Description

一种密封条,特别是关于安装门窗玻璃用的密封条。
现有门窗玻璃的安装工艺,基本上还是钉或卡子的固定以及油灰的密封。该工艺无论是用于单或双层窗均费工、费力、费用高。对双层窗,还由于现行的窗间距远大于科学合理的数值,而造成热损和无为的能耗。
本实用新型的目的是改进设计一种不用钉、卡和油灰固定密封的且能实现最佳窗间距的一种安装门窗玻璃用的密封条。
本实用新型如以安装双层玻璃的密封条为例,该密封条主要是用塑性材料按附图中所示的特殊剖面制成长条。其剖面除有一中空外,还制有两条平行开口槽用于安装玻璃,见使用状态图。条的背面卡在钢窗实腹料的槽中且以螺钉固定之,其用料长度按所装玻璃的长、宽尺寸任意裁剪。使用方便、省料、省工、安装效率高、且可按最佳窗间距制造并安装且具有良好的密封性和保温性。
为实施上述设计,结合附图提出一种用于双层玻璃窗的最佳方案。按预制的模具用橡胶材料压注成剖面为附图所示的胶条即可,其中,两开口槽的距离为33毫米(指玻璃间距)。附图中所示的各名称如下;上图为密封条剖面图,下图为使用状态图。
