本实用新型涉及一种电极针,特别为一种电极针嵌件与注塑件组合的复合电极针。
背景技术
对于换流站阀塔设备内冷水管道将阀各个不同电位的电气件连接起来,不同电位的金属件之间的水路就有可能产生电流,从而使金属件受到电解腐蚀。为了解决这一问题,在内冷水回路的相应位置安装均压电极。电极针使水路的电位变化与晶闸管堆的电位变化一致。
由于设备上使用了塑料管道,金属材质电极针与管道直接连接存在损坏螺纹风险,而采用电极针与PVDF塑料制品结合注塑,存在不同材质的收缩量不同,两者嵌件注塑会出现漏水现象,存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电极针,能够有效避免金属嵌件与PVDF塑料件结合注塑的渗水现象。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种电极针,包括电极针嵌件、PVDF注塑件,所述电极针嵌件包括不锈钢电极针和镀铂金层。所述电极针嵌件尾部注塑包裹PVDF注塑件。不锈钢电极针包括电极接头,
电极接头头部铣有三个以上凹槽,电极接头尾部铣有至少一个凹台,防止注塑件与电极接头分离;
电极接头尾部还冲有两个扁位,防止安装电极针等电位线时电极针嵌件与PVDF塑料件受力分离,
注塑件通过注塑的方式与电极接头凹槽、凹台及扁位紧密配合,
注塑件外表面有螺纹,用于与塑料管道对接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:新设计产品电极针嵌件外表面设置有多道凹槽、凹台及扁位,突破了两种材料结合瓶颈,解决了密封性问题。

如图1所示,一种电极针,包括电极针嵌件1和注塑件3,如图2所示,不锈钢电极针1包括电极接头3,
电极接头3头部铣有三个以上凹槽4,电极接头3尾部铣有至少一个凹台5,防止注塑件3与电极接头3分离;
电极接头3尾部还铣有两个扁位6,防止安装电极等电位线时电极针嵌件与PVDF注塑件受力分离,
注塑件3通过注塑的方式与电极接头凹槽、凹台及扁位紧密配合,
注塑件3外表面有螺纹2,用于与塑料管道对接。

电极接头尾部还铣有两个扁位,
注塑件通过注塑的方式与电极接头凹槽、凹台及扁位紧密配合,
注塑件外表面有螺纹,用于与塑料管道对接。
