本实用新型涉及食品机械技术领域，具体说一种可调节出料率的食品混料机。
背景技术
食品在加工的过程中，需要将多种原料混合在一起，目前的混合设备主要依靠控制电机的转速来实现出料率的控制，因此控制方式单一，为了出料慢则会降低电机的搅拌传送速率，这样也是物料的搅拌速度降低，不利于物料的充分混合。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可调节出料率的食品混料机。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，可调节出料率的食品混料机，包括机架、筒体倾斜板、电机架，电机架安装在筒体倾斜板上，筒体倾斜板的一端则通过合页转动固定在机架上，电动机、开关和配电箱安装在电机架上，在筒体上安装进料斗和出料口，并在出料口上设置法兰闸阀，转轴贯穿筒体，在转轴上安装螺旋刀片，转轴通过联轴套与电动机转轴连接，车轮安装在机架底部支腿上，筒体出料端的下方机架上贯穿有穿出孔，穿出孔下方则设置有两端固定在机架上的U型支撑架，支撑架内设置有电动伸缩杆，电动伸缩杆的下端与支撑架转动连接，电动伸缩杆的上端则与筒体倾斜板的下表面转动连接。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低，而且便于维护；调节出料效率时，如降低出料效率，控制电动伸缩杆伸长，电动伸缩杆将筒体倾斜板顶起，使筒体倾斜板发生倾斜，此时，筒体出料口的高度相对之前有所提高，这样使物料有一定回流作用，进而降低了物料的出料效率，而且筒体倾斜板倾斜的越厉害，降低出料效率的作用就越明显，这样在不改变电机转速，即搅拌速度的前提下，反而降低了出料的效率，有利于使物料混合更均匀。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，可调节出料率的食品混料机，包括机架1、筒体倾斜板14、电机架3，电机架3安装在筒体倾斜板14上，筒体倾斜板14的一端则通过合页转动固定在机架1上，电动机4、开关5和配电箱6安装在电机架3上，在筒体2上安装进料斗7和出料口8，并在出料口8上设置法兰闸阀9，转轴10贯穿筒体2，在转轴10上安装螺旋刀片11，转轴10通过联轴套12与电动机4转轴连接，车轮13安装在机架1底部支腿上，筒体2出料端的下方机架1上贯穿有穿出孔15，穿出孔15下方则设置有两端固定在机架1上的U型支撑架16，支撑架16内设置有电动伸缩杆17，电动伸缩杆17的下端与支撑架16转动连接，电动伸缩杆17的上端则与筒体倾斜板14的下表面转动连接，机架1支腿顶部分别设置有倾斜的支腿加强杆18，支撑架16以及穿出孔15的一侧分别设置成斜面。
通过以上设置，电动机4通电后带动转轴10上螺旋刀片11转动，从进料斗7送入要加工的饲料，螺旋刀片11转动将内部物料搅拌混合。

1.可调节出料率的食品混料机，其特征在于：包括机架、筒体倾斜板、电机架，电机架安装在筒体倾斜板上，筒体倾斜板的一端则通过合页转动固定在机架上，电动机、开关和配电箱安装在电机架上，在筒体上安装进料斗和出料口，并在出料口上设置法兰闸阀，转轴贯穿筒体，在转轴上安装螺旋刀片，转轴通过联轴套与电动机转轴连接，车轮安装在机架底部支腿上，筒体出料端的下方机架上贯穿有穿出孔，穿出孔下方则设置有两端固定在机架上的U型支撑架，支撑架内设置有电动伸缩杆，电动伸缩杆的下端与支撑架转动连接，电动伸缩杆的上端则与筒体倾斜板的下表面转动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调节出料率的食品混料机，其特征在于：所述机架支腿顶部分别设置有倾斜的支腿加强杆。
