Description

Thermal contraction label film and bottle wrapped by same
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of product packaging, relates to a bottle, in particular to a bottle wrapped by a heat shrinkable label film, and more particularly relates to a bottle wrapped by a heat shrinkable label film for subpackaging articles such as medicines, cosmetics, foods and the like. Further, the application also relates to a heat shrinkable label film for wrapping the bottle. Wrapping the bottle with the heat-shrinkable label film of the present application can impart excellent properties to the bottle.
Background
Bottles for subpackaging products such as medicines, cosmetics, foods and the like, particularly medicines, are available in the market at present, the appearance of the bottles is generally half-set-label, the integral aesthetic property of the products is limited, and the bottle mouth part of the half-set-label bottle is completely exposed, so that the bottles are extremely easy to be secondarily polluted in the storage and circulation processes. Tests have been carried out to test the penetration of ink into the beverage, which have shown that ink and air can enter the threaded portion of the bottle mouth even if the bottle is not opened. The thread part can not be protected by sealing, which is always a difficult problem in the beverage industry. It can directly cause the bottle mouth to be polluted by dust, germs or harmful substances in refrigerating fluid. A part of full-set standard products exist in the domestic market, but the film is easy to break or be torn off when the bottle neck of the product is transversely torn.
In order to guarantee the anti-theft opening function and the product use safety of bottle body packages of medicines, foods, beverages, cosmetics and the like, many heat-shrinkable labels are designed into an integrated packaging form from a bottle body to a bottle cap, and a tear line is processed on a heat-shrinkable film on the outer surface of the bottle cap through a virtual cutter process, and the tear line is convenient for tearing the heat-shrinkable film on the bottle cap, so that the bottle cap is convenient to open. The existing common tear lines on the heat shrinkable film label usually include two, one is an annular isolation tear line around the bottle neck, the other is an opening tear line perpendicular to the annular isolation tear line, the two tear lines are connected in a T shape, when the bottle cap needs to be opened, the bottle cap is firstly torn from one end of the opening tear line, and when the bottle cap is torn to the joint with the annular isolation tear line, the bottle cap rotates around the bottle neck for one circle, so that the heat shrinkable film on the periphery of the bottle cap is torn off, however, the following problems are found in the actual use process: although the opening tear line is arranged on the heat shrinkable film, the strength of the heat shrinkable film at the tear line is still higher, and the heat shrinkable film can be torn by a large force, so that the heat shrinkable film is inconvenient to tear; when the opening tearing line is torn to the intersection with the annular isolation tearing line, the opening tearing line can easily cross the annular isolation tearing line so as to damage the heat shrinkable film on the bottle body.
The prior art has many solutions to the problems associated with the above expectations. For example, CN201942056U (chinese patent application No. 2010206568542) discloses an easily torn bottle label, which comprises a body, and is characterized in that the body is transversely provided with an easily torn line, a row of air holes are vertically arranged, a bump is arranged on the upper edge of the body, and the easily torn line is arranged on the bump downwards to the easily torn line. The body is single-layer OPS, PVC or PET. However, in practice, the vertical air holes are not arranged, and the production of products is not influenced; when the air holes are formed, the air holes are easy to crack when the bottle is unscrewed, so that the bottle body cannot be continuously wrapped after the bottle is opened, and therefore, the air holes are not preferable to be formed; the lug and the easy-tearing line are arranged, the upper half part of the film can be separated from the bottle cap after the bottle is opened, and the bottle cap can not be wrapped continuously.
CN202321012U (chinese patent application No. 2011204962182) discloses an easy-to-tear bottle label, which is characterized in that: for individual layer's shrink film, be equipped with horizontal easy tear line on the shrink film, easily tear line top and be equipped with easily tearing the piece, easily tear the piece and become to fall triangle-shaped or fall trapezoidal shrink back in shrink film parcel, easily tear the line and be located bottle lid edge or bottleneck department, easily tear the piece and be located the bottle lid, in addition the shrink film on be equipped with fore-and-aft transparent window. However, the easy-to-tear bottle label is provided with the easy-to-tear block, and the upper half part of the film can be separated from the bottle cap after the bottle is opened, so that the bottle cap cannot be wrapped continuously.
CN203047686U (chinese patent application No. 2012207126810) discloses a container packaging film, which comprises a container body, and is characterized in that: at container packaging body surface cladding one deck rete, the rete is gone up the mouth and is equipped with first tear indentation along the department downwards, and the body neck ring is established the second and is torn the indentation and tear the indentation intercommunication with first tearing. In addition, the first tearing indentation is two that are arranged at intervals, and the middle is provided with a direction indicator. In addition, a trademark or a pattern layer can be formed on the surface of the film layer. This design sets up first tear indentation, and the first half membrane can break away from the bottle lid after uncork, can not continue to wrap up the bottle lid.
CN203624196U (chinese patent application No. 2013206340065) discloses a corrosion-resistant heat-shrinkable film with tear lines, which is characterized by comprising an upper half and a lower half of the heat-shrinkable film separated by transverse tear lines, wherein the top end of the upper half of the heat-shrinkable film is provided with a tearing head protruding outwards, the top ends of two vertical tear lines are connected with the tearing head, and the bottom ends of the two vertical tear lines are connected with the transverse tear lines. Furthermore, the left side and the right side of the upper half part of the heat shrinkable film are butted with the left side and the right side of the lower half part of the heat shrinkable film to form a cylindrical structure. In the design, the convex tearing head and the vertical tearing line thereof are arranged, the upper half part of the film can be separated from the bottle cap after the bottle is opened, and the bottle cap can not be wrapped continuously.
CN204979678U (chinese patent application No. 2015206880683) discloses a bottle body and cap integrated heat shrinkable film packaging label, which comprises a heat shrinkable film label body, the thermal contraction film label body is provided with an isolation tear line which divides the thermal contraction film label body into a bottle body label part and a bottle cap label part, it is characterized in that the label part of the bottle cap is provided with a tearing part, the tearing part comprises an inclined opening tearing line and an auxiliary tearing line parallel to the opening tearing line, the outer end of the opening tearing line is connected with the top edge of the label part of the bottle cap, the inner end of the opening tearing line is obliquely connected with the isolation tearing line, the auxiliary tear line is positioned in the obtuse included angle range between the opening tear line and the isolation tear line, the outer end of the auxiliary tear line is connected with the top edge of the label part of the bottle cap, and the inner end of the auxiliary tear line is not connected with the isolation tear line. One example is a secondary tear line having a length 1/3-2/3 of the length of the opening tear line. As an example, when the label portion of the bottle cap is wrapped on the bottle cap, the central angle of the opening tear line and the auxiliary tear line is between 15 ° and 60 °. One example is where the opening tear line is at an angle of between 45 deg. and 80 deg. to the barrier tear line. One example is a bottle cap label portion having two sets of tear portions symmetrically disposed about an axis. One example is that there are two sets of tear on the label portion of the bottle cap, and the two sets of tear are distributed in parallel. However, the patent provides a tear above the horizontal separation tear line, which includes both an opening tear line and a supplemental tear line parallel thereto, and other design issues such as detachment of the membrane of the closure portion may also be present.
In general, the heat shrinkable films of the prior art described above are mostly able to solve the problem of being not easily torn. However, for products which have a bottle body and a bottle cap and are used for multiple times, such as packaging bottles for multiple-use medicines, cosmetics and the like, after the heat shrinkable films of the bottle body and the bottle cap are disconnected, the heat shrinkable film on the bottle cap is retained and still coated on the bottle cap, and the instruction words on the bottle cap need to be retained for multiple times; the above prior art heat shrinkable films are not effective in maintaining the integrity of the heat shrinkable film of the cap portion.
Therefore, it is still highly desirable for those skilled in the art to solve the above technical problems or technical contradictions.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the present invention is to provide a bottle covered with a heat shrinkable label film, which is expected to remain without falling off the heat shrinkable label film of a bottle cap portion when the bottle is used, and to be easily broken when the bottle body and the bottle cap are separated when the contents of the bottle are required to be used but to remain intact after the breaking. Another object of the present application is to provide a heat-shrinkable label film for wrapping a bottle, which is capable of imparting the above-mentioned technical effects to the bottle wrapped with the heat-shrinkable label film.
To this end, the present application provides, in a first aspect, a bottle characterized by comprising:
a bottle for containing an article;
a bottle cap for use with (e.g., by threaded form fit connection with) the mouth of the bottle body and forming a bottle neck;
the heat-shrinkable label sleeving film is wrapped on the surfaces of the bottle body and the bottle cap through heat shrinkage after the bottle body and the bottle cap are tightly screwed and sealed after articles are contained in the bottle;

It has been unexpectedly found that the heat shrinkable label film of the cap portion is distorted when the non-scored line portion is more than 0.95 times the length of the scored line portion when the bottle is unscrewed, for example, the non-scored line portion is 1.0 or 1.5 times the length of the scored line portion to reach 8% and 11% from the probability of distortion (test of samples of 100 or more bottles), respectively, and the longer the non-scored line portion is, the higher the distortion rate is. Distortion of the heat shrinkable label film of the cap portion affects not only the aesthetic appearance of the product (since these products are usually used many times), but also the identification of the characters and/or patterns on the heat shrinkable label film of the cap portion. It has also been found that when the non-scored line portion is 0.65 times or less the length of the scored line portion, the opening rupture line provided at the neck of the bottle may excessively shrink to be cracked in the production process of the heat shrinkable sleeve label film on the bottle via heat shrinkage, for example, when the non-scored line portion is 0.6 times or 0.5 times the length of the scored line portion, such cracking rates are 14% and 17%, respectively, and the shorter the non-scored line portion, the higher the cracking rate, which is to be avoided in production. When the length ratio of the scribed line portion to the non-scribed line portion is 1: 0.7 to 0.9 such as 1: and when the torsional modulus and the cracking rate are 0.7-0.85%, the torsional modulus and the cracking rate are both less than 1%.

In the present application, at the neck of the bottle, the ratio of the outer diameters of the bottle body and the bottle cap is 1: 0.8 to 1.2, for example, 1: 0.85 to 1.15. This design of the bottle is necessary, otherwise the film is prone to splitting at the opening rupture line when heat shrink wrapped around the bottle if the difference in outer diameter is large. For example, when the bottle body is large and the cap is small, such as 590ml mineral water, which is generally used in the market and has a bottle body diameter more than 2 times the cap diameter, the heat shrinkable label film of the present invention is not suitable. In general, the heat shrinkable label sleeve of the present invention is suitable for bottles having a capacity of 100ml or less, for example, bottles having a capacity of 60ml or less, for example, bottles having a capacity of 25ml or less, for example, bottles having a capacity of 2ml, 2.5ml, 5ml, 7.5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, etc.
Thus, according to one embodiment of any aspect of the present application, the heat shrinkable label sleeve is suitable for bottles having a capacity of less than 100ml, such as bottles having a capacity of less than 60ml, such as bottles having a capacity of less than 25ml, such as bottles having a capacity of 2ml, 2.5ml, 5ml, 7.5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, etc.
Thus, according to any embodiment of any aspect of the present application, the heat-shrinkable label film is in the shape of a flat rectangle or square, or in the shape of a cylinder open at both the top and bottom.
Any technical feature possessed by any one aspect of the present application or any embodiment of that one aspect may be equally applicable to any other embodiment or any embodiment of any other aspect, so long as they are not mutually contradictory, although appropriate modifications may be made to the respective features as necessary when applicable to each other. Through the method of the present application, the beneficial effects of one or more aspects of the present application can be obtained, for example:
(1) after the bottle is unscrewed, the heat-shrinkable label film partially wrapped on the bottle body and the bottle cap can be retained, so that characters and/or patterns printed on the inner side or the outer side of the heat-shrinkable label film can be retained during the repeated use of the articles in the bottle;
(2) when the heat-shrinkable label sleeve film is wrapped on the surface of a bottle through heat shrinkage, the opening fracture line cannot crack due to the unique design;
(3) when the bottle filled with articles and wrapped with the heat-shrinkable label film is used by unscrewing the bottle for the first time, the bottle can be opened by using the strength of a common adult, but is difficult to unscrew for children;
(4) compared with some prior art designs, the design of the heat shrinkable label sleeve is simple, and more functions such as maintaining characters and/or patterns of the heat shrinkable label sleeve wrapped at the bottle cap can be realized.

Fig. 1 depicts a schematic view of a bottle coated with a heat shrinkable label film of the present invention, which contains a solid powdered or liquid substance, such as a medicine, preferably a liquid medicine, such as eye drops, ear drops, etc., packed therein, the bottle comprising:
a bottle body 1 for containing an article (not shown);
a bottle cap 2 which is used in cooperation with the bottle mouth of the bottle body 1 and forms a bottle neck;
the heat-shrinkable label sleeving film 3 is wrapped on the surfaces of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 through heat shrinkage after the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 are tightly screwed and sealed after articles are accommodated in the bottle;
and an opening fracture line 4 which is arranged in a circle on the thermal contraction labeling film 3 at the bottleneck formed by connecting the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2.
In one embodiment, the heat-shrinkable label film 3 is further drawn or printed with product instructions on the surface of the bottle body 1 adjacent to one side or the other side (i.e., the inner side or the outer side) of the bottle cap 2.
In one embodiment, the heat-shrinkable label film 3 is further drawn or printed with a product design on a surface adjacent to one side or the other (i.e., the inner side or the outer side) of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2.
In one embodiment, the heat-shrinkable label film 3 is further drawn or printed with product description letters and/or product patterns on the surface adjacent to one side or the other (i.e., the inner side or the outer side) of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2. These product description words and/or product designs are not depicted in fig. 1 and may be, for example, product name, recipe, date of manufacture, usage amount, manufacturer, trademark, manufacturer characteristic LOGO, etc. For example, the opening direction of the bottle cap can be printed or drawn on the inner surface or the outer surface of the heat shrinkable label film 3 at the bottle cap part.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the opening rupture line 4 is in the form of a spaced-apart dashed line.
The design of the opening rupture line 4 is further depicted in connection with fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the opening rupture line 4 is in the form of a spaced short score line, and the length ratio of the score line portion 41 to the non-score line portion 42 of the spaced short score line is 1: 0.7 to 0.9; for example, the length ratio of the scribe line portion 41 to the non-scribe line portion 42 of the spaced short scribe line is 1: 0.7 to 0.85. It has been unexpectedly found that when the non-score line portion 42 is more than 0.95 times the length of the score line portion 41, the heat shrinkable label film of the bottle cap portion is distorted when unscrewing the bottle, for example, the non-score line portion 42 is 1.0 or 1.5 times the length of the score line portion 41 to 8% and 11%, respectively, from the probability of occurrence of distortion (test of samples of 100 or more bottles), and the higher the distortion rate is as the non-score line portion 42 is longer. Distortion of the heat shrinkable label film of the cap portion affects not only the aesthetic appearance of the product (since these products are usually used many times), but also the identification of the characters and/or patterns on the heat shrinkable label film of the cap portion. It has also been found that when the non-scored line portion 42 is 0.65 times or less the length of the scored line portion 41, excessive shrinkage of the opening rupture line 4 provided at the neck of the bottle occurs to crack during the production of the heat shrinkable sleeve label film on the bottle via heat shrinkage, for example, when the non-scored line portion 42 is 0.6 times or 0.5 times the length of the scored line portion 41, such cracking rates reach 14% and 17%, respectively, and the shorter the non-scored line portion 42, the higher the cracking rate, which is to be avoided in production. When the length ratio of the scribe line portion 41 to the non-scribe line portion 42 is 1: 0.7 to 0.9 such as 1: and when the torsional modulus and the cracking rate are 0.7-0.85%, the torsional modulus and the cracking rate are both less than 1%.

In one embodiment, the ratio of the outer diameters of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 at the bottle neck is 1: 0.85 to 1.15.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in liquid form.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in liquid form and upon initial opening, as shown in fig. 1, the bottle body 1 is broken away from the heat shrinkable label film 3 surrounding the bottle cap 2 at the opening rupture line 4 by unscrewing the bottle cap 2 in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the bottle body 1. Furthermore, the two sections of disconnected heat-shrinkable label films 3 are respectively kept to wrap the outer surfaces of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the contents of the bottle are in the form of liquid, and the liquid in the bottle is used many times by means of repeated opening and closing of the bottle body and the bottle cap.
In a further embodiment, the present application provides a heat shrinkable label film, schematically illustrated in fig. 2 and 1, comprising:
the film body 5 is used for wrapping the surface of a bottle comprising the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2; and
an opening fracture line 4, when the thermal shrinkage label film is coated on the surface of the bottle through thermal shrinkage, the opening fracture line 4 is arranged in a circle at the bottle neck formed by the connection of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2,
wherein,
the opening rupture line 4 is in the form of a spaced short score line, and the length ratio of the score line portion 41 to the non-score line portion 42 of the spaced short score line is 1: 0.7 to 0.9.
In one embodiment, the opening rupture line 4 is in the form of a spaced-apart short score line, and the ratio of the length of the scored line portion 41 to the non-scored line portion 42 of the spaced-apart short score line is 1: 0.7 to 0.85.
In one embodiment, the heat shrinkable sleeve label film, when applied to a surface of a bottle, comprises:
a bottle body 1 for containing an article;
a bottle cap 2 which is used in cooperation with the bottle mouth of the bottle body 1 and forms a bottle neck;
the heat-shrinkable label sleeving film 3 is wrapped on the surfaces of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 through heat shrinkage after the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 are tightly screwed and sealed after articles are accommodated in the bottle;
and an opening fracture line 4 which is arranged in a circle on the thermal contraction labeling film 3 at the bottleneck formed by connecting the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2.
In one embodiment, the ratio of the outer diameters of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 at the bottle neck is 1: 0.8 to 1.2.
In one embodiment, the ratio of the outer diameters of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 at the bottle neck is 1: 0.85 to 1.15.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in liquid form.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in liquid form, upon initial opening, by unscrewing the cap 2 in a counter-clockwise direction with respect to the body 1 and breaking the body 1 from the heat-shrinkable label film 3 surrounding the cap 2 at the opening rupture line 4.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in liquid form, and when the bottle is first opened, the bottle body 1 and the heat-shrinkable label film 3 wrapped outside the bottle cap 2 are separated at the opening fracture line 4 by unscrewing the bottle cap 2 in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the bottle body 1, and the two separated heat-shrinkable label films 3 are respectively kept wrapped on the outer surfaces of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2.
In one embodiment, the contents of the bottle are in the form of a liquid, and the liquid in the bottle is used several times by means of repeated opening and closing of the bottle body and the bottle cap.
In the present application, at the neck of the bottle, the ratio of the outer diameters of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 is 1: 0.8 to 1.2, for example, 1: 0.85 to 1.15. This design of the bottle is necessary, otherwise the film is prone to splitting at the opening rupture line 4 when heat shrink wrapping the bottle if the difference in the outer diameters of the two is large.
Thus, in one embodiment, the heat shrinkable label sleeve is suitable for bottles having a capacity of less than 100ml, such as less than 60ml, such as less than 25ml, such as 2ml, 2.5ml, 5ml, 7.5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, and the like.
In the production process of products (such as medicines, cosmetics, foods and the like, which are all the cases that one product unit needs to be opened and used for multiple times), articles (such as medicines, cosmetics, foods and the like, which can be in liquid state or solid state granules or powder state) are filled or subpackaged or contained in a bottle body in advance, then the bottle cover is screwed down to seal the content in the bottle, then a heat-shrinkable label film (which can be printed or sprayed with characters or patterns on the inner surface or the outer surface of the bottle in advance or in a suitable mode) is sleeved outside the bottle, an opening fracture line is aligned or basically aligned with a bottle neck formed by connecting the bottle body and the bottle cover, then the heat-shrinkable label film is tightly sleeved or wrapped on the surface of the bottle by heating, and the properly packaged products are obtained through the process. Thus, in one embodiment, the claimed bottle may contain or be filled or filled with the said product, or of course, may be free of the said product, and the claimed bottle (whether or not it contains or is filled or filled with the said product) is taken as an embodiment of the present application.
In addition, in the present application, the heat-shrinkable label film is in the shape of a flat rectangle or a square as shown in fig. 2, and is bonded together in the axial direction of the bottle (for example, by chemical solvent bonding or thermal bonding, or other means) before being wrapped on the surface of the bottle, or is bonded in advance by the above-mentioned method to form a cylindrical shape with both open top and bottom, and is wrapped on the bottle during use, and then is wrapped on the surface of the bottle by heat shrinkage, and this cylindrical heat-shrinkable label film with both open top and bottom is shown in fig. 3.
Thus, according to any embodiment of any aspect of the present application, the heat-shrinkable label film is in the shape of a flat rectangle or square, or in the shape of a cylinder open at both the top and bottom.
In addition, in one embodiment of the present application, the heat-shrinkable label sleeve is in the shape of a flat rectangle or square as shown in fig. 2, and is bonded (e.g., by chemical solvent bonding or by thermal bonding, or otherwise) together in the axial direction of the bottle before it is desired to wrap the label sleeve around the surface of the bottle; or, the heat-shrinkable label covering film of the present invention can also be adhered in advance by the above method to form a cylindrical shape with openings at both top and bottom, and when in use, the heat-shrinkable label covering film is covered on the bottle, and then the heat-shrinkable label covering film is heat-shrunk to cover the surface of the bottle, wherein the cylindrical heat-shrinkable label covering film with openings at both top and bottom is shown in fig. 3. In one embodiment, the heat shrinkable label sleeve is provided in a plurality of pieces, e.g., in an endless piece, joined together end to end at locations corresponding to the top and bottom of the bottle. For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the case that the heat shrinkable label film is in the shape of a cylinder with openings at both top and bottom, a length of the continuous plurality of heat shrinkable label films is stretched to cover the bottle, and the opening rupture line 4 is arranged at a circle at the bottle neck formed by connecting the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2, and then the heat shrinkable label film is cut at the bottle top and the bottle bottom, respectively.
