Abstract

本实用新型涉及用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其包括水槽体,所述的水槽体两端底部均设置下翻边。上述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,结构简单,设计合理,在横向相邻的光伏组件的组件边框上设置横向水槽,能够将相邻组件间隙的水引导至主水槽中排出,有效防水。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽。
背景技术
建筑一体化是把太阳能利用纳入建筑的总体设计,把建筑、技术和美学融为一体。而建筑一体化屋顶发电系统,完美的实现了将太阳能光伏发电与建筑相结合。在建筑一体化屋顶发电系统中,如何做到有效的稳固连接、防排水、防渗漏是建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的主要研究方向。
现有的建筑一体化屋顶发电系统中均为设置横向水槽,这样导致在光伏组件安装时,其横向拼接方向会有漏水渗水隐患。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽的技术方案。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于包括水槽体,所述的水槽体两端底部均设置下翻边。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体为U形槽。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的下翻边向水槽体外端延伸且向下倾斜。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体的第二侧壁上设置朝向水槽体槽口的内折边。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体的第一侧壁上设置反向水槽体槽口的外折边。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体中嵌入组件边框,所述的水槽体底部两端由主水槽支撑。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体长度短于组件边框。
所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体的下翻边与主水槽的排水槽对应。
上述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,结构简单,设计合理,在横向相邻的光伏组件的组件边框上设置横向水槽,能够将相邻组件间隙的水引导至主水槽中排出,有效防水。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。
如图所示,用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽包括水槽体1,水槽体1两端底部均设置下翻边101,下翻边101的设置结构是向水槽体1外端延伸且向下倾斜。下翻边101起防回水和导水作用,防止水槽体1内的水从两端流出时,回流到水槽体1底面104的背面而引起漏水。
水槽体1优选为U形槽,其具体可以由底面104、第一侧壁103和第二侧壁105构成,其中第一侧壁103和第二侧壁105垂直于底面104。
为了提高水槽体1的强度,水槽体1的第一侧壁103上设置反向水槽体1槽口的外折边102。为了提高其与组件边框4的连接稳定性,水槽体1的第二侧壁105上设置朝向水槽体1槽口的内折边106。
水槽体1安装时,水槽体1中嵌入组件边框4,所述的水槽体1底部两端由主水槽5支撑,水槽体1的下翻边101与主水槽5的排水槽501对应,便于排水。水槽体1长度短于组件边框4,这样方便组件边框4能够嵌入水槽体1内,又能约束水槽体1安装后在组件边框4长度方向滑动。
安装时,将水槽体1搭在两主水槽5之间,水槽体1的下翻边101悬在主水槽5的排水槽501上;将嵌好胶条3的相邻组件边框4一边框卡入水槽体1内,与水槽体1的内折边106咬合,再将组件边框4的二边框嵌入,水槽体1的长度短于与其咬合的组件边框4,使其可以嵌入组件边框4,在长度方向又限制其滑动;最后将压在垫块6上的组件边框4固定,既同时将水槽体1固定。

1.用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于包括水槽体(1),所述的水槽体(1)两端底部均设置下翻边(101)。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)为U形槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的下翻边(101)向水槽体(1)外端延伸且向下倾斜。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)的第二侧壁(105)上设置朝向水槽体(1)槽口的内折边(106)。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)的第一侧壁(103)上设置反向水槽体(1)槽口的外折边(102)。
6.如权利要求1或2或3所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)中嵌入组件边框(4),所述的水槽体(1)底部两端由主水槽(5)支撑。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)长度短于组件边框(4)。
8.如权利要求6所述的用于建筑一体化屋顶发电系统的横向水槽,其特征在于所述的水槽体(1)的下翻边(101)与主水槽(5)的排水槽(501)对应。
