背景技术
溶液是工业生产中常见的原料，溶液一般都是装在容器中，需要使用时通过出料管输送出去，为了保证定量输送，在出料管上会设置流量计，根据溶液上料速度，计算出液量，但是使用常见的流量计存在较大误差，上料总量无法精确控制，在一些高精度场合内无法满足要求。
发明内容
针对现有计量器因误差导致无法精确计量上料总量的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种溶液上料用计量装置，其能够实现精确计量溶液流量，满足高精度场合需求。
其技术方案是这样的：一种溶液上料用计量装置，其包括盛液容器，所述盛液容器底部设置有出料口，所述出料口通过出料阀连接出料管，其特征在于，所述盛液容器支撑安装于地磅。
其进一步特征在于，所述地磅精度为2‰；
所述盛液容器底部通过均匀布置的四个支撑脚支撑安装于所述地磅；
所述出料管为为MTG软管；
所述出料管连接螺杆泵入口，所述螺杆泵出口连接输液管道，所述输液管道上设置有控制阀、过滤器和除铁器。
采用本实用新型的装置后，打开出料阀溶液出料，根据地磅显示的数值差值即可以精确得到溶液上料总量，满足了高精度场合需求。

具体实施方式
见图1，图2所示，一种溶液上料用计量装置，其包括盛液容器1，盛液容器1底部设置有出料口，出料口通过出料阀2连接出料管3，盛液容器1底部通过均匀布置的四个支撑脚4支撑安装于地磅5，地磅5精度为2‰；
出料管3为为MTG软管，起到减震作用，保证溶液精确上料。
出料管3连接螺杆泵6入口，螺杆泵6出口连接输液管道7，输液管道上设置有控制阀8、过滤器9和除铁器10，确保上料溶液的质量。
