本实用新型公开一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,包括机壳、射流泵体、驱动电机、可拆分接线盒以及自诊断电路,所述机壳内设置有射流泵体和驱动电机,所述射流泵体内同轴设置有射流器、导流盘和叶轮,所述叶轮与驱动电机同轴连接,所述可拆分接线盒通过螺丝和锁紧机构固定在机壳表面,所述自诊断电路设置在可拆分接线盒内并电性连接驱动电机。通过上述方式,本实用新型提供一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,针对现有技术缺乏故障诊断能力等问题,增加了对泵机故障快速直观检测的自诊断电路,同时优化了泵机的散热性能和工作效率,极大延长泵机的使用寿命,降低后期维护成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及水泵领域,尤其涉及一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵。
背景技术
欧美国家家庭用可拆分射流泵传统上是用机械的方式控制水泵,没有故障诊断能力,水泵如果安装不好导致漏气和自身过载,空载等缺陷没有办法排除,所以在现有的基础上给水泵加装自诊断能力和故障排除能力,能给客户的使用和维护带来极大的便利,对推广产品和占领市场具有重要影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,针对现有技术缺乏故障诊断能力等问题,增加了对泵机故障快速直观检测的自诊断电路,同时优化了泵机的散热性能和工作效率,极大延长泵机的使用寿命,降低后期维护成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,包括机壳、射流泵体、驱动电机、可拆分接线盒以及自诊断电路,所述机壳内设置有射流泵体和驱动电机,所述射流泵体内同轴设置有射流器、导流盘和叶轮,所述叶轮与驱动电机同轴连接,所述可拆分接线盒通过螺丝和锁紧机构固定在机壳表面,所述自诊断电路设置在可拆分接线盒内并电性连接驱动电机。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述自诊断电路包含诊断控制板、可控硅以及故障指示灯,所述故障指示灯设置在诊断控制板上,所述可控硅通过自攻螺丝压片固定在可拆分接线盒内,所述诊断控制板通过可控硅与驱动电机连接。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述可拆分接线盒表面设置有导光柱,所述导光柱与故障指示灯接驳。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述机壳开设有进风口和后端盖出风口并形成风冷散热通道。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述机壳表面还开设有位于风冷散热通道上的冷却槽,所述冷却槽与可拆分接线盒对应接驳。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述可控硅底部垫设有散热块,所述散热块插接在冷却槽内并通过自攻螺丝固定在机壳表面。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述锁紧机构包含导向槽、卡簧、锁紧块以及螺丝,所述导向槽设置在机壳表面,所述锁紧块设置在导向槽内,所述卡簧垫设在锁紧块底部,所述螺丝穿过可拆分接线盒与锁紧块连接。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述导流盘外沿开设有进水口和出水口并形成多组导流通道,所述导流通道呈斜坡状贯通导流盘的前后表面,所述出水口一侧的导流盘面设置有多个与导流通道相匹配的流道壁面,所述流道壁面呈圆弧状,所述流道壁面的外弧面设置有封闭弧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,针对现有技术缺乏故障诊断能力等问题,增加了对泵机故障快速直观检测的自诊断电路,同时优化了泵机的散热性能和工作效率,极大延长泵机的使用寿命,降低后期维护成本。

如图1-5所示,本实用新型实施例包括:
一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,包括机壳1、射流泵体2、驱动电机3、可拆分接线盒4以及自诊断电路,所述机壳1内设置有射流泵体2和驱动电机3,所述射流泵体2内同轴设置有射流器6、导流盘7和叶轮8,所述叶轮8与驱动电机3同轴连接,所述可拆分接线盒4通过螺丝和锁紧机构固定在机壳1表面,所述自诊断电路设置在可拆分接线盒4内并电性连接驱动电机3。
其中,所述自诊断电路包含诊断控制板51、可控硅52以及故障指示灯53,所述故障指示灯53设置在诊断控制板51上,所述可控硅52通过自攻螺丝压片固定在可拆分接线盒4内,所述诊断控制板51通过可控硅52与驱动电机3连接。
进一步的,所述可拆分接线盒4表面设置有导光柱41,所述导光柱41与故障指示灯53接驳。
进一步的,所述机壳1开设有进风口11和后端盖出风口12并形成风冷散热通道。
进一步的,所述机壳1表面还开设有位于风冷散热通道上的冷却槽13,所述冷却槽与可拆分接线盒4对应接驳。
进一步的,所述可控硅52底部垫设有散热块53,所述散热块53插接在冷却槽13内并通过自攻螺丝固定在机壳1表面。
进一步的,所述锁紧机构包含导向槽401、卡簧402、锁紧块403以及螺丝,所述导向槽401设置在机壳1表面,所述锁紧块403设置在导向槽401内,所述卡簧402垫设在锁紧块403底部,所述螺丝穿过可拆分接线盒4与锁紧块403连接。
进一步的,所述导流盘7外沿开设有进水口71和出水口72并形成多组导流通道,所述导流通道呈斜坡状贯通导流盘7的前后表面,所述出水口72一侧的导流盘7面设置有多个与导流通道相匹配的流道壁面73,所述流道壁面73呈圆弧状,所述流道壁面73的外弧面设置有封闭弧。
在工作情况下,空气从进风口进入驱动电机3,经过定转子铁芯后从后端盖出风口排出,实现对定转子的不间断冷却。在上述过程中,可控硅52传递至散热块的热量被一并带走,从而显著提高水泵散热性能。
所述自诊断电路对流经驱动电机3的电流数据进行实时监测分析,并通过故障指示灯53直观显示出来。当自诊断电路检测到电流过载时,通过故障指示灯53显示红灯并闪烁以提示用户泵机发生堵转、过载、过热等故障;当自诊断电路检测到电流低于设定值时,故障指示灯53显示蓝色并闪烁以提示用户设备在干转;当自诊断电路检测到单位时间内通断电计数超过设定值时,故障指示灯53显示黄色并闪烁来提示频繁启动;当自诊断电路检测到电流值处在设定值范围内时,故障指示灯53显示常亮的绿灯;当自诊断电路检测到电流值处在设定值范围内,切泵机停止时,故障指示灯53显示绿色呼吸灯。
机壳1上设置有导向槽401,接线盒可方便从泵机上拆下维护。
在工作过程中,水流从进水口71进入导流盘7,并沿着光滑的曲线形流道壁面73运动,极大降低了沿程的阻力损失,有效增强了泵机10%以上的工作效率。
综上所述,本实用新型提供了一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,针对现有技术缺乏故障诊断能力等问题,增加了对泵机故障快速直观检测的自诊断电路,同时优化了泵机的散热性能和工作效率,极大延长泵机的使用寿命,降低后期维护成本。

1.一种智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,包括机壳、射流泵体、驱动电机、可拆分接线盒以及自诊断电路,所述机壳内设置有射流泵体和驱动电机,所述射流泵体内同轴设置有射流器、导流盘和叶轮,所述叶轮与驱动电机同轴连接,所述可拆分接线盒通过螺丝和锁紧机构固定在机壳表面,所述自诊断电路设置在可拆分接线盒内并电性连接驱动电机。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,所述自诊断电路包含诊断控制板、可控硅以及故障指示灯,所述故障指示灯设置在诊断控制板上,所述可控硅通过自攻螺丝压片固定在可拆分接线盒内,所述诊断控制板通过可控硅与驱动电机连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,所述可拆分接线盒表面设置有导光柱,所述导光柱与故障指示灯接驳。
4.根据权利要求2所述的智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,所述机壳开设有进风口和后端盖出风口并形成风冷散热通道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,所述机壳表面还开设有位于风冷散热通道上的冷却槽,所述冷却槽与可拆分接线盒对应接驳。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能控制可自诊断故障的可拆分射流泵,其特征在于,所述可控硅底部垫设有散热块,所述散热块插接在冷却槽内并通过自攻螺丝固定在机壳表面。
