技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种搅拌装置，尤其是一种用于兽药液体配液罐的搅拌装置。
背景技术
配液罐用于中药、食品、化工行业等液体物料的配置、贮存，可在夹套内通入蒸汽或冷却水使物料处于最佳温度下，通过搅拌机的搅拌，避免物料沉淀，传动部位采用机械密封，确保无污染，是针剂、大输液药液浓配、稀配的首选设备，具有效率高，操作方便等特点。但是，常用的配液罐都在罐体底部进行搅拌，搅拌不充分。申请人所使用的配液罐的搅拌装置是在配液管的外顶部设置电机及减速机，减速机通过转轴与直立于配液罐中的搅拌轴相连，搅拌轴的中部对称固定有一对叶片，由于配液罐体积比较大，高度也比较高，整体的搅拌效果不是太理想，上下搅拌不太均匀，有必要对此做进一步的技术改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种用于兽药液体配液罐的搅拌装置，该装置结构简单，操作方便，搅拌均匀，尤其是能实现上下搅拌，翻转功能。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：
一种用于兽药液体配液罐的搅拌装置，包括安装于配液罐外顶部的电机及减速机，减速机通过联轴器与配液罐内的一纵向绞龙，绞龙上非对称安装有多组叶片，所述叶片垂直于绞龙，所述叶片为螺旋扭曲状；所述绞龙底部为圆柱状，活动安装于一轴承中，轴承外圈上均匀与三根水平连杆的一端固定连接，连杆另一端固定于配液罐内壁上。
所述叶片设置有三组，且三组叶片由上至下均匀分布在绞龙上，三组叶片沿竖向在同一水平平面上的投影之间的夹角均为120°。
所述叶片的宽度为10cm。
所述绞龙底部距离配液罐内底部为20cm。
所述绞龙的螺旋升角为20°。
本实用新型通过将原搅拌轴改为绞龙，使用时可以将置于配液罐中的中药沿绞龙由底部上翻到配液罐上部，非对称设置的叶片能够使中药翻转更均匀，提高药物的制备效率。叶片宽度由现有的60cm改成10cm，能够减小对中药在其上的缠绕。采用本实用新型的技术方案，经试验，能够大大提高配液罐中的混合效率，节省能源和资金，同时使配液罐的使用效率能够提高10%以上。

如图1所示，用于兽药液体配液罐的搅拌装置，包括安装于配液罐1外顶部的电机及减速机2，减速机通过联轴器与配液罐1内的一纵向绞龙3，绞龙3上非对称安装有多组叶片4，所述叶片4垂直于绞龙3，所述叶片4为螺旋扭曲面；所述绞龙3底部为圆柱状，活动安装于一轴承5中，轴承外圈上均匀与三根水平连杆6的一端固定连接，连杆6另一端固定于配液罐内壁上。
叶片4设置有三组，且三组叶片4由上至下均匀分布在绞龙3上，三组叶片4沿竖向在同一水平平面上的投影之间的夹角均为120°。叶片4的宽度为10cm。
绞龙3底部距离配液罐1内底部为20cm。绞龙3的螺旋升角为20°。
