技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种菜籽烘干装置，特别是一种效率高的菜籽烘干装置。
背景技术
油菜籽也称为芸苔子，是十字花科作物油菜的果实，角果较长，结荚多，粒本饱满。油菜籽中油脂的含量为37.5％-46.3％。根据油菜的类型不同其油脂含量略有不同。是中国主要油料作物和蜜源作物之一，其籽粒是制浸油脂原料主要品种之一。
刚收获的油菜籽含水率大约在20％左右，需要干燥至安全含水率(7-10％)才能贮存。由于我国油菜种植、收获等生产环节机械化作业水平均相对叫低。因此，目前油菜籽主要是采用自然晾晒方式。但在我国南方，油菜的收获时间往往正处于梅雨季节，高温、高湿环境易使油菜籽发芽或霉变。且自然晾晒，效率低，需要每天将菜籽翻面，劳动强度大，且人工翻面容易使得菜籽晾晒不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种菜籽烘干装置，本实用新型效率高，劳动强度低，且干燥均匀。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种菜籽烘干装置，包括置于支撑架上的加热室，加热室与进气管连接，进气管与收集腔联通，收集腔上设有出气孔，收集腔上方设有网格板，网格板上对称设置弹簧，弹簧与放置盘连接，放置盘为网状结构，放置盘的内壁放置无纺布，网格板上还设有偏心轮，偏心轮与放置盘连接，进气管与外界联通的一端设有风机，进气管内设有电热丝。
前述的菜籽烘干装置中，所述加热室的四周设有热水箱，，热水箱上设有进水管和出水管。
前述的菜籽烘干装置中，所述热水箱内错开设置挡板。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过风机将风鼓入进气管中，电热丝对空气进行加热，加热后的空气经进气管流入收集腔中，再经出气孔流出，经网格板流入放置盘中，与放置盘中待干燥的菜籽接触，进行烘干，同时偏心轮工作，与使得放置盘上下小振幅抖动，使得放置盘中的菜籽进行翻转，增加与热空气的接触，且翻转可使上下面的菜籽干燥均匀。设置热水箱，使得加热室内的热能也不会外溢或者说外溢较少，使加热室内的热能更加集中，干燥效率高。在热水箱内交错设置挡板，这样能使水在水箱中停留时间长，可使加热室内热能集中的时间长，干燥效率更高。设置无纺布，将无纺布放置在放置盘内，可将带烘干的油菜籽放在无纺布上，避免菜籽漏入加热室中，且当菜籽烘干后，只需将无纺布边缘向上提，即可进行收集，工作效率高，本实用新型采用热空气对菜籽进行烘干，与自然晾晒相比，干燥效率高。

一种菜籽烘干装置，构成如图1和图2所示，包括置于支撑架1上的加热室2，加热室2与进气管3连接，进气管3与收集腔4联通，收集腔4上设有出气孔5，收集腔4上方设有网格板6，网格板6上对称设置弹簧7，弹簧7与放置盘8连接，放置盘8为网状结构，放置盘8的内壁放置无纺布9，网格板6上还设有偏心轮10，偏心轮10与放置盘8连接，偏心轮10的轴按常规技术与电机连接；进气管3与外界联通的一端设有风机11，进气管3内设有电热丝12，电热丝12按常规技术经导线与电源连接。
所述加热室2的四周设有热水箱13，热水箱13上设有进水管15和出水管16。
所述热水箱13内错开设置挡板14。
工作原理：风机11工作，将风鼓入进气管3中，打开与电热丝12连接的电源，电热丝12工作对空气进行加热，加热后的空气经进气管3流入收集腔4中，再经出气孔5流出，经网格板6流入放置盘8中，与放置盘8中待干燥的菜籽接触，进行烘干，同时启动与偏心轮10工作，与使得放置盘8上下小振幅抖动，使得放置盘8中的菜籽进行翻转，增加与热空气的接触，且翻转可使上下面的菜籽干燥均匀，直至油菜籽含水率符合要求。

1.一种菜籽烘干装置，其特征在于：包括置于支撑架(1)上的加热室(2)，加热室(2)与进气管(3)连接，进气管(3)与收集腔(4)联通，收集腔(4)上设有出气孔(5)，收集腔(4)上方设有网格板(6)，网格板(6)上对称设置弹簧(7)，弹簧(7)与放置盘(8)连接，放置盘(8)为网状结构，放置盘(8)的内壁放置无纺布(9)，网格板(6)上还设有偏心轮(10)，偏心轮(10)与放置盘(8)连接，进气管(3)与外界联通的一端设有风机(11)，进气管(3)内设有电热丝(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的菜籽烘干装置，其特征在于：所述加热室(2)的四周设有热水箱(13)，热水箱(13)上设有进水管(15)和出水管(16)。
