本实用新型公开了一种高压氨水泵变频调节装置,它包括高压氨水泵电机,在高压氨水泵电机的进线侧设置变频器,变频器分别与电源电路、缺水保护电路、高压氨水泵工频工作电路和高压氨水泵变频工作电路相连接。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在原有的高压氨水泵系统中增设了变频器,并增加了与变频器一同工作的控制电路。这样,在氨水泵缺水的状态下,系统可以自动调节电机的工作频率和转速,从而调整氨水泵的流量,可节省大量的能源消耗。另外,在氨水泵出现故障时,也可以自动使电机停止工作,保证了施工的安全。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种调节装置,具体地说是涉及一种可以调节高压氨水泵系统中电机频率和转速的变频调节装置。
背景技术
在现有的高压氨水泵系统中,电机的工作频率是不可调的,这样使得高压氨水泵按照预设的流量一直工作,造成了大量的能量浪费,不符合节约型社会的建设目标。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节约能源消耗的高压氨水泵变频调节装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型包括高压氨水泵电机,在高压氨水泵电机的进线侧设置变频器,变频器分别与电源电路、缺水保护电路、高压氨水泵工频工作电路和高压氨水泵变频工作电路相连接。
上述的变频器还与高压氨水泵故障保护电路相连接。
在缺水保护电路包括水位传感器以及与水位传感器相连接的继电器。
上述的水位传感器为浮球。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在原有的高压氨水泵系统中增设了变频器,并增加了与变频器一同工作的控制电路。这样,在氨水泵缺水的状态下,系统可以自动调节电机的工作频率和转速,从而调整氨水泵的流量,可节省大量的能源消耗。另外,在氨水泵出现故障时,也可以自动使电机停止工作,保证了施工的安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括两台高压氨水泵电机M1,M2,在这两台高压氨水泵电机的进线侧设置变频器,在本实用新型中,变频器的型号为ACS400。变频器分别与电源电路、缺水保护电路、高压氨水泵工频工作电路和高压氨水泵变频工作电路相连接;需要说明的是,由于在实际中,氨水泵一般需要两台,所以高压氨水泵工频工作电路分为高压氨水泵Ⅰ工频工作电路和高压氨水泵Ⅱ工频工作电路;高压氨水泵变频工作电路分为高压氨水泵Ⅰ变频工作电路和高压氨水泵Ⅱ变频工作电路。
如图2所示,在缺水的状态下,浮球FQ闭合,使得继电器1K导通,继电器1K的常开触点1K-1闭合,这样,高压氨水泵工频工作电路和高压氨水泵变频工作电路就可以开始工作;同时,指示灯1HR量。
在手动开关或自动开关SA的作用下,继电器2K导通,使得继电器2K的常开触点2K-1闭合,变频器ACS400的第32脚导通,之后变频器ACS400的第19脚和第22脚得电。对于第19脚得电之后,由于继电器KM3的常闭触点KM3-2闭合,使得继电器KM1导通,氨水泵Ⅰ的变频工作电路开始工作。另外,由于继电器KM1的导通,其常开触点KM1-1闭合,其常闭触点KM1-2断开,使得继电器KM4工作,这样氨水泵Ⅱ的工作工作电路开始工作,即:氨水泵Ⅰ的变频工作电路、氨水泵Ⅱ的工频工作电路同时工作。
同理还可得到,氨水泵Ⅰ的工频工作电路、氨水泵Ⅱ的变频工作电路同时工作。
另外,当氨水泵Ⅰ出现故障时,位于氨水泵Ⅰ工频工作电路中的1KH断开,使得位于高压氨水泵Ⅰ故障保护电路中的1KH-1闭合,继电器3K导通,使得继电器3K的常闭触点3K-1断开,变频器和电机M1停止工作。氨水泵Ⅱ的故障保护电路原理同上。

1.一种高压氨水泵变频调节装置,它包括高压氨水泵电机,其特征在于:在所述的高压氨水泵电机的进线侧设置变频器,变频器分别与电源电路、缺水保护电路、高压氨水泵工频工作电路和高压氨水泵变频工作电路相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压氨水泵变频调节装置,其特征在于:所述的变频器还与高压氨水泵故障保护电路相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压氨水泵变频调节装置,其特征在于:在所述的缺水保护电路包括水位传感器以及与水位传感器相连接的继电器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高压氨水泵变频调节装置,其特征在于:所述的水位传感器为浮球。
