本实用新型涉及一种厂房排气散热系统，包括车间厂房和横向设置于车间厂房内上方的排气管道，所述排气管道一端封闭，一端设有出气口，其上设有多个开口向上的进气口，所述车间厂房的侧壁设有排风口，所述排风口内侧与排气管道的出气口连接，外侧与风机进风口连接，所述风机出风口与过滤器连接，所述车间厂房侧壁下部设有若干通风窗口。本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，散热均匀，实现厂房内气流流动较小，改善厂房内空气质量，同时保证产品的质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种通风装置，尤其涉及一种厂房排气散热系统。
背景技术
厂房的传统通风方式是开设窗户进行自然换气，这种换气方式不需要额外单独布置换气设备，其成本较低，但不足之处是不能控制风速，只能通过开闭窗户控制风量，在大风天气往往不能打开窗户，尤其是对于一些产品较轻的生产型企业，同时使得厂房内较为闷热，大大降低厂房内空气质量，影响工人的工作环境。另外这种通风方式散热不均匀，导致厂房内各区域气温差异化，对一些对气温要求较高的生产企业，较为影响其产品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进，即本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种厂房排气散热系统，散热均匀，实现厂房内气流流动较小，保证产品的质量。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种厂房排气散热系统，包括车间厂房和横向设置于车间厂房内上方的排气管道，所述排气管道一端封闭，一端设有出气口，其上设有多个开口向上的进气口，所述车间厂房的侧壁设有排风口，所述排风口内侧与排气管道的出气口连接，外侧与风机进风口连接，所述风机出风口与过滤器连接，所述车间厂房侧壁下部设有若干通风窗口。
优选的，所述风机为负压风机。
优选的，所述通风窗口为百叶窗，其向车间厂房内的通风方向向下。
优选的，所述排气管道内底部为弧面结构，其长度方向两侧设有排水槽，并在出气口处汇合，汇合处设有通孔，所述通孔与排水管连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，散热均匀，实现厂房内气流流动较小，改善厂房内空气质量，同时保证产品的质量。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种厂房排气散热系统，它包括车间厂房1，包括横向设置于车间厂房1内上方的排气管道2，所述排气管道2一端封闭，一端设有出气口，其上设有多个开口向上的进气口3，所述车间厂房1的侧壁设有排风口4，所述排风口4内侧与排气管道2的出气口连接，外侧与风机6进风口连接，所述风机6出风口与过滤器5连接，所述车间厂房1侧壁下部设有若干通风窗口8。
在上述厂房排气散热系统中，所述风机6为负压风机6，所述通风窗口8为百叶窗，其向车间厂房1内的通风方向向下，保证厂房内气流流动较小，从而保证产品质量。
在上述厂房排气散热系统中，所述排气管道2内底部为弧面结构，其长度方向两侧设有排水槽9，并在出气口处汇合，汇合处设有通孔，所述通孔与排水管7连接，所述排水管7内的水可作生产循环用水或者经污水处理器排出。
生产作业时，同时开启风机6，生产作业产生的热空气会跑到厂房内上方，在厂房内形成“温室效应”，这时风机6将厂房内上方的热空气从排气管道2的进气口3吸入排气管道2中，并经过滤器5过滤排出厂房外，湿热的空气会在排气管道2内液化成水滴，沿着排气管道2内排水槽9流入排水管7中排出；由于热空气上升并排出厂房外，使厂房内气温下降，车间厂房1侧壁下部设有若干通风窗口8，具体的，是通风方向向下的百叶窗，将厂房外空气补充进厂房内，保持厂房内外气压差。

1.一种厂房排气散热系统，其特征在于：包括车间厂房和横向设置于车间厂房内上方的排气管道，所述排气管道一端封闭，一端设有出气口，其上设有多个开口向上的进气口，所述车间厂房的侧壁设有排风口，所述排风口内侧与排气管道的出气口连接，外侧与风机进风口连接，所述风机出风口与过滤器连接，所述车间厂房侧壁下部设有若干通风窗口。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厂房排气散热系统，其特征在于：所述通风窗口为百叶窗，其向车间厂房内的通风方向向下。
