Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种重型橡胶联轴器。它包括左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套,还包括多片矩形的片状橡胶片,左输出连接轴套的内侧设置有左压板,右输出连接轴套的内侧设置有右压板,各片片状橡胶片的一侧通过左压板压紧安装在左输出连接轴套上,各片片状橡胶片的另外一侧通过右压板压紧安装在右输出连接轴套上,各片片状橡胶片均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套之间后形成中间拱起的截面形状。采用上述的结构后,设置的多片片状橡胶偏不但能够相互配合大大提高扭矩,而且可以减少材料用量,并且橡胶片巧妙地配合着具体的安装结构,使得使用可靠性非常高,安装也十分方便快捷,大大提高了安装效率,降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轮胎联轴器,具体地说是一种重型橡胶联轴器。
背景技术
现有轮胎联轴器一般包括有左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套,左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套之间设置有整体式的橡胶,当左输出连接轴套转动时,通过橡胶传递扭矩到右输出连接轴套上,在左输出连接轴套转动和停止时,橡胶起到缓冲作用,现有的这种结构能够满足动力传递要求,但是其结构设计不合理,一方面,不但使其扭矩小,而且使得零部件容易损坏,更换成本高,另外一方面,整个橡胶包覆在左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套之间,不但使其材料浪费,而且安装困难,使得浪费了人力物力,降低了安装效率,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、安装方便快捷、使用可靠、材料用量少且制造成本低的重型橡胶联轴器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的重型橡胶联轴器,包括左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套,还包括多片矩形的片状橡胶片,左输出连接轴套的内侧设置有左压板,右输出连接轴套的内侧设置有右压板,各片片状橡胶片的一侧通过左压板压紧安装在左输出连接轴套上,各片片状橡胶片的另外一侧通过右压板压紧安装在右输出连接轴套上,各片片状橡胶片均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套之间后形成中间拱起的截面形状。
所述左输出连接轴套和左压板上排布有相互对应的安装孔,所述右输出连接轴套和右压板上排布有相互对应的安装孔,各片所述片状橡胶片的两侧分别通过紧固件穿过各自的安装孔固定安装。
所述片状橡胶片设置有六片,六片所述片状橡胶片均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套和右输出连接轴套上。
采用上述的结构后,由于设置的多片矩形的片状橡胶片,所有的片状橡胶片均通过两侧的压板压紧安装在各自的输出连接轴套上,由此设置的多片片状橡胶偏不但能够相互配合大大提高扭矩,而且可以减少材料用量,并且橡胶片巧妙地配合着具体的安装结构,使得使用可靠性非常高,安装也十分方便快捷,大大提高了安装效率,降低了制造成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型的重型橡胶联轴器作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本实用新型的重型橡胶联轴器,包括左输出连接轴套1和右输出连接轴套2,还包括多片矩形的片状橡胶片3,左输出连接轴套1的内侧设置有左压板4,右输出连接轴套2的内侧设置有右压板5,各片片状橡胶片3的一侧通过左压板4压紧安装在左输出连接轴套1上,各片片状橡胶片3的另外一侧通过右压板5压紧安装在右输出连接轴套2上,具体地说,左输出连接轴套1和左压板4上排布有相互对应的安装孔,右输出连接轴套2和右压板5上排布有相互对应的安装孔,各片片状橡胶片3的两侧分别通过紧固件6穿过各自的安装孔固定安装,各片片状橡胶片3均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套1和右输出连接轴套2之间后形成中间拱起的截面形状,由图可见,橡胶片均布在左输出连接轴套1和右输出连接轴套2之间,橡胶片的左侧夹在左输出连接轴套和左压板中并通过螺栓和螺母拧紧,橡胶片的右侧夹在右输出连接轴套和右压板中并通过螺栓和螺母拧紧。
优选地,本实施例中,所说的片状橡胶片3设置有六片,六片片状橡胶片3均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套1和右输出连接轴套2上。
工作时,当左输出连接轴套转动时,通过螺栓和橡胶片传递扭矩到右输出连接轴套上,在左输出连接轴套转动和停止时,橡胶偏起到缓冲作用。

1.一种重型橡胶联轴器,包括左输出连接轴套(1)和右输出连接轴套(2),其特征在于:还包括多片矩形的片状橡胶片(3),所述左输出连接轴套(1)的内侧设置有左压板(4),所述右输出连接轴套(2)的内侧设置有右压板(5),各片所述片状橡胶片(3)的一侧通过左压板(4)压紧安装在左输出连接轴套(1)上,各片所述片状橡胶片(3)的另外一侧通过右压板(5)压紧安装在右输出连接轴套(2)上,各片所述片状橡胶片(3)均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套(1)和右输出连接轴套(2)之间后形成中间拱起的截面形状。
2.按照权利要求1所述的重型橡胶联轴器,其特征在于:所述左输出连接轴套(1)和左压板(4)上排布有相互对应的安装孔,所述右输出连接轴套(2)和右压板(5)上排布有相互对应的安装孔,各片所述片状橡胶片(3)的两侧分别通过紧固件(6)穿过各自的安装孔固定安装。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的重型橡胶联轴器,其特征在于:所述片状橡胶片(3)设置有六片,六片所述片状橡胶片(3)均匀分布安装在左输出连接轴套(1)和右输出连接轴套(2)上。
