Abstract
本实用新型提供的是一种带半欧姆形密封槽口
的新式钢质防火隔音门，由于采用了新的设计方案，
比目前使用的轧制成U形槽口和拼焊接成方形槽口
的防火门制作要简单，整体机械强度好，生产效率高
成本低。门框槽口装入的密封条不需粘结，使用后不
会变形脱出，密封效果好，是一种很好的防火隔音
门。
Description
本实用新型新式防火门用于隔音隔温门，钢质防火门，钢质门，钢框木门。
经调研1988年3月13日在北京劳动人民文化宫举办的北京国际建筑消防成套设备展览会上展出的和1988年10月20日在北京展览中心举办的第二届国际消防设备技术交流展览会展出的目前国内使用的（用于北京通县梨园冷藏库等），从西德引进的由沈阳金属门窗厂和北京建筑五金厂生产的轨制成U形密封槽的防火门框，这种槽口密封条装入后需粘结，使用一段时间后容易脱出，使密封防火隔音性能下降，另一种是从日本引进由北京特种金属门窗厂生产，拼焊成方形槽一侧开口的（ ）钢门框，这种槽口四角容空大，使用后密封条容易变形密封度下降，同时这种拼焊槽口精度不易控制，难度大，整体强度较差，生产速度慢，目前用于北京长富宫。
为克服上述防火隔音门存在密封条变形脱出，造成密封性能下降和拼焊精度不易控制的问题，我厂特设计制造出带半欧姆（Ω）形密封槽口的钢质防火隔音门，这种门可以做成系列产品也适用于防火隔音。
本实用新型由钢质门框1，半欧姆（Ω）形槽口2，圆形密封条3、门框固定板4、门框腔体5、门板6组成。钢质门框1根据需要 选择不同薄厚、不同材质的钢板做成凸形空腔体门框，门框突起部一侧做有半欧姆（Ω）形槽口2、其作用是装密封条。圆形密封条3可购买市场标准件，根据需要选择隔音或防火的圆形密封条，当该密封条装入半欧姆（Ω）槽口后与门起隔音防火作用。连结板4在门框突起底P焊一块与其垂直的铁板，使门框固定在墙内，门框腔体5主要是装填水泥等紧固材料，使门框和固定板一起定在墙上。门板6根据门框的尺寸选择所需不同薄厚的铁板做成即可。安装时，将带半欧姆（Ω）形槽口的钢门框与门墙固定好，然后装入圆形防火密封条，圆形密封条纵切面小部分露在槽口外，关门时与门形成密闭起防火、隔音作用。
本实用新型钢质防火门，由于其门框上设有半欧姆形（Ω）密封槽口，这种槽口装入圆形密封条后不需粘结，使用后密封条不易变形脱出，密闭效果好，这种设计比其它的防火隔音门制作简单，提高生产效率，门框的机械强度高，成本低，有好的经济效益。

)密封槽口。
