Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种省力的出水切换结构,其是装配于一本体内,该本体内还包括分水盘和分水座,分水座与本体之间形成与进水通道相连通的分水腔,分水座还设有与分水腔相连通的泄压通道,该切换结构包括具有杠杆结构的切换开关、传动杆、及下棘轮,所述分水盘对应所述下棘轮设有上棘轮,进而配合驱动所述分水盘转动,传动杆的一端与切换开关联动,另一端打开或关闭泄压通道并与下棘轮传动配合,通过设有具有杠杆结构的切换开关,使切换省力,且使该切换结构位置可根据需要设置,可放置于空间较大的位置,并且通过设置泄压通道,使切换开关带动传动杆运动时,可打开泄压通道进行泄压,能够减小切换力值,使切换更省力,优化用户的手感体验。

本实用新型涉及卫浴领域,更具体的为一种省力的出水切换结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,切换机构设置于水流通道上,以对水流的出水方式进行切换,由于水流对切换机构产生一定的压力,切换时,用户需克服水流的压力才能进行切换,非常费力,使操作起来非常不方便,用户体验不佳,极端情况下,过大的水压甚至会使得切换机构损坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种省力的出水切换结构。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种省力的出水切换结构,其是装配于一本体内,所述本体内设有进水通道,该本体内还包括设有分水孔的分水盘、设有出水孔的分水座,所述分水座与所述本体之间形成与所述进水通道相连通的分水腔,所述分水盘位于所述分水腔内并与所述分水座转动连接,所述分水座还设有与所述分水腔相连通的泄压通道,该切换结构包括具有杠杆结构的切换开关、传动杆、及下棘轮,所述分水盘对应所述下棘轮设有上棘轮,进而配合驱动所述分水盘转动,所述传动杆的一端与切换开关联动,另一端打开或关闭所述泄压通道并与所述下棘轮传动配合。
优选的,还包括一弹性件,所述弹性件顶抵于所述切换开关与所述本体之间。
优选的,所述本体包括固定座及与固定座固定连接的握杆,所述分水座与该固定座配合形成所述分水腔,所述握杆内形成所述进水通道。
优选的,所述切换开关包括转动装接于所述握杆上的翘翘杆,一扳手转动连接在所述握杆上并与所述翘翘杆的一端传动配合,所述翘翘杆的另一端联动一拉杆,进而形成所述杠杆结构。
优选的,所述固定座设有贯穿的让位孔,所述拉杆由上至下的由所述让位孔伸入所述分水腔内,所述拉杆与所述让位孔密封滑动配合。
优选的,所述传动杆由下至上的依次穿过所述下棘轮以及分水盘与所述拉杆相固接。
本实用新型的一种省力的出水切换结构,具有如下有益效果:
1.通过采用所述分水座还设有与所述分水腔相连通的泄压通道,该切换结构包括具有杠杆结构的切换开关、传动杆、及下棘轮,所述分水盘对应所述下棘轮设有上棘轮,进而配合驱动所述分水盘转动,所述传动杆的一端与切换开关联动,另一端打开或关闭所述泄压通道并与所述下棘轮传动配合,通过设有具有杠杆结构的切换开关,使切换省力,且使该切换结构位置可根据需要设置,可放置于空间较大的位置,并且通过设置泄压通道,使切换开关带动传动杆运动时,可打开泄压通道进行泄压,能够减小切换力值,使切换更省力,优化用户的手感体验。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1至图4所示,一种省力的出水切换结构,其是装配于一本体10内,所述本体10内设有进水通道13,该本体10内还包括设有分水孔的分水盘60、设有出水孔21的分水座20,所述分水座20与所述本体10之间形成与所述进水通道13相连通的分水腔14,所述分水盘60位于所述分水腔14内并与所述分水座20转动连接,所述分水座20还设有与所述分水腔14相连通的泄压通道22,该切换结构包括具有杠杆结构的切换开关30、传动杆40、及下棘轮50,所述分水盘60对应所述下棘轮50设有上棘轮61,进而配合驱动所述分水盘60转动,上棘轮61与下棘轮50为棘轮棘齿的配合原理,为本领域的常规技术手段,这里不再赘述,所述传动杆40的一端与切换开关30联动,另一端打开或关闭所述泄压通道22后并与所述下棘轮50传动配合。
本实施例中,还包括一弹性件34,所述弹性件34顶抵于所述切换开关30与所述本体10之间。
本实施例中,所述本体10包括固定座11及与固定座11固定连接的握杆12,所述分水座20与该固定座11配合形成所述分水腔14,具体的,分水座20外壁套设有第一密封圈23,进而与固定座11密封连接,所述握杆12内形成所述进水通道13。
本实施例中,所述切换开关30包括转动装接于所述握杆12上的翘翘杆31,一扳手32转动连接在所述握杆12上并与所述翘翘杆31的一端传动配合,所述翘翘杆31的另一端联动一拉杆33,进而形成所述杠杆结构,具体的,所述握杆12上设有第一转轴孔121和第二转轴孔122,所述翘翘杆31通过第一插销311转动装接在第一转轴孔121处,所述扳手32通过第二插销321转动装接在第二转轴孔122处,所述拉杆33通过第三插销331与翘翘杆31转动连接并随翘翘杆31的摆动上下运动。
本实施例中,所述固定座11设有贯穿的让位孔15,所述拉杆33由上至下的由所述让位孔15伸入所述分水腔14内,所述拉杆33与所述让位孔15密封滑动配合,具体的,所述让位孔15上端设有第二密封圈35,一扣盖36将该密封圈35固定于让位孔15的上端处,并且该第二密封圈35与所述拉杆33的外壁紧密接触配合。
本实施例中,所述传动杆40由下至上的依次穿过所述下棘轮50以及分水盘60与所述拉杆33相固接,具体的,所述传动杆40间隔设有一上凸沿42和一下凸沿43,一第三密封圈41固定装接在上凸沿42和下凸沿43之间,所述下棘轮50抵靠于上凸沿42的上沿处,传动杆40关闭所述泄压通道22时,第三密封圈41与泄压通道22的内壁的紧密接触配合,该传动杆40的上端还设有外螺纹,所述拉杆33对应设有内螺纹,进而使传动杆40与拉杆33相螺接配合。
使用时,提拉扳手32一端向上,扳手32另一端下压翘翘杆31使翘翘杆31顺时针转动,进而带动拉杆33向上运动,传动杆40随拉杆33向上,此时,传动杆40打开泄压通道22,使分水腔14内的一部分水由泄压通道22流出,进而减小分水盘60向上运动的阻力,传动杆40通过上凸沿42提拉下棘轮50向上运动,进而与上棘轮61配合使分水盘60向上运动并转动,进而完成切换动作。
通过设有具有杠杆结构的切换开关30,使切换省力,且使该切换结构位置可根据需要设置,可放置于空间较大的位置,并且通过设置泄压通道22,使切换开关30带动传动杆40运动时,可打开泄压通道22进行泄压,能够减小切换力值,使切换更省力,优化用户的手感体验。

1.一种省力的出水切换结构,其是装配于一本体内,所述本体内设有进水通道,该本体内还包括设有分水孔的分水盘、设有出水孔的分水座,所述分水座与所述本体之间形成与所述进水通道相连通的分水腔,所述分水盘位于所述分水腔内并与所述分水座转动连接,其特征在于:所述分水座还设有与所述分水腔相连通的泄压通道,该切换结构包括具有杠杆结构的切换开关、传动杆、及下棘轮,所述分水盘对应所述下棘轮设有上棘轮,进而配合驱动所述分水盘转动,所述传动杆的一端与切换开关联动,另一端打开或关闭所述泄压通道并与所述下棘轮传动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种省力的出水切换结构,其特征在于,还包括一弹性件,所述弹性件顶抵于所述切换开关与所述本体之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种省力的出水切换结构,其特征在于,所述本体包括固定座及与固定座固定连接的握杆,所述分水座与该固定座配合形成所述分水腔,所述握杆内形成所述进水通道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种省力的出水切换结构,其特征在于,所述切换开关包括转动装接于所述握杆上的翘翘杆,一扳手转动连接在所述握杆上并与所述翘翘杆的一端传动配合,所述翘翘杆的另一端联动一拉杆,进而形成所述杠杆结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种省力的出水切换结构,其特征在于,所述固定座设有贯穿的让位孔,所述拉杆由上至下的由所述让位孔伸入所述分水腔内,所述拉杆与所述让位孔密封滑动配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种省力的出水切换结构,其特征在于,所述传动杆由下至上的依次穿过所述下棘轮以及分水盘与所述拉杆相固接。
