在空分塔开启时冷箱外壁温度瞬间降低，在热胀冷缩的作用下很可能造成冷箱外壁拉裂。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空分塔冷箱化冰管，能够确保冷却塔外壁保持在一定的温度范围内，且外壁上不结霜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种空分塔冷箱化冰管，包括管体，管体的一端连接着DN20的蒸汽管，管体的另一端底部设置着排污管，管体顶面上间隔均布设置着矩形蒸汽出口，蒸汽出口朝向空分塔冷箱壁，管体的底部焊接设置着两个可分离支架。
本实用新型使用时，通过可分离支架将管体安装在空分塔冷箱上。该化冰管采用可分离支架固定，拆卸及安装方便。化冰均匀，维持外壁温度效果好，该化冰管内蒸汽能将冷箱外壁全部覆盖，流速低不会对冷箱造成损伤，实用性强，用在空分塔冷箱化冰防护工作上，效果良好。
