本实用新型涉及一种液压管路上的连接件，更具体地说涉及一种高压过渡接头。
背景技术：
目前，在液压管路连接过程中，过渡接头最常见的连接方式是直螺纹带橡胶环形平垫的形式，如图1所示，过渡接头一般包括本体1，以及位于本体1内部中间的流道2，其中所述本体1两端设置有来流端螺纹接口3和流出端螺纹接口4，本体中间设置有本体旋转帽5，其中过渡接头都要搭配橡胶环形平垫7使用以防漏，原理上是在螺纹的拉紧力下阀体和接头端面即本体旋转帽端面均与中间的橡胶环形平垫7接触，从而紧密结合达到密封效果。但在实际使用过程中，橡胶环形平垫7因高压受力，橡胶环形平垫7向外部挤压，长时间工作，橡胶环形平垫7容易损坏而造成漏油，影响使用效果。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高压过渡接头，它所采用的技术方案是：一种高压过渡接头，包括本体，以及位于本体内部中间的流道，其中所述本体两端设置有来流端螺纹接口和流出端螺纹接口，本体中间设置有本体旋转帽，其特征在于：所述来流端螺纹接口和本体旋转帽之间设置有包裹橡胶环形平垫的环形槽。
本实用新型更进一步的技术特征是：
所述包裹橡胶环形平垫的环形槽包括与来流端螺纹接口的螺纹中径线平行的底部环形槽和与来流端螺纹接口的螺纹中径线垂直的端面槽，其中端面槽设置有防止橡胶环形平垫外移的槽沿。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本实用新型中来流端螺纹接口和本体旋转帽之间设置有包裹橡胶环形平垫的环形槽，因此在流体高压输送时，橡胶环形平垫不会向外部挤压，只能在环形槽中，这样密封性能更好而又不易损坏，因此可以确保液压系统的流体输送效果。

如图2和图3所示，一种高压过渡接头，包括本体1，以及位于本体1内部中间的流道2，其中所述本体1两端设置有来流端螺纹接口3和流出端螺纹接口4，本体中间设置有本体旋转帽5，其中所述来流端螺纹接口3和本体旋转帽5之间还设置有包裹橡胶环形平垫7的环形槽6。
在本实施例中，所述包裹橡胶环形平垫7的环形槽6包括与来流端螺纹接口3的螺纹中径线平行的底部环形槽601和与来流端螺纹接口3的螺纹中径线垂直的端面槽602，其中端面槽设置有防止橡胶环形平垫外移的槽沿6021。这样的结构设置是为了便于加工。所述橡胶环形平垫7置于端面槽602中，因此在流体高压输送时，橡胶环形平垫7不会向外部挤压，只能在端面槽602中，这样密封性能更好而又不易损坏，因此可以确保液压系统的流体输送效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高压过渡接头，其特征在于：所述包裹橡胶环形平垫的环形槽包括与来流端螺纹接口的螺纹中径线平行的底部环形槽和与来流端螺纹接口的螺纹中径线垂直的端面槽，其中端面槽设置有防止橡胶环形平垫外移的槽沿。
