拉紧力下过渡接头1的一端面5和软管接头体3的一端面4与中间的O型圈6接触，从而紧密结合达到密封效果。但在部分设备管路实际使用过程中，因温度过高，O型圈不耐高温高压而容易变形，长时间工作，造成设备管路漏油，影响使用。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出一种硬密封组合接头，其具体的技术方案如下：
一种组合接头，包括软管接头和过渡接头，其中所述软管接头包括软管接头体和螺母，其特征在于：所述软管接头体与过渡接头连接的一端表面为球面，所述过渡接头与软管接头体连接的一端设置呈内锥面。
本实用新型更进一步的技术特点是：
所述内锥面的锥面角度为60°-74°。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
由于本实用新型设计了具有内锥面的过渡接头，和具有球面的软管接头体，二者通过螺母旋紧，使得过渡接头的内锥面与软管接头体的球面配合并形成硬密封，取代了密封圈。在装入连接的管路中后，管道输送流体高压时，密封性能稳定性更好，并耐高温，延长了管道流体输送的寿命，结构简单同时又降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及本实用新型的实施例对本实用新型的一种组合接头作进一步详细的说明。
图2是本实用新型的一实施例的结构示意图，它包括软管接头和过渡接头1，其中所述软管接头包括软管接头体3和螺母2，其中所述软管接头体3与过渡接头连接的一端表面4为球面，所述过渡接头1与软管接头体3连接的一端5设置呈内锥面。
在本实施例中，所述内锥面的锥面角度为60°。在实际应用中，还可以设置为65°、70°或者74°。
由于本实用新型设计了具有内锥面的过渡接头1，和具有球面的软管接头体3，二者通过螺母2旋紧，使得过渡接头1的内锥面与软管接头体3的球面配合并形成硬密封，取代了密封圈6。在装入连接的管路中后，管道输送流体高压时，密封性能稳定性更好，并耐高温，延长了管道流体输送的寿命，结构简单同时又降低了成本。

2.如权利要求1所述的组合接头，其特征在于：所述内锥面的锥面角度为60°-74°。
