Abstract

本实用新型涉及汽车气压制动装置的改进。其 主要特征是在原有的制动装置的基础上增设了相互 独立的左后轮制动装置和右后轮制动装置,这三套制 动装置可以单独使用,也可联合使用,且不改变原来 的使用习惯。通常使用原来的制动装置,当急转弯时 可使用相应方向的制动装置,这样可在一定程度上避 免翻车事故。

Description

本实用新型涉及汽车气压制动装置的改进。
现有的汽车中装备的气压制动装置主要是由空气压缩机、贮气筒、制动阀、制动踏板及前、后制动气室组成一个同步制动系统,因此,在快速急转弯时刹车制动极易发生翻车事故。
本实用新型的目的就是为解决前、后轮同步制动时所存在的缺点而设置的一套新的制动装置,同时又不影响原有的制动装置及使用习惯。
上述目的是这样实现的:原有的制动装置不变,新增设了相互独立的左后轮制动装置和右后轮制动装置,它们都是由各自的制动踏板、制动阀、制动气室组成,制动踏板通过连杆机构控制制动阀,制动阀可以和原有的制动阀共用同一气源,制动气室与原有的制动气室独立地对后轮进行制动。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型可使汽车左后轮和右后轮分开制动,也可同时制动,这样不改变原有的使用习惯,当向左转弯时制动左轮,当向右转弯时制动右轮,或左侧制动大于右侧,或相反。因此,在急转弯时使用上述方法可在很大程度上避免翻车事故,同时也使司机能够更准确、更有把握地控制汽车。

如图1所示,空气压缩机100向贮气筒300提供压缩空气,从贮气筒一端联出一管道600,其上并联三个制动阀500、501、502和一个压力表200,其中制动阀500为原有制动装置的制动阀,该原有的制动装置还包括:制动踏板400通过连杆机构700控制制动阀500,从制动阀500联出两管道801、802分别联接前轮左、右制动气室907、908和后轮左、右制动气室905、906。新设的左后轮制动装置包括:制动踏板401通过连杆机构701联接控制制动阀501,该阀联接控制一管道703,管道703另一端联接左后轮制动气室903,制动气室903、905相互独立地驱动同一个凸轮制动机构。新设的右后轮制动装置包括:制动踏板402通过连杆机构702联接控制制动阀502,该阀联接控制一管道704,管道704另一端联接右后轮制动气室904,同样,制动气室904、906也互为独立地驱动同一凸轮制动机构。至此,可以看出原制动装置和新设的左、右轮制动装置是相互独立的,它们可以单独使用,也可联合使用。

Claims (2)

1、一种新型汽车气压制动装置,它由空气压缩机100、贮气筒300、制动踏板400、制动阀500、前轮制动气室907、908和后轮制动气室905、906组成,其特征在于增设了相互独立的左后轮制动装置和右后轮制动装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于左后轮制动装置是由左制动踏板401、左制动阀501、左轮制动气室903组成,左制动踏板401通过连杆机构701控制左制动阀501,左制动阀501通过管道703控制左制动气室903,右后轮制动装置是由右制动踏板402、右制动阀502、右轮制动气室904组成,右制动踏板402通过连杆机构702控制右制动阀502,右制动阀502通过管道704控制右轮制动气室904。
