在进行管材生产时，需要在生产线上对管材进行吹干处理，不同型号的管材之间的间隙不同，为了使不同型号的管材吹干彻底，需要配套不同尺寸的吹干装置，不能够实现一套吹干装置适应多种型号的管材的情况。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于生产线的可调式吹干装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
一种用于生产线的可调式吹干装置，包括,
安装架，所述安装架竖直设置在所述生产线的两侧；
安装板，所述安装板水平设置在所述生产线的上方，且与所述安装架固定连接，所述安装板上设置有多个通孔；
喷嘴组，所述喷嘴组包括多个位于同一直线的喷嘴，所述喷嘴包括直管和扁管，所述直管的进气端与旋涡气泵的出气端连通，所述直管的出气端与所述扁管的进气端连通，所述直管竖直设置在所述通孔内，且通过轴承与所述通孔可转动连接，所述扁管设置在送安装板的下方；
转动装置，所述转动装置固定设置在所述安装板的上侧面，且驱动所述喷嘴转动。
具体地，所述喷嘴组的数量为多个，且均与所述生产线垂直。
具体地，所述转动装置包括转动齿轮、传动齿条和直线电机，多个所述转动齿轮分别套装在所述直管上，所述传动齿条与所述喷嘴组平行设置，且所述传动齿条均与所述转动齿轮齿纹啮合，所述传动齿条通过连接杆与直线电机的移动端10固定连接，所述直线电机与所述安装板固定连接。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型一种用于生产线的可调式吹干装置，包括安装架2、升降装置、安装板3、喷嘴组和转动装置，安装架2竖直设置在生产线1的两侧；安装板3水平设置在生产线1的上方，且与安装架2固定连接，安装板3上设置有多个通孔；喷嘴组包括多个位于同一直线的喷嘴，喷嘴包括直管5和扁管7，直管5的进气端与旋涡气泵的出气端连通，直管5的出气端与扁管7的进气端连通，直管5竖直设置在通孔内，且通过轴承与通孔可转动连接，扁管7设置在送安装板3的下方，转动装置固定设置在安装板3的上侧面，且驱动喷嘴转动，升降装置包括升降螺杆4和升降电机，升降螺杆4竖直设置在安装架2内，安装板3通过螺纹孔与升降螺杆4螺纹连接，升降电机固定在安装架2上，且升降电机的转矩输出轴与升降螺杆4固定连接，喷嘴组的数量为多个，且均与生产线1垂直。
转动装置包括转动齿轮6、传动齿条8和直线电机9，多个转动齿轮6分别套装在直管5上，传动齿条8与喷嘴组平行设置，且传动齿条8均与转动齿轮6 齿纹啮合，传动齿条8通过连接杆与直线电机9的移动端10固定连接，直线电机9与安装板3固定连接，传动齿条8的数量为多个，多个传动齿条8分别与多个喷嘴组上的转动齿轮6啮合，多个传动齿条8均与直线电机9的移动端10 固定连接。
本实用新型一种用于生产线1的可调式吹干装置的工作原理如下：
根据管材的型号，驱动升降电机转动，使得升降螺杆4转动，从而使得升降螺杆4驱动安装板3上下移动，使得与安装板3固定的喷嘴位于需要吹干的管材的上方。
然后根据管材之间的距离，使直线电机9移动，直线电机9的移动方向与喷嘴组平行，然后通过直线电机9带动传动齿条8移动，通过传动齿条8带动转动齿轮6转动，从而使得喷嘴转动，调节扁管7的角度，使其适应管材之间的间隙。

转动装置，所述转动装置固定设置在所述安装板的上侧面，且驱动所述喷嘴转动。
