Abstract
本实用新型涉及焦化领域,是涉及一种基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,包括工艺单元和联供系统,工艺单元包括依次连接的焦化尾气净化单元、甲烷化单元和液化单元,联供系统包括燃气发电机组、无补燃单压余热锅炉和烟气‑热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组;利用焦化尾气制LNG,利用净化后的焦炉煤气做燃料气,对各种焦化煤气综合利用方案均可配置相应的冷热电三联供系统,通过灵活选择发电机组、余热锅炉及溴冷机组,可适应各种工况,包括孤网运行的工艺装置。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及焦化领域,具体地说,是涉及一种基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统。
背景技术
焦化尾气,即焦炉煤气是焦炭生产时的副产品,其主要成分有:氢气、甲烷气体、一氧化碳以及非常少量的不饱和烯烃,这些组分大多是稀缺资源。焦化尾气在气体发电、气体燃料和化工方面具有非常重要的用途。然而最近几年,焦化尾气的回收效益比较低,有不少焦化尾气被浪费掉。如何合理回收利用焦化尾气,使得其综合利用率提升,利用范围扩展是目前亟待需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,利用焦化尾气制LNG,利用净化后的焦炉煤气做燃料气,对各种焦化煤气综合利用方案均可配置相应的冷热电三联供系统,通过灵活选择发电机组、余热锅炉及溴冷机组,可适应各种工况,包括孤网运行的工艺装置。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,包括工艺单元和联供系统,所述的工艺单元包括依次连接的焦化尾气净化单元、甲烷化单元和液化单元,所述的联供系统包括燃气发电机组、无补燃单压余热锅炉和烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组;所述的焦化尾气净化单元内焦化尾气自焦化工序,其含有较多杂质,诸如:H2S、有机硫、萘、芳烃、HCN、焦油、尘;经粗脱油脱萘后,进入气柜储存,再由焦化尾气压缩机增压后,依次经精脱油、精脱萘、粗脱硫、脱苯脱氨、二级加氢脱硫完成净化以除去杂质,再进入甲烷化单元,得到合成天然气,采用中温甲烷化工艺,在490℃进行大量甲烷化(二段串联、循环外移热),将焦化尾气中绝大部分CO、CO2、H2转化为CH4,在300℃左右进行补充甲烷化(一段、绝热反应),将焦化尾气变为合成天然气(SNG),使其中CO、CO2降低至30ppm 以下。
所述的合成天然气再经预冷脱水后,进入液化单元,脱氢脱氮后,采用混合冷剂制冷流程,将SNG液化为液化天然气LNG,进入储罐存贮。将该工艺单元中经净化后的焦化尾气,经燃料气缓冲罐输送至燃气发电机组,将焦化尾气中的热能转换成机械能,然后通过拖动的发电机转化成电能,所述的燃气发电机组排出的高温烟气分为两部分,一部分通往无补燃单压余热锅炉,产低压饱和蒸汽,进入管网后送焦化装置使用;另一部分送往烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组,产7℃空调水送工艺单元使用,燃气发电机组产生的高温缸套水,与高温烟气一起进入烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组。
所述的甲烷化单元包括依次连接的一段甲烷化、二段甲烷化和三段甲烷化,所述的一段甲烷化、二段甲烷化步骤还设置有循环气压缩机达到二段串联循环外移热的功能。
高温烟气送工艺单元使用,是送往合成天然气预冷步骤和混合冷剂压缩机各级冷却步骤。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型提供了一种基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,具有以下优点:
1、利用炼焦副产品——焦化尾气生产清洁能源——LNG,附加值巨大;
2、根据工艺装置的公用工程需求,配置冷热电联供系统,完全做到自给自足,通过合理的配置,可实现孤网或并网运行,减少了项目所在地电气负荷需求;
3、根据装置公用工程中冷、热、电的比例,可灵活选择燃气内燃机(发电效率高)或燃气轮机(发电效率略低)进行供电,可选各种型式的锅炉与溴化锂机组,用以生产不同数量与品位的热(低压饱和蒸汽、次中压过热蒸汽、中压过热蒸汽)与冷,以适应各种不同的焦化尾气利用方案。
本实用新型提供一种利用焦化尾气制LNG,并实现装置冷热电三联供的综合利用流程,可大幅提高焦化尾气的综合利用水平,并最大程度回收发电机组烟气余热,优化主体工艺装置设备选型及降低运行能耗,克服了目前焦化装置尾气综合利用率不高、回收效益低的技术问题。
加强焦化尾气的综合利用,并根据工艺装置的公用工程消耗,配套燃气发电机组、余热锅炉和溴冷机组,形成焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供(CCHP) 系统。使各个企业不论规模大、中、小全都能够掌握先进的焦化尾气综合利用技术,在最大程度上提高焦化尾气的综合利用水平。同时,合理配置的联供机组可保证整套装置在孤网或并网条件下平稳运行。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示:一种基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,包括工艺单元和联供系统,所述的工艺单元包括依次连接的焦化尾气净化单元、甲烷化单元和液化单元,所述的联供系统包括燃气发电机组、无补燃单压余热锅炉和烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组;所述的焦化尾气净化单元内焦化尾气自焦化工序,其含有较多杂质,诸如:H2S、有机硫、萘、芳烃、HCN、焦油、尘;经粗脱焦油脱萘1后,进入气柜2储存,再由焦化尾气压缩机3增压后,依次经(精脱油、精脱萘、粗脱硫、脱苯脱氨)4二级加氢脱硫5完成净化以除去杂质,再进入甲烷化单元,得到合成天然气,采用中温甲烷化工艺,在490℃进行大量甲烷化(二段串联、循环外移热),将焦化尾气中绝大部分CO、CO2、H2转化为CH4,在300℃左右进行补充甲烷化(一段、绝热反应),将焦化尾气变为合成天然气 (SNG),使其中CO、CO2降低至30ppm以下。
所述的合成天然气再经合成气预冷10预冷脱水后,进入液化单元,即先进入冷箱11,脱氢脱氮后,采用混合冷剂压缩机12混合冷剂制冷流程,将SNG液化为液化天然气LNG,进入储罐存贮。将该工艺单元中经净化后的焦化尾气,经燃料气缓冲罐输送至燃气发电机组13,将焦化尾气中的热能转换成机械能,然后通过拖动的发电机转化成电能,所述的燃气发电机组13排出的高温烟气分为两部分,一部分通往无补燃单压余热锅炉14,产低压饱和蒸汽,进入管网后送焦化装置使用;另一部分送往烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组15,产7℃空调水送工艺单元使用,燃气发电机组13产生的高温缸套水,与高温烟气一起进入烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组15。
所述的甲烷化单元包括依次连接的一段甲烷化6、二段甲烷化7和三段甲烷化8,所述的一段甲烷化6、二段甲烷化7步骤还设置有循环气压缩机9达到二段串联循环外移热的功能。
高温烟气送工艺单元使用,是送往合成天然气预冷步骤和混合冷剂压缩机 12各级冷却步骤。
具体设计步骤如下:
1)确定尾气综合利用方式(甲烷化制SNG/LNG,制甲醇/合成氨/醇胺联产等); 2)根据技术方案计算工艺装置、公辅工程消耗(电负荷、蒸汽用量及品位、冷量)
3)计算冷、热、电三者比例,确定联供原则“以汽定电”、“以电定冷”还是其他;根据电负荷确定发电机组选燃气内燃机还是燃气轮机;
4)根据烟气质量及温度,确定余热锅炉类型,是否带省煤器/过热器;
5)根据烟气/热水相对数量,确定溴冷机组类型;
6)根据项目所在地市电情况,确定是否孤网,同时考虑相应的启动/备用机组,并考虑黑启动发电机。

Claims (5)
1.基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,其特征在于,包括工艺单元和联供系统,所述的工艺单元包括依次连接的焦化尾气净化单元、甲烷化单元和液化单元,所述的联供系统包括燃气发电机组、无补燃单压余热锅炉和烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组;所述的焦化尾气净化单元内焦化尾气经粗脱油脱萘后,进入气柜储存,再由焦化尾气压缩机增压后,净化,再进入甲烷化单元,得到合成天然气,所述的合成天然气再经预冷脱水后,进入液化单元,从而制成液化天然气,将该工艺单元中经净化后的焦化尾气,经燃料气缓冲罐输送至燃气发电机组,将焦化尾气中的热能转换成机械能,然后通过拖动的发电机转化成电能,所述的燃气发电机组排出的高温烟气分为两部分,一部分通往无补燃单压余热锅炉,产低压饱和蒸汽,进入管网后送焦化装置使用;另一部分送往烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组,产7℃空调水送工艺单元使用,燃气发电机组产生的高温缸套水,与高温烟气一起进入烟气-热水混合型溴化锂冷水机组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,其特征在于,所述的净化为增压后的焦化尾气依次经精脱油、精脱萘、粗脱硫、脱苯脱氨、二级加氢脱硫完成净化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,其特征在于,所述的甲烷化单元包括依次连接的一段甲烷化、二段甲烷化和三段甲烷化,所述的一段甲烷化、二段甲烷化步骤还设置有循环气压缩机达到二段串联循环外移热的功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,其特征在于,所述的液化单元内合成天然气脱氢脱氮后,采用混合冷剂压缩机制冷流程,将合成天然气制成液化天然气,进入储罐存贮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦化尾气综合利用的冷热电三联供系统,其特征在于,高温烟气送工艺单元使用,是送往合成天然气预冷步骤和混合冷剂压缩机各级冷却步骤。
