实用新型内容
为了克服现有的接线柱数量有限的不足,本实用新型提供了一种拼接式电机接线板,通过磁块磁吸固定的方式将板体拼接成一体使用来解决问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种拼接式电机接线板,包括带接线柱的接线板主体,接线板主体由若干单独接电使用的板体拼接而成,板体之间通过磁块吸附连接,磁块卡接在相邻两块板体之间的定位凹槽内。
进一步的,包括板体两侧均开设有用于卡设磁块的卡槽,相邻两块板体之间的卡槽拼接形成定位凹槽。
进一步的,包括卡槽底部嵌设有用于与磁块吸附固定的磁条。
进一步的,包括板体两侧分别设置有两个卡槽。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种拼接式电机接线板,包括带接线柱1的接线板主体2,接线板主体2由若干单独接电使用的板体拼接而成,板体之间通过磁块3吸附连接,磁块3卡接在相邻两块板体之间的定位凹槽内,板体两侧均开设有用于卡设磁块3的卡槽4,相邻两块板体之间的卡槽4拼接形成定位凹槽,卡槽4底部嵌设有用于与磁块3吸附固定的磁条5,板体两侧分别设置有两个卡槽4,卡槽4侧壁粘结有密封圈6。
使用时,根据使用需求准备一定数量的带接线柱1板体,通过磁块3和卡槽4底部的磁条5相互吸引将相邻两块板体拼接固定,磁块5和定位凹槽之间的缝隙通过定位凹槽内侧面的密封圈6进行密封,拼接结构的接线板主体2安装拆卸比较方便,能适应不同需求。
