本实用新型公开了一种电子烟弹性电极结构,包括雾化组件以及电池组件,螺纹套设置于电池组件上端,所述螺纹套内设置有电极环,所述电极环下端通过螺纹套底部的穿孔伸出,电极环与螺纹套之间设置有绝缘环,所述电极环与绝缘环之间设置有弹性密封圈。本电子烟弹性电极结构防漏油效果好、成本低。

一种电子烟弹性电极结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种电子烟弹性电极结构。
背景技术
烟草燃烧的烟雾中存在数十种致癌物质,如焦油等对人体健康会产生非常大的危害,而且,烟雾弥漫在空气中,形成二手烟,周围的人群吸入后也会对身体造成伤害,因此,大多数公共场合都明令禁止吸烟。于是,为满足部分烟民的需要,电子香烟应市而生。
现有的电子烟具有雾化组件和电池组件,在使用过程中,部分烟油容易自上而下流至电池组件内部,漏油通过电极进入电池组件中导致主板短路,严重影响用户体验。例如,中国专利文献CN201210408618.2公开了“电子烟用雾化装置、雾化器及电子烟”,如其图9,上为雾化套9,下为电池18,在使用时二者通过螺纹连接在一起,部分烟油可能会通过螺纹套与电极环之间的缝隙渗透进去从而造成破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低且能有效防止漏油的电子烟弹性电极结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种电子烟弹性电极结构,包括雾化组件以及电池组件,螺纹套设置于电池组件上端,所述螺纹套内设置有电极环,所述电极环下端通过螺纹套底部的穿孔伸出,电极环与螺纹套之间设置有绝缘环,所述电极环与绝缘环之间设置有弹性密封圈。
所述绝缘环上端为凸台,所述凸台外径大于穿孔内径。
所述电极环具有端部,所述端部的直径大于绝缘环的中空环内径。
所述电极环外围与绝缘环内侧之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧位于中空环内。
所述该密封圈上端抵接于电极环端部的下侧,密封圈下端抵接于绝缘环上端的凸台。
所述密封圈为中空体,密封圈上、下端部均具有开口;密封圈上、下端部的开口均穿设于电极环。
所述密封圈中部具有棱部,在自然状态,所述棱部与螺纹套内壁具有间隙;在工作状态,所述棱部与螺纹套内壁抵接。
所述螺纹套下端外围设置有绝缘硅胶。
所述密封圈最下端连接电极盖。
所述密封圈为硅胶材质。
本实用新型的有益效果是:硅胶材质密封圈设置于电极和绝缘环之间,对电极以及绝缘环之间的缝隙具有很好的密封效果;在工作状态密封圈受挤压变形,密封效果更好。密封圈还能使电极环受力均匀,从而在工作状态不会发生角度的歪斜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型电子烟弹性电极结构做进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示为本电子烟弹性电极结构第一实施例,电子烟包括雾化组件,该雾化组件下端连接电池组件。图1所示的螺纹套1设置于电池组件上端,雾化组件在图中未示出,雾化组件下端与电池组件上端螺纹连接;该螺纹套1具有内螺纹11,即,雾化组件与电池组件通过螺纹套1螺纹连接。该螺纹套1具有内腔12,该内腔12位于内螺纹11之下,该内腔12内安置有电极环2,该电极环2上端位于内腔12,该电极环2下端通过螺纹套1底部的穿孔13伸出。
该电极环2与该螺纹套1之间设置有绝缘环3,该绝缘环3环绕套接于电极环2外围,该绝缘环3上端为凸台31,该凸台31外径大于穿孔13内径;该绝缘环3具有中空环32。该电极环2具有端部21,该端部21的直径大于中空环32内径,因此,端部21起到了一个限位的作用。在该电极环2外围与绝缘环3内侧之间设置有弹簧4,该弹簧4位于中空环32内。该电极环2与绝缘环3内侧之间还设置有弹性密封圈5,该密封圈5套接于电极环2外围;密封圈5与绝缘环3内侧壁紧密接触。该密封圈5以硅胶材料为宜,这样,在电极环2受到向下压力时,该密封圈5虽产生变形,但是仍然能够将电极环2与绝缘环3之间的缝隙完好密封,从而保证不会有烟油从此往下泄露。
如图3、4所示为本电子烟弹性电极结构第二实施例,电子烟包括雾化组件,该雾化组件下端连接电池组件。图3所示的螺纹套1设置于电池组件上端,雾化组件在图中未示出,雾化组件下端与电池组件上端螺纹连接;该螺纹套1具有内螺纹11,即,雾化组件与电池组件通过螺纹套1螺纹连接。该螺纹套1具有内腔12,该内腔12位于内螺纹11之下,该内腔12内安置有电极环2,该电极环2上端位于内腔12,该电极环2下端通过螺纹套1底部的穿孔13伸出。
该电极环2与该螺纹套1之间设置有绝缘环3,该绝缘环3环绕套接于电极环2外围,该绝缘环3上端为凸台31,该凸台31外径大于穿孔13内径;该绝缘环3具有中空环。该电极环2具有端部21,该端部21的直径大于中空环内径,因此,端部21起到了一个限位的作用。该电极环2与绝缘环3之间还设置有弹性密封圈5,该密封圈5套接于电极环2外围;该密封圈5上端抵接于电极环2端部21的下侧,该密封圈5下端抵接于绝缘环3上端的凸台31;密封圈5与绝缘环3紧密接触。该密封圈5形状为中空的球状体、椭圆状体等均可,该密封圈5上、下端部均具有开口;该密封圈5上、下端部的开口穿设于电极环2。该密封圈5以硅胶材料为宜,这样,在电极环2受到向下压力时,该密封圈5虽产生变形,但是仍然能够将电极环2与绝缘环3之间的缝隙完好密封,从而保证不会有烟油从此往下泄露。另外,密封圈5的边缘棱部与螺纹套1内壁具有少量间隙,当电极环2受向下压时,密封圈5变形,棱部变大直至与螺纹套1内壁紧密接触,可进一步起到密封效果。所述螺纹套1下端外围还设置有绝缘硅胶6。密封圈5最下端连接电极盖7。
在第一实施例和第二实施例中,密封圈5除了密封作用外,还能使电极环2受力均匀,从而在工作状态不会发生角度的歪斜,保证了与雾化组件下端接触良好,即,实现对雾化组件稳定的供电。

1.一种电子烟弹性电极结构,包括雾化组件以及电池组件,螺纹套设置于电池组件上端,所述螺纹套内设置有电极环,其特征在于:所述电极环下端通过螺纹套底部的穿孔伸出,电极环与螺纹套之间设置有绝缘环,所述电极环与绝缘环之间设置有弹性密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述绝缘环上端为凸台,所述凸台外径大于穿孔内径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述电极环具有端部,所述端部的直径大于绝缘环的中空环内径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述电极环外围与绝缘环内侧之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧位于中空环内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述该密封圈上端抵接于电极环端部的下侧,密封圈下端抵接于绝缘环上端的凸台。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈为中空体,密封圈上、下端部均具有开口;密封圈上、下端部的开口均穿设于电极环。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈中部具有棱部,在自然状态,所述棱部与螺纹套内壁具有间隙;在工作状态,所述棱部与螺纹套内壁抵接。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹套下端外围设置有绝缘硅胶。
9.根据权利要求5所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈最下端连接电极盖。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电子烟弹性电极结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈为硅胶材质。
