本实用新型涉及一种调节阀,具体涉及一种新型水量自动调节阀结构,属于进水阀设备领域。
背景技术
水箱作为机械设备中常见零部件之一,它的性能和工作质量的优良对生产有着巨大的影响。因此,调节阀作为水箱的控制系统之一,它的研发和设计就显得尤为重要。传统的要么调节阀与水箱为密封结构;要么调节阀与水槽为密封结构,利用密封空间的气压差原理来调节进出水,因此水箱和水槽内部位置产生的污垢和积水难以清洗、处理。并且水阀与水箱之间通过螺纹扭接的方式连接,日常安装和清洁时,需要手动拧螺纹的动作才能安装和拆开清洁,十分不方便,而且徒增了使用人员的工作强度。
为此,如何提供一种结构简单,安装拆分方便并且易于清洗内部的调节阀结构是本实用新型的研究目的。
实用新型内容
针对上有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型水量自动调节阀结构,通过浮桶、密封件和弹簧之间的配合实现自动开关,并且剔除繁琐的结构,工作状态稳定,易于清洗。
为解决现有技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型水量自动调节阀结构,包括:水箱组件和底座组件;所述的水箱组件包括:箱体、进水口、弹簧、密封环、顶杆、顶杆转轴、托盘、浮桶和浮桶转轴;所述的底座组件包括:底座主体和撑筋;所述的箱体设置为倒凸型结构;所述的箱体中部设置一进水口;所述的顶杆竖插式设在所述的进水口中间位置;所述的顶杆顶部设置一密封环;所述的托盘设在所述的顶杆一侧;所述的弹簧环绕式设在所述的顶杆外侧;所述的浮桶设在所述的箱体底部并远离顶杆的一侧;所述的浮桶中部位置设置一浮桶转轴;所述的顶杆底端与所述的浮桶通过一顶杆转轴连接;所述的底座组件设在所述的水箱组件下方;所述的底座主体设置为凹形结构;所述的撑筋设在所述的底座主体内侧,并托盘的正下方。
进一步的,所述的密封环的材料选取为硅胶或橡胶材料。
进一步的,所述的水箱组件与所述的底座组件相匹配。
进一步的,所述的顶杆的直径尺寸小于所述的进水口的直径尺寸。
进一步的,所述的密封环的直径尺寸大于所述的进水口的直径尺寸。
进一步的,所述的水箱组件与所述的底座组件可分离式设置。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更加理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图1-4对本实用新型做进一步的分析。
一种新型水量自动调节阀结构,包括:水箱组件1和底座组件2;水箱组件1包括:箱体3、进水口4、弹簧5、密封环6、顶杆7、顶杆转轴8、托盘9、浮桶10、浮桶转轴11;底座组件2包括:底座主体12、撑筋13;箱体3设置为倒凸型结构;箱体3中部设置一进水口4;顶杆7竖插式设在进水口4中间位置,顶杆7的直径尺寸小于进水口4的直径尺寸,保证水流可以顺利从顶杆7与进水口4之间的间隙流入;顶杆7顶部设置一密封环6,密封环6的材料选取为硅胶或橡胶材料,密封效果更好;密封环6的直径尺寸大于进水口4的直径尺寸,保证封水时密封环6可以阻塞住进水口4,防止水流进入进水口4;托盘9设在顶杆7一侧;弹簧5环绕式设在顶杆7外侧;浮桶10设在箱体1底部并远离顶杆7的一侧;浮桶10中部位置设置一浮桶转轴11;顶杆7底端与浮桶10通过一顶杆转轴8连接;底座组件2设在水箱组件1下方,水箱组件1与底座组件2相匹配;水箱组件1与底座组件2可分离式设置,方便清洁;底座主体12设置为凹形结构;撑筋13设在底座主体12内侧,并托盘9的正下方。
具体实施例一:当本实用新型需要封水时,如图1所示,底座组件2上的撑筋13顶住托盘9克服掉弹簧5的弹力,使得顶杆7的上下运动完全由浮桶10的扛杆原理来进行控制,当水位达到一定高度时,顶杆7被下拉,使得装配于顶杆7的密封环6密封住进水口4,水流不会向下流,达到封水作用。
具体实施例二:当本实用新型需要补水时,如图2所示,水位下降到一定高度,浮桶10下沉而使得顶杆7被上拉,使得装配于顶杆7的密封环6离开进水口4,水自动下流,达到补水作用。
具体实施例三:当本实用新型需要清洁时,如图3、4所示,水箱组件1和底座组件2分离,方便试用人员分别对水箱组件1和底座组件2进行清洁;并且当水箱组件1从底座组件2提起后,弹簧5压住托盘9,托盘9压住顶杆7克服浮桶10自重扛杆产生使用顶杆7向上的力,使得装配于顶杆7的密封环6仍然起密封作用,水不会向下流出。
本实用新型通过浮桶、密封件和弹簧之间的配合实现自动开关,并且剔除繁琐的结构,工作状态稳定,易于清洗。结构简单,使用方便,并有效地提高了自动调节水量的效率。

1.一种新型水量自动调节阀结构,其特征在于:包括:水箱组件和底座组件;所述的水箱组件包括:箱体、进水口、弹簧、密封环、顶杆、顶杆转轴、托盘、浮桶和浮桶转轴;所述的底座组件包括:底座主体和撑筋;所述的箱体设置为倒凸型结构;所述的箱体中部设置一进水口;所述的顶杆竖插式设在所述的进水口中间位置;所述的顶杆顶部设置一密封环;所述的托盘设在所述的顶杆一侧;所述的弹簧环绕式设在所述的顶杆外侧;所述的浮桶设在所述的箱体底部并远离顶杆的一侧;所述的浮桶中部位置设置一浮桶转轴;所述的顶杆底端与所述的浮桶通过一顶杆转轴连接;所述的底座组件设在所述的水箱组件下方;所述的底座主体设置为凹形结构;所述的撑筋设在所述的底座主体内侧,并托盘的正下方。
