背景技术
现有的电视机机壳都是固定式的结构，内部导柱在生产时就已经固定，当电视机部件进行改动时，预先生产的机壳就无法使用，造成了机壳的大量浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种采用铝板散热的结构合理、调节方便、安装效果好的电视机机壳。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，它包括有罩体，罩体前侧设有安装边，安装边前侧壁与电视机前罩连接，罩体后侧壁中部向后突出形成散热室，散热室两端的罩体后侧壁上设有侧散热窗，散热室上部设有后散热窗，安装边后侧壁上固定有调节滑轨，调节滑轨上活动安装有滑块，安装后的滑块表面与安装边表面位于同一垂直面上，滑块上设有若干个安装孔。
所述的调节滑轨为两条，沿竖直方向安装在安装边上，安装后的两条调节滑轨位于散热室两侧。
所述的调节滑轨前侧壁上设有限位凹槽，滑块后侧壁上设有与限位凹槽相配合的嵌块，嵌块与限位凹槽嵌合。
所述的滑块上设有锁紧螺栓，并通过锁紧螺栓安装在调节滑轨上。
所述的侧散热窗、后散热窗内均设有采用金属材料制成的滤尘网板。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，滑块表面与安装边齐平，有利于电视机屏幕的安装，同时滑块可以根据电视机各部件的位置进行相应的调整，侧散热窗、后散热窗用于通风散热，散热室内可以根据需要安装散热风机，采用本方案后的结构合理、调节方便、安装效果好。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1，本实施例所述的采用铝板散热的电视机机壳包括有罩体1，罩体1前侧设有安装边2，安装边2前侧壁与电视机前罩连接，罩体1后侧壁中部向后突出形成散热室3，散热室3两端的罩体1后侧壁上设有侧散热窗4，散热室3上部设有后散热窗5，侧散热窗4、后散热窗5内均设有采用金属材料制成的滤尘网板，安装边2后侧壁上固定有调节滑轨6，调节滑轨6为两条，沿竖直方向安装在安装边2上，安装后的两条调节滑轨6位于散热室3两侧，调节滑轨6上活动安装有滑块7，安装后的滑块7表面与安装边2表面位于同一垂直面上，滑块7上设有锁紧螺栓，并通过锁紧螺栓安装在调节滑轨6上，滑块7上设有若干个安装孔8，调节滑轨6前侧壁上设有限位凹槽9，滑块7后侧壁上设有与限位凹槽9相配合的嵌块，嵌块与限位凹槽9嵌合。本实施例的滑块表面与安装边齐平，有利于电视机屏幕的安装，同时滑块可以根据电视机各部件的位置进行相应的调整，侧散热窗、后散热窗用于通风散热，散热室内可以根据需要安装散热风机，采用本实施例后的结构合理、调节方便、安装效果好。

1.采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，其特征在于：它包括有罩体(1)，罩体(1)前侧设有安装边(2)，安装边(2)前侧壁与电视机前罩连接，罩体(1)后侧壁中部向后突出形成散热室(3)，散热室(3)两端的罩体(1)后侧壁上设有侧散热窗(4)，散热室(3)上部设有后散热窗(5)，安装边(2)后侧壁上固定有调节滑轨(6)，调节滑轨(6)上活动安装有滑块(7)，安装后的滑块(7)表面与安装边(2)表面位于同一垂直面上，滑块(7)上设有若干个安装孔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，其特征在于：调节滑轨(6)为两条，沿竖直方向安装在安装边(2)上，安装后的两条调节滑轨(6)位于散热室(3)两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，其特征在于：调节滑轨(6)前侧壁上设有限位凹槽(9)，滑块(7)后侧壁上设有与限位凹槽(9)相配合的嵌块，嵌块与限位凹槽(9)嵌合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，其特征在于：滑块(7)上设有锁紧螺栓，并通过锁紧螺栓安装在调节滑轨(6)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的采用铝板散热的电视机机壳，其特征在于：侧散热窗(4)、后散热窗(5)内均设有采用金属材料制成的滤尘网板。
