本实用新型涉及烘干设备技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种谷物等物品的烘干设备。
背景技术
现有的谷物的烘干设备一般采用立式设备,其不足之处是:1、立式烘干设备在装入谷物原料进行烘干时,装上谷物十分麻烦,费时费力。2、它烘干时的均匀度较差,而且其排风口处由于灰尘较多,不宜装上热回收设备,造成热能浪费,增加烘干成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种卧式可转动热回收热泵烘干系统,它装填谷物更为容易,降低了人工劳动强度,谷物烘干的均匀度更好,同时能提高烘干效率,减少烘干成本。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下:
卧式可转动热回收热泵烘干系统,包括热泵主机1和主机蒸发器2,卧式烘箱3中铰接有谷物烘干架4,驱动电机5固定在卧式烘箱3上,驱动电机5驱动谷物烘干架4转动,热泵主机1的出热风口与卧式烘箱3的进风口相通接,卧式烘箱3的排风口通接有谷壳灰尘回收袋6,谷壳灰尘回收袋6的出风口通过管道通接主机蒸发器2。
所述谷物烘干架4上固定有大齿轮7,驱动电机5的转轴上固定有小齿轮8,大齿轮7与小齿轮8相啮合;谷壳灰尘回收袋6置于硬质套筒9中。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
它装填谷物更为容易,降低了人工劳动强度,谷物烘干的均匀度更好,同时能提高烘干效率,减少烘干成本。

实施例:见图1所示,卧式可转动热回收热泵烘干系统,包括热泵主机1和主机蒸发器2,卧式烘箱3中铰接有谷物烘干架4,驱动电机5固定在卧式烘箱3上,驱动电机5驱动谷物烘干架4转动,热泵主机1的出热风口与卧式烘箱3的进风口相通接,卧式烘箱3的排风口通接有谷壳灰尘回收袋6,谷壳灰尘回收袋6的出风口通过管道通接主机蒸发器2。
所述谷物烘干架4上固定有大齿轮7,驱动电机5的转轴上固定有小齿轮8,大齿轮7与小齿轮8相啮合;谷壳灰尘回收袋6置于硬质套筒9中。
工作原理:谷物直接装入卧式烘箱3的谷物烘干架4上,在卧式烘箱3上开有门,这样上料时装谷物更方便。在谷物烘干过程中,谷物烘干架4在转动,这样可以让谷物烘干的均匀度更好。经过谷壳灰尘回收袋6过滤后的热风可以直接进入主机蒸发器2进行热交换,这样可以节省热能,减少烘干成本。

1.卧式可转动热回收热泵烘干系统,包括热泵主机(1)和主机蒸发器(2),其特征在于:卧式烘箱(3)中铰接有谷物烘干架(4),驱动电机(5)固定在卧式烘箱(3)上,驱动电机(5)驱动谷物烘干架(4)转动,热泵主机(1)的出热风口与卧式烘箱(3)的进风口相通接,卧式烘箱(3)的排风口通接有谷壳灰尘回收袋(6),谷壳灰尘回收袋(6)的出风口通过管道通接主机蒸发器(2)。
