本实用新型涉及一种与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置,支架在无人机下方,采样控制器在支架上方,支架下方装摄像头、采样电机;采样电机电机轴与涡杆连接,苏玛罐自带压力表、阀门,阀门涡轮,涡杆带动阀门涡轮;摄像头对准苏玛罐自带的压力表。采样本实用新型,苏玛罐抽真空,无人机飞至采样区上空悬停,无人机地面控制终端发送打开苏玛罐阀门指令,采样控制器控制采样电机、涡杆带动涡轮旋转,打开苏玛罐阀门,环境空气吸入苏玛罐内。采样人员通过摄像头观测压力表,了解采集空气情况到所定值,发送关闭阀门指令,采样电机轴带动涡轮、涡杆反转,关闭阀门,继而关闭采样电机。本实用新型适于人难以到达的,突发应急现场空气采集。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于环境空气采样的,具体涉及一种与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们群众环保意识的提高,环境空气的污染问题越发引起社会关注,空气质量的监测工作变得尤为重要。目前环境空气采样手段主要有空气自动站自动采样和人工采样。空气自动站采样点位固定,人工采样点位也因人员无法达到而存在一定的局限性,两者都无法应对高空等特殊区域的环境空气采样。无人机采样可以解决采样点位的局限性,拓宽采样空间,进行随机点位环境空气样品采集。但是,目前环境空气采样领域,无人机多用于电化学传感器现场测定,缺少与无人机配套的采样和储存装置,无法完成监测项目电化学法和实验室分析方法之间的比对考核。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在,提供一种可实现人不能到达的监测点的环境空气样品的采集,可拓宽环境空气采样空间范围的与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置。
本实用新型目的的实现方式是:与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置,支架固定在无人机下方,采样控制器置于支架上方,支架下方装摄像头、采样电机;采样控制器接采样电机,采样电机电机轴与涡杆8连接,苏玛罐自带压力表、阀门,阀门涡轮,涡杆带动阀门涡轮;摄像头对准苏玛罐自带的压力表。
采用本实用新型,苏玛罐抽真空,无人机飞至采样区上空悬停。通过无人机地面控制终端发送打开苏玛罐阀门指令到采样控制器,进而控制采样电机、涡杆带动涡轮旋转,使苏玛罐阀门打开,依靠罐内负压将环境空气吸入苏玛罐内。阀门打开时,采样人员通过摄像头观测压力表数值变化,当压力表数值下降到所定值时,发送关闭阀门指令,采样电机轴带动涡轮、涡杆反转,关闭阀门。待压力表数值无变化后,发送终止指令,采样电机关闭,完成对环境空气的采集,由无人机带回地面,送至实验室分析。
本实用新型可解决采样点位局限性,完成随机点位环境空气样品分析得问他;适于人难以到达的,突发应急现场的污染源废气样品采集和储存。

参照图1,支架6固定在无人机下方,采样控制器2置于支架上方,支架下方装摄像头、采样电机7;采样控制器接采样电机,采样电机电机轴与涡杆8连接,苏玛罐5自带压力表3、阀门4,阀门涡轮9,涡杆带动阀门涡轮,摄像头1对准苏玛罐自带的压力表3。
苏玛罐为硅烷化采样罐。
采用本实用新型,苏玛罐抽真空,通过无人机地面控制终端控制无人机飞至采样区上空悬停。通过无人机地面控制终端发送打开苏玛罐阀门指令到采样控制器,采样控制器控制采样电机、涡杆带动涡轮旋转,使苏玛罐阀门打开,依靠罐内负压将环境空气吸入苏玛罐内。阀门打开时,采样人员通过摄像头观测压力表数值变化,当压力表数值下降到所定值时,发送关闭阀门指令,采样电机轴带动涡轮、涡杆反转,关闭阀门。待压力表数值无变化后,发送终止指令,采样电机关闭,完成对环境空气的采集,苏玛罐由无人机带回地面,送至实验室分析。

1.与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置,其特征在于:支架固定在无人机下方,采样控制器置于支架上方,支架下方装摄像头、采样电机;采样控制器接采样电机,采样电机电机轴与涡杆连接,苏玛罐自带压力表、阀门,阀门涡轮,涡杆带动阀门涡轮;摄像头对准苏玛罐自带的压力表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的与无人机配套的苏玛罐式环境空气采样装置,其特征在于:苏玛罐为硅烷化采样罐。
