Description
本实用新型属于测量X、γ射线辐射的热发光剂量计,具体涉及一种具有双节错位能响补偿过滤器的热释光个人剂量计。
测量X、γ射线辐射剂量的热发光个人剂量计通常使用具有较高灵敏度的硫酸钙(铥激活)粉末作为热释光敏感材料。然而这种敏感材料对低能X、γ辐射具有过高的能量响应,致使测量结果不能真实反映工作人员所受的剂量,为了克服能响过高的缺陷,通常的做法是在敏感元件的外壁套一个能响补偿过滤器,如日本产的UD200S热释光个人剂量计,其能响补偿过滤器包括套在柱状敏感元件外的能响补偿套管和沿能响补偿套管外壁周边纵向等间隔布置的单节能响补偿柱,它固然可以改善这种剂量计的能响特性和角响应,但又存在着明显的分散性,仍不能满足实际工作需要。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术缺陷,提供一种新的热释光个人剂量计,使之在具有良好的能响特性和角响应前提下,又改善其分散性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型在UD200S热释光个人剂量计的基础上进行改进,将单节补偿柱改为双节错位补偿柱,具体说热释光个人剂量计包括含有硫酸钙(铥激活)粉末的柱状敏感元件,位于柱状敏感元件外部的能响补偿套管,以及沿能响补偿套管外壁周边纵向等间隔布置的能响补偿柱,所说的能响补偿柱是上、下双节错位布置的,能响补偿套管和能响补偿柱组成能响补偿过滤器。本实用新型保持了热释光个人剂量计良好的能响特性和角响应,同时改善了其分散性。使用表明本实用新型的分散性可由原来的20%改善到13%。
现结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细描述:
图1是热释光个人剂量计径向截面示意图;
图2是能响补偿过滤器结构示意图。
如图1所示,热释光个人剂量计包括内装硫酸钙(铥激活)粉末的玻璃管柱状敏感元件1,玻璃管两端封闭,其外径为2mm,壁厚为0.15mm。在柱状敏感元件1外部套有由合金铝制成的内径为3.74mm、壁厚为0.5mm的能响补偿套管2,作为低能X、γ射线的衰减层。沿能响补偿套管2的外壁周边纵向等间隔布置有上、下两节相互错位的能响补偿柱3和3′(见图1和图2),作为高能X、γ射线的衰减层。上、下能响补偿柱3和3′分别由16根直径为1.0mm、长短相等的铅锡合金丝粘贴在能响补偿套管2上,上、下两节能响补偿柱相互错位11.25°,使它们正好柱对缝,缝对柱。将上述热释光个人剂量计外加一塑料保护套即可使用。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于测量X、γ射线辐射剂量的热释光个人剂量计,包括含有硫酸钙(铥激活)粉末的柱状敏感元件1,位于柱状敏感元件1外部的能响补偿套管2,以及沿能响补偿套管2外壁周边纵向等间隔布置的能响补偿柱3和3′,其特征在于所说的能响补偿柱3和3′是上、下双节错位布置的,能响补偿套管2和能响补偿柱3和3′组成能响补偿过滤器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种热释光个人剂量计,其特征在于所说的上、下能响补偿柱3和3′分别由长短相等的16根直径为1.0mm的铅锡合金丝,上、下相互错位11.25°。
