本实用新型属于机械加工领域，具体涉及一种防尘刀架。
背景技术
刀柄在模具行业及高速雕刻机用到比较多。为了适应高速、高精度加工，刀柄都有精确定位设计，如HSK刀柄、KM刀柄都采用的空心锥体和端面定位。在使用及保养过程中，通常会给刀柄涂上机油，使用之后如果没有防尘措施，刀柄上很容易就布满灰尘或其他细屑，从而影响刀柄的精确定位。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的上述不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可结构简单、使用方便的防尘的刀架。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种防尘刀架，包括刀柄架其特征在于还包括防尘箱、盖板，所述防尘箱分为箱体和盖板收纳壳，所述箱体一端开口，所述盖板收纳壳位于所述箱体开口处，在所述箱体的开口处还设置有转轴，所述盖板可绕所述转轴转动，使所述盖板转动后能与所述盖板收纳壳拼接成上盖将所述箱体的开口盖合，所述刀柄架位于所述箱体内，所述刀柄架上设置有若干个刀柄夹爪，所述刀柄夹爪分为夹爪和连接板。
进一步地，还包括气缸，所述气缸杆部与所述盖板铰接，所述气缸缸体与所述箱体铰接。
进一步地，所述刀柄架由支撑柱和夹爪放置台构成，所述支撑架下端设有安装底座，所述支撑架位于所述夹爪放置台下端以支撑所述夹爪放置台。
进一步地，还包括接近开关，所述接近开关位于所述连接板上。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便，防尘效果好，还可将刀柄整齐收纳。

本实施提供一种防尘刀架，包括刀柄架1，防尘箱2、盖板3，刀柄架1放置于箱体21内，刀柄架1上设置有刀柄夹爪4，可以是一个，也可以根据需要设置多个，刀柄夹爪4分为夹爪41和连接板42，夹爪41用于放置刀柄，连接板42用于将夹爪41固定在刀柄架1上，防尘箱2分为箱体21和盖板收纳壳22两部分，箱体21一端开口，盖板收纳壳22位于所述箱体21开口处，箱体21的开口处还设置有转轴6，盖板3可绕所述转轴6转动，使盖板3转动后能与盖板收纳壳22拼接成上盖将箱体21的开口盖合，以起到防尘作用。当需要打开防尘箱1时，则将盖板3朝相反方向转动，收入盖板收纳壳22中即可。该防尘刀架，结构简单的，使用方便。
实施例二
在上述实施例的基础上，本实施例的防尘刀架还包括气缸5，气缸5杆部与盖板3铰接，气缸5缸体与所述箱体21铰接。就可以通过气缸5控制盖板3的开合，比手动更方便。
实施例三
在上述实施例的基础上，本实施例的防尘刀架其刀柄架1由支撑柱11和夹爪放置台12构成，支撑柱11可以一根也可以是两根，支撑架11下端设有安装底座13，以保证支撑架11及刀柄架1的稳定性，所述支撑架11位于夹爪放置台12下端以支撑夹爪放置台12。
实施例四
在上述实施例的基础上，本实施例的防尘刀架，还包括接近开关7，接近开关7位于所述连接板42上，用于检测刀柄是否放置妥当。

1.一种防尘刀架，包括刀柄架(1)，其特征在于还包括防尘箱(2)、盖板(3)，所述防尘箱(2)分为箱体(21)和盖板收纳壳(22)，所述箱体(21)一端开口，所述盖板收纳壳(22)位于所述箱体(21)开口处，在所述箱体(21)的开口处还设置有转轴(6)，所述盖板(3)可绕所述转轴(6)转动，使所述盖板(3)转动后能与所述盖板收纳壳(22)拼接成上盖将所述箱体(21)的开口盖合，所述刀柄架(1)位于所述箱体(21)内，所述刀柄架(1)上设置有若干个刀柄夹爪(4)，所述刀柄夹爪(4)分为夹爪(41)和连接板(42)。
2.如权利要求1所述的防尘刀架，其特征在于还包括气缸(5)，所述气缸(5)杆部与所述盖板(3)铰接，所述气缸(5)缸体与所述箱体(21)铰接。
3.如权利要求1所述的防尘刀架，其特征在于所述刀柄架(1)由支撑架(11)和夹爪放置台(12)构成，所述支撑架(11)下端设有安装底座(13)，所述支撑架(11)位于所述夹爪放置台(12)下端以支撑所述夹爪放置台(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述的防尘刀架，其特征在于还包括接近开关(7)，所述接近开关(7)位于所述连接板(42)上。
