本实用新型公开了一种水滴形液位浮球，包括浮球壳体、以及设置在浮球壳体内部的重块、限位开关和引出线；其中浮球壳体包括下半的半球和上半的锥体，从上半锥体的顶端有引出线；浮球壳体内部的重块与限位开关连接，当浮球随着水位上升倾斜时，壳体内部的重块压迫限位开关触点，切换外部电路的状态。本设计的水滴形液位采用表面光滑的圆弧面为浮球体，能够防止使用过程中发生堵塞卡死的现象，降低泵站系统的故障率。

背景技术
在泵送系统应用过程中中，液位浮球是常见的水泵控制元器件，而在雨污水提升泵站内常规的液位浮球极易卡死在管路之间以及管路和筒壁之间，影响了液位浮球的正常使用，导致泵站内的潜污泵不能正常运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供提供一种不易卡塞的水滴形液位浮球。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种水滴形液位浮球，包括浮球壳体、以及设置在浮球壳体内部的重块、限位开关和引出线；
其中浮球壳体包括下半的半球和上半的锥体，从上半锥体的顶端有引出线；浮球壳体内部的重块与限位开关的连接，当浮球随着水位上升倾斜时，壳体内部的重块压迫限位开关触点，切换外部电路的状态。
本设计的水滴形液位采用表面光滑的圆弧面为浮球体，能够防止使用过程中发生堵塞卡死的现象，降低泵站系统的故障率。

如图所示，1是下半半球形的浮球壳体，2是上半锥形的浮球壳体，下半半球形的浮球壳体1和上半锥形的浮球壳体2组成一个浮球壳体，由聚丙烯材料制成，3是限位开关，设置在浮球壳体内，4是浮球的引出线，从浮球的顶部引出，5是浮球内部的重块，接触，一旦水位升高浮球倾斜，重块5就压迫限位开关3的触点，改变外部电路的状态。
