目前,坡度较大屋面干挂瓦施工时均需在结构上提前预留锚筋,以便于挂瓦基层的连接,但此种施工方案对防水施工难度较大,且极易造成屋面渗漏水,故应用较少。
发明内容
本实用新型提供能够避免屋面渗漏水且安全牢固的斜坡屋面木条挂瓦结构。
斜坡屋面木条挂瓦结构,包括保温层、屋面结构板、屋面防水层,其特征是屋面结构板的室内侧设有保温层,屋面结构板的室外侧设有屋面防水层和三排植筋;植筋植入深度不小于50mm,植筋外露不小于50mm;植筋的纵横间距是1200mm~1500mm,上排植筋距离斜坡屋面上端100mm,下排植筋距离斜坡屋面下端100mm,斜坡面上铺设钢丝网片,钢丝网片与植筋且与顺水条绑扎牢固;屋面防水层上面钉挂瓦条,挂瓦条上挂有瓦。
本实用新型消除了保温层及挂瓦层不稳定的隐患,同时又能使挂瓦层更好的附着与结构层上,既方便施工,又节约成本,节能环保,是一种值得推广的施工方法。

图1、图2所示,斜坡屋面木条挂瓦结构,包括保温层3、屋面防水层5,屋面结构板6的室外侧设有防水层3,其特征是所述保温3层位于屋面结构板6的室内侧,位于屋面结构板6的上、中、下部植筋三排,植筋植入深度不小于50mm,植筋外露不小于50mm;植筋的纵横间距是1200mm~1500mm,上排植筋距离斜坡屋面上端100mm,下排植筋距离斜坡屋面下端100mm,斜坡面上铺设钢丝网片8,钢丝网片8与植筋7且与顺水条9绑扎牢固;屋面防水层5上面钉挂瓦条4,挂瓦条上挂有瓦。
所述植筋采用Φ12钢筋。
