本实用新型的安装方法：在拨动开关1上设计螺孔，在接线盒盖2上设计相对应的通孔，通过螺钉将拨动开关1和接线盒盖2连接固定。接线盒盖2和接线盒底3连接。再把接线盒底3连接到电机上。
本实用新型的操作方法：当需要更换电机的转向时，只需要拨动拨动开关1，就能实现电机的换向；当需要换回电机的转向时，需要再次拨动拨动开关1，就能换回电机的转向。
