Abstract
助焊夹是一种适用于用电烙铁焊接元器件和印
刷电路板的专用夹具。它采用可调整、有一定强度的
软管支撑，软管(1)一头固定在底座(5)上，一头装有
夹子(4)，可夹住待焊物，这样使用者双手均可灵活操
作，使焊接容易进行。助焊夹结构简单，成本低廉，实
用范围较广。
Description
助焊夹是一种适用于用电烙铁焊接元器件和印刷电路板的专用夹具。
目前，在印刷电路板上焊接元件时，通常是一手拿电烙铁，一手拿电路板和元件，或将电路板放置于工作台上，空出一手来拿元件或焊丝进行焊接，这样操作很不方便；在维修电器中，有时需焊一些小零件，比如在金属接线垫圈上焊导线，由于一手拿电烙铁，一手拿导线，垫圈没有固定，很不好焊，往往要请别人帮忙用钳子或镊子夹住垫圈再焊。
为了达到使焊接过程变得简单易行的目的，设计了这样一种夹具：它有一个或多个市面上出售的普通夹子，用来夹住印刷电路板或元器件等待焊物；夹子固定在有的一定强度、能自由升降转向的软管上；软管固定在底座上。使用时，将待焊物用夹子夹住，再根据使用者的需要随意调整软管来改变待焊物的位置，使焊接工作容易进行。
图1是本实用新型的一个实例。图中：1、软管；2、连接头；3、紧固螺丝；4、夹子；5、“匚”型底座；6、紧固螺杆；7、工作台；8、待焊物。软管采用普通工作台灯用的可调整的软铁管，夹子可用紧固螺丝安在连接头上，再固定在软管上；底座采用一个“匚”型底座，两个平行面钻孔、攻丝、一面用紧固螺杆将该夹具固定在工作台的台缘上，一面用于固定软管Z铁。这种结构的优点是夹具的各部份均可拆卸，以便于携带和更换部件。当然，夹子也可不要紧固螺丝直接焊接在连接头，或不要连接头直接焊在软铁管上，软铁管也可直接焊在底座上。
图2是本实用新型的又一个实例，它的特点是一个底座上安有两根装有夹子的软管，这样就可夹住一些大的待焊物。
底座除“匚”型底座外，还可利用工作台灯的灯座，即在工作台灯的灯座上再加一根或两根软管，做成一个台灯助焊夹，在使用这种助焊夹时，可以用台灯照明，如图3。图中：9，灯座。
为避免软管多了影响外观，本实用新型还设计了一个附件：安在一根软管上、带有两个夹子、可以伸缩的折叠附件，如图4。图中8、待焊物。
Claims (8)
1、一种助焊夹，其特征在于：软管[1]一头装有夹子[4]，一头固定在底座[5]或灯座[9]上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：作为支撑架的软管〔1〕有一定强度、能自由升降转向，可用工作台灯用软铁管，也可由有一定强度的非金属软管代替。
3、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：夹子〔4〕用紧固螺丝〔3〕固定在连接头〔2〕上，连接头〔2〕有螺纹可上在软管〔1〕上，软管〔1〕另一头上在底座〔5〕或灯座〔9〕上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：将夹子〔4〕、软管〔1〕、底座〔5〕或灯座〔9〕三者直接固定焊接在一起。
5、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：带有夹子〔4〕的软管〔1〕可以安装在工作台灯的灯座〔9〕上。
6、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：可在一个底座〔5〕或灯座〔9〕上安装两根以上软管〔1〕。
7、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：夹子〔4〕可用折叠附件〔10〕代替。
8、根据权利要求1所述的助焊夹，其特征在于：夹子〔4〕或折叠附件〔10〕可和工作台灯共用一根软管〔1〕。
