本实用新型涉及电池,尤其涉及一种大铝壳锂电池。
背景技术
现有大铝壳锂电池的结构为正/负极都是在极片头部处焊接极耳,极片卷绕后,正/负极耳都是从卷芯的两端引出,卷芯的两极耳中间用高温胶带压紧固定,然后入壳后直接焊接于盖板上进行整盖。而现有组装结构由于极片卷绕后,正极片处在卷芯最外层且仅贴一块胶带,卷芯体没有任何防护层,当卷芯入壳时由于卷芯体较紧或入壳角度手法不对,容易导致卷芯体底部隔膜或卷芯体与钢壳壳口发生挤压碰撞,卷芯体容易破损,产生电芯内部短路。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提供了一种大铝壳锂电池。
本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种大铝壳锂电池,包括铝壳筒体、铝壳盖板和卷芯体,所述铝壳盖板上设有正极耳片,所述盖板上设有一负极耳片,所述卷芯体表面设有一层绝缘保护膜。
所述绝缘保护膜厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。
所述卷芯绝缘保护膜尺寸与卷芯体相匹配。
所述卷芯绝缘保护膜由耐腐蚀、耐高温材料制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:由于本实用新型的技术方案的极片卷绕后,在卷芯体表面设有一绝缘保护膜,确保卷芯体入壳与铝壳壳口不会直接进行挤压碰撞,避免电芯内部短路。

所述绝缘保护膜14厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。所述卷芯绝缘保护膜14尺寸与卷芯体相匹配。所述卷芯绝缘保护膜14由耐腐蚀、耐高温材料制成。
