As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the scanning device 12 disposed at the cargo entrance 11 can collect the distribution information of the cargo by reading the bill, the barcode or the two-dimensional code of the cargo, and generate the distribution signal corresponding to the cargo based on the distribution information, and the scanning device 12 can further transmit the distribution signal to the signal receiver 15 of the transmission line 14 and the induction reading device 16 of the corresponding grid 13, respectively.
The signal receiver 15 can determine the corresponding compartment 13 of the goods according to the distribution signal, and accurately transmit the goods to the corresponding compartment 13 based on the distance from the goods entrance 11 to the corresponding compartment 13 and the speed of the transmission line 14; the goods can be accurately conveyed to the corresponding grid opening 13 by monitoring the conveying goods path.
The induction reading device 16 may generate transportation information for the dispensing container 2 below the gate 13 based on a delivery signal including delivery information such as a delivery destination, and write the transportation information into the rf tag 21 of the dispensing container 2. In addition, the sensing and reading device 16 can also close the corresponding grid 13 of a certain subpackage container 2 when the subpackage container 2 is full of goods, so that the goods cannot continuously fall into the subpackage container 2; and the dispatching transporter 3 is called to transport the separate packaging containers 2 when the separate packaging containers 2 are loaded with goods or are full of goods.
The identification device 41 provided on the platform 4 can obtain the transportation information of the cargo in the dispensing container 2 by reading the radio frequency tag 21 of the dispensing container 2 after the dispensing container 2 loaded with the cargo arrives at the platform 4.
The transportation information of the goods can be obtained before the goods are delivered through the signal transmission, the transportation information comprises information such as the origin, destination and delivery batch of the goods, the transportation information is recorded through the radio frequency tag 21, and the quick delivery of one vehicle and one single vehicle can be realized.
The platform 4 can read the transportation information recorded by the radio frequency tag 21 of the dispensing container 2 through the identification device 41, thereby acquiring information such as the origin, the destination, and the delivery batch of the goods in the dispensing container 2, and further realizing rapid delivery operation of the package from the sorting center to the next destination according to the box number, the destination, and the delivery batch.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the operation of a sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the goods to be sorted enters the sorting machine 1 from the goods entrance 11 for sorting, and the goods after sorting fall into the separate-loading container 2 from the plurality of grids 13 respectively. Because the scanning device 12 is arranged at the goods inlet 11 of the sorting machine 1, the goods to be sorted can be loaded into the same subpackaging container 2 at the same destination after being sorted by the sorting machine 1. An induction reading device 16 is provided in any of the cells 13, and whether or not the goods fall from the cell 13 is controlled by the induction reading device 16.
The separate containers 2 are transported to the platform 4 by the dispatching transport vehicle 3 for shipment after being filled with the goods. If the goods are also required to be subjected to the pre-shipment processing at the packing table 5, the separate containers 2 loaded with the goods to be processed at any of the bays 13 may be transported to the packing table 5 by the first dispatching transporter 31, and the separate containers 2 at the packing table 5 may be transported to the platform 4 by the second dispatching transporter 32.
In order to further explain the technical idea of the embodiment of the present invention, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is now described in conjunction with a specific application scenario.
Suppose that use in the warehouse of a certain pharmaceutical factory the embodiment of the utility model provides a sorting system, all kinds of medicines in its warehouse are direct to send to all places through this sorting system.
Wherein, the exterior of the medicine is pasted with a bar code or a two-dimensional code carrying delivery information such as a delivery destination; the sorting machine 1 is an inclined sorting machine; a laser scanner is used as the scanning device 12; the induction reading device 16 adopts a photoelectric proximity switch; using a cage vehicle as a split charging container 2; used as an AGV to schedule the transport vehicle 3; RFID is used as the identification means 41.
The medicines which need to be sent out from the warehouse are sorted and loaded through a sorting system, so that the medicines are sent to various places. Specifically, all the medicines enter the sorting machine 1 from the goods entrance 11, when the medicines pass through the goods entrance 11, the laser scanner scans a bar code or a two-dimensional code outside the medicines to acquire delivery information such as a delivery destination of the medicines to generate a delivery signal, and the laser scanner transmits the delivery signal to the signal receiver 15 and the induction reading device 16; next, the medicines enter the ring transmission line 142 through the connection transmission line 141, and the ring transmission line 142 transmits the medicines of the same delivery destination to the corresponding grid 13 based on information such as the delivery destination in the delivery signal of each medicine received by the signal receiver 15; when the medicine reaches the corresponding grid 13, the signal receiver 15 controls the part of the annular transmission line 142 connected with the grid 13 to incline towards the grid 13, so that the medicine enters the grid 13 and further falls into the cage, and then the induction reading device 16 generates transportation information for the medicine in the cage according to the distribution information in the received distribution signal and writes the transportation information into the radio frequency tag 21; then, the induction reading device 16 calls the AGV to convey the cage loaded with the medicine from the grid 13 to the packing platform 5 for pre-delivery treatment, and the AGV conveys the cage loaded with the medicine at the packing platform 5 to the platform 4; finally, the platform 4 reads the radio frequency tag 21 of the cage by using the RFID to obtain the transportation information of the medicine in the cage, so as to carry out the delivery according to the transportation information.
According to the above description, the scanning device arranged at the goods entrance reads the delivery information such as the delivery destination of the goods, so that the goods are classified, the number of required personnel is reduced, and the goods sorting efficiency is improved; the transmission line utilizes signal receiver to receive the delivery information, and the transmission line is sent the goods to corresponding check according to delivery information control transmission line to the realization is carried out the letter sorting operation simultaneously to the goods of different delivery destinations, has improved delivery efficiency. The radio frequency tag is used for recording the transportation information of the goods in the subpackaging container, the number of required personnel can be reduced in other subsequent links, and the delivery efficiency of the sorting system is further improved.

Claims (9)

1. A sorting system comprising a sorting machine (1), characterized in that the sorting machine (1) comprises a goods entrance (11), scanning means (12) arranged at the goods entrance (11), a plurality of bays (13), a conveyor line (14) connecting the goods entrance (11) with any one of the bays (13), and a signal receiver (15) mounted on the conveyor line (14); wherein,
the scanning device (12) collects the delivery information of the goods to generate a delivery signal corresponding to the goods, and sends the delivery signal to the signal receiver (15);
the transmission line (14) receives the distribution signal by the signal receiver (15), and transmits the cargo corresponding to the distribution signal to the corresponding bay (13).
2. Sorting system according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises sub-containers (2), said sub-containers (2) being movably arranged below any of said compartments (13) and said sub-containers (2) being externally provided with a radio frequency tag (21); the sorting machine (1) further comprises an induction reading device (16) arranged on the cell (13); wherein,
the scanning device (12) sends the distribution signal to the induction reading device (16) of the grid (13) corresponding to the goods;
the induction reading device (16) receives the distribution signal, generates transportation information according to the distribution signal, and sends the transportation information to the radio frequency tag (21) of the subpackaging container (2) so as to write the transportation information into the radio frequency tag (21).
3. Sorting system according to claim 2,
said conveying line (14) comprises a connecting conveying line (141) and a ring conveying line (142);
wherein at least one of said connecting conveyor lines (141) is provided between said cargo inlet (11) and said endless conveyor line (142);
the endless conveyor line (142) is connected to any of the cells (13).
4. Sorting system according to claim 3, characterised in that the sorting system further comprises a dispatching transporter (3) and a platform (4), and that the platform (4) is provided with identification means (41); wherein,
the dispatching transport vehicle (3) is used for transporting the subpackaging containers (2) between any grid (13) and the platform (4);
the identification means (41) is for reading the radio frequency tag (21) of the dispensing container (2).
5. Sorting system according to claim 4,
the induction reading device (16) identifies the residual capacity of the subpackage container (2), and controls whether goods on the ring-shaped conveying line (142) fall into the subpackage container (2) from the lattice opening (13) or not according to the residual capacity; and
the induction reading device (16) calls the dispatching transport vehicle (3).
6. Sorting system according to claim 4, characterised in that the sorting system further comprises a packing table (5); the dispatching transport vehicle (3) comprises a first dispatching transport vehicle (31) and a second dispatching transport vehicle (32); wherein,
the first dispatching transport vehicle (31) is used for transporting the subpackage container (2) between any grid opening (13) and the packing platform (5);
the second dispatching transporter (32) is used for transporting the subpackage container (2) between the packing platform (5) and the platform (4).
7. Sorting system according to any of claims 2-6,
the split charging container (2) is a cage vehicle or a cargo bag;
when the split charging container (2) is the cargo bag, a bag collecting frame (22) is arranged below any lattice opening (13), and the bag collecting frame (22) is used for placing the cargo bag.
8. Sorting system according to any of claims 1-6,
the sorting machine (1) is a baffle-type sorting machine, a floating-out sorting machine, an inclined sorting machine, a slider-type sorting machine, a tray-type sorting machine, a suspended sorting machine or a roller-type sorting machine.
9. Sorting system according to any of claims 1-6,
the scanning device (12) is a laser scanner or an optical character reading device.
