管端保护器
本实用新型属于管端保护器制造领域，主要用于对钢管端口的保护。
目前随着对钢管的需求量的大幅度增长，对钢管的质量也不断地提出新的要求，特别是管端质量。但是由于缺少对管端的保护。在运输、装卸过程中严重地影响着钢管的管端质量。
本实用新型的设计目的是：设计一种运输、装卸过程中能够对钢管管端进行良好保护的管端保护器。
本实用新型的设计方案是：管端保护器是由保护环1、衬垫2和胀环楔3构成。保护环1为带有护边6和制有楔扣4的不封口圆环，并且护边6呈半圆形翻边；衬垫2固定在保护环的内侧，衬垫为若干个，胀环楔3与保护环上的楔扣4相吻合；保护环和胀环楔为金属或非金属材料，衬垫2为非金属材料。使用时，将带有衬垫2的保护环1置于钢管的端口内，其护边6位于端口，胀环楔3置于保护环的楔扣4内即可。
本实用新型一是结构设计新颖简单，二是安装、拆卸极为方便，三是对管端的保护效果好。

实施例：
图1～图3是管端保护器的一种实施例。
管端保护器的实施：该保护器以热轧薄钢板或冷轧薄钢板为原料，按照不同的规格剪切为相应长度及宽度的坯料，坯料两头经常温冲压形成楔扣4，然后弯成圆形并翻边则构成带有护边6的保护环1，胀环楔3经常温冲压成型，喷漆，然后将非金属弹性材料制成的衬垫2均匀地固定在保护器内侧。

Claims (5)

1.一种管端保护器，其特征是由保护环1、衬垫2和胀环楔3构成，保护环1为带有护边6和制有楔扣4的不封口圆环，衬垫2固定在保护环的内侧，胀环楔3与保护环上的楔扣4相吻合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管端保护器，其特征是：护边6呈半圆形翻边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管端保护器，其特征是：衬垫2为若干个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管端保护器，其特征是：保护环1和胀环楔3为金属材料；衬垫2为非金属材料。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的管端保护器，其特征是保护环1和胀环楔3为非金属材料。
