一种新型纸巾总包装挡料装置，其特征在于所述总包挡料装置包括支撑板、气缸、大挡板、小挡板、直线滑轨与连接滑杆，所述支撑板上有腰形通孔，大挡板与小挡板安装在支撑板上部，连接滑杆为‘T’形，连接滑杆接连小挡板、直线滑轨与气缸，所述支撑板上腰形通孔两端有限位缓冲块，支撑板上表面表面光洁度在Ra1.25～0.16之间，所述大挡板与小挡板与支撑板之间安装高度不低于20mm。

通过对支撑板、气缸、大挡板、小挡板、直线滑轨与连接滑杆进行优选设计 组合，成一种新型纸巾总包装挡料装置，解决传统的纸巾总包装装置由于没有挡料装置，经常导致纸巾与包装袋飞出总包装装置的问题。本实用新型结构新颖、实用性强，适合在纸巾总装过程中挡料使用。
