背景技术
目前塑胶桶的生产为控制成本多使用回收料加新料配合制作，而回收料多为生产塑胶桶过程中的废品破碎制作而成，而塑胶桶的体积较大，为方便破碎多预先进行切割，一般先将塑胶桶两端的封头整体切割后再切割桶壁，封头的切割多使用手持砂轮机进行切割，费时费力，工作效率低，劳动强度大，且切割过程中刀片易破碎，引起人员伤害。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种机械化、电热线切割的塑胶桶封头切割装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括架体，其特征在于，所述架体左右两端均设有前后对立的气缸，所述气缸通过固定板固定在架体前后的外侧，所述气缸伸缩端连接有移动滑块，所述移动滑块外侧连接有电源，所述架体与移动滑块接触面设有导向槽，所述移动滑块内侧伸入导向槽内并且连接有电热头，所述电热头在架体上的布局为左右两端对称，前后两侧对应，对应布置的加热头之间设有电热金属丝，所述架体内设有支撑架。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括架体1，其特征在于，所述架体1左右两端均设有前后对立的气缸2，所述气缸2通过固定板3固定在架体1前后的外侧，所述气缸2伸缩端连接有移动滑块4，所述移动滑块4外侧连接有电源5，所述架体1与移动滑块4接触面设有导向槽6，所述移动滑块4内侧伸入导向槽6内并且连接有电热头7，所述电热头7在架体1上的布局为左右两端对称，前后两侧对应，对应布置的加热头之间设有电热金属丝8，所述架体1内设有支撑架9。
本实用新型的工作原理：将塑胶桶至于支撑架9上侧，电源5通电，待经电热头7配合电热金属丝8升温完成后，气缸2推动移动滑块4移动，带动电热头7和电热金属丝8移动，将塑胶桶的封头切下。
