本实用新型实施例公开了一种新型蔬菜种植大棚,包括棚体以及设于棚体内的温控菜床,其中,所述棚体由棚体龙骨支撑且顶部采用PE膜构成,棚体四周的侧面均采用通风网构成;所述温控菜床包括床体、空调设备、种植包,所述空调设备设于棚体外,所述种植包设于床体上,所述床体内腔中空通风且与外部空调设备相连,床体四周的侧面及底部均采用保温板构成,床体顶部采用导温板构成,空调设备根据需要送风调节棚体内的温度。本实用新型实施例通过采用通风网构成棚体四周的侧面以及采用温控菜床进行灌溉保温,解决了不能与外界环境互通以及不能有效防止虫害的问题,进而满足了人们种植绿色、天然蔬菜的需求。

[0001]本实用新型涉及农业技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型蔬菜种植大棚。
背景技术
[0002]随着高分子聚合物一聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯的产生,塑料薄膜广泛应用于农业。日本及 欧美国家于50年代初期应用温室薄膜覆盖温床获得成功,随后又覆盖小棚及温室也获得良 好效果。我国于1955年秋引进聚氯乙烯农用薄膜,首先在北京用于小棚覆盖蔬菜,获得了早 熟增产的效果。大棚原是蔬菜生产的专用设备,随着生产的发展大棚的应用越加广泛。当前 大棚已用于盆花及切花栽培;果树生广用于栽培葡萄、草奪、西瓜、甜瓜、桃及柑結等;林业 生产用于林木育苗、观赏树木的培养等;养殖业用于养蚕、养鸡、养牛、养猪、鱼及鱼苗等。 [0003]然而,现有的大棚均为封闭式的,且对病虫害的防治效果并不好,不能满足人们种 植绿色、天然蔬菜的需求。 实用新型内容

[0005]为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型实施例提出了一种新型蔬菜种植大棚,包括 棚体,还包括设于棚体内的温控菜床,其中,所述棚体由棚体龙骨支撑且顶部采用pE膜构 成,棚体四周的侧面均采用通风网构成;所述温控菜床包括床体、空调设备、种植包,所述空 调设备设于棚体外,所述种植包设于床体上,所述床体内腔中空通风且与外部空调设备相 连,床体四周的侧面及底部均采用保温板构成,床体顶部采用导温板构成,空调设备根据需 要送风调节棚体内的温度。

[0033] 棚体由棚体龙骨支撑且顶部采用PE膜构成。由于大气污染物主要含有二氧化硫和 氟化氢,二氧化硫导致酸雨,可使土壤酸化,病害增多,蔬菜产量降低甚至死亡,氟化氢是导 致蔬菜品质下降的最主要原因之一,落尘中的氟化氢很多,极易被蔬菜吸收;本实用新型实 施例采用PE膜构成棚体顶部,在透光的同时能够有效遮挡酸雨落尘,可以有效避免暴雨、冰 雹、酸雨和落尘威胁,提高蔬菜品质。
[0034]棚体四周的侧面均采用通风网构成,能够有效避免虫害,且蔬菜无需喷洒农药。棚 体侧面还开设有入口。本实用新型实施例采用通风网构成棚体四周的侧面,以物理的方法 避免虫害,无需喷洒农药,因此没有农药残留;此外,本实用新型实施例用防虫的通风网围 合四面,可以保持自然通风,保证棚内与外界环境互通互动,自然通风可以对蒸腾作用及光 合作用产生正面影响,有利蔬菜在自然环境下健康茁壮生长。
[0035]请参照图4,温控菜床包括床体、空调设备、种植(图未示出),温控菜床有效控制种 植的温度,保证蔬菜成长。空调设备设于棚体外,种植包(用于种植蔬菜)设于床体上。床体 内腔中空通风且与外部空调设备相连,床体四周的侧面及底部均采用保温板(例如,可采用 模板加泡沫板组成保温板)构成,床体顶部采用导温板(优选地,采用钢板作为导温板)构 成。空调设备根据需要送风调节棚体内的温度。床体底部和侧立面均为保温层(保温板),防 止能量散失,提高温控效率,床体内腔中空通风,空调设备根据需要向腔内送风,保证新型 蔬菜种植大棚内的温度。
[0036]作为一种实施方式,导温板上开设有用于储水的凹槽(例如,可采用滴灌给水的方 式进行灌概),凹槽上覆盖有用于防止水分流失的保水膜(优选地,保水膜为塑料薄膜),凹 槽内还设有用于保持水分、保持湿度的海绵,保证蔬菜生长的温度和湿度保持。一般十字花 科及叶菜科蔬菜适宜的生长温度在15°c-25°c之间,本实用新型实施例的温控菜床采用通 风管道原理,床体顶部采用导温板(导温层),导温板上开设凹槽,凹槽上覆盖保水膜凹槽内 放置海绵(保水层),床体内部中空且连通空调设备,通过空调设备调节温控菜床温度,通过 保水层控制蔬菜种植包周边湿度,同时保水层可保证整条菜床温度均衡,保证适合蔬菜生 长可以获得适宜的小气候。
