Abstract
本实用型新公开了一种药材清洗脱水装置，包括清洗桶、高压气泵、离心装置、滤水装置，清洗桶的侧壁上连接有进水管，清洗桶的底面为漏斗状，清洗桶底面的倾斜面上开有多个气孔，气孔全部连接高压气泵；出口的底部设置有电磁阀，电磁阀的底部放置有离心装置，离心装置包括网筛支架、网筛板、限位架，网筛支架的内侧壁与电磁阀底部紧靠；离心装置的底部设置有滤水装置。本实用新型设置的清洗桶利用气泡来搅动清洗桶的内部来达到清洗的效果，不会与内壁产生刚性冲击，不会损坏药材，使用网筛支架可以根据药材来调整网筛孔径大小，设置的限位架可以将根茎药材固定在内壁，放置在离心的作用下散乱无章，清洗后的污水可以过滤后继续使用。

本实用新型涉及药材加工领域，具体涉及一种药材清洗脱水装置。
背景技术
在根茎类的药材干燥前必须要进行清洗，清洗掉药材上面的灰尘与脏污。在清洗的时候往往采用搅拌的方式，使药材在清洗桶中不停的翻滚来达到清洗的目的，这样会对药材的植株形成损伤，导致药效流失在清洗桶中，在药材进行脱水的时候，常常使用的滚筒网筛利用离心的技术来脱水，药材在出来的时候杂乱，还需要人工的整理，浪费人力资源。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提出一种药材清洗脱水装置，便于清洗药材，防止药材损伤，在脱水出来的时候，药材整齐。
为实现上述的目的，本实用新型的方案；药材清洗脱水装置，包括清洗桶、高压气泵、离心装置、滤水装置，清洗桶的侧壁上连接有进水管（进水管嵌入到清洗桶的侧壁上），清洗桶的底部为漏斗状，清洗桶的底面开有出口，清洗桶底部的倾斜面上开有多个气孔，气孔全部连接高压气泵（气孔与高压气泵连通）；清洗桶底部的出口上固定有电磁阀（通过法兰盘将电磁阀固定在清洗桶的底部），电磁阀的底部放置有离心装置，离心装置包括网筛支架、网筛板、限位架，网筛支架的内侧壁与电磁阀底部紧靠，网筛支架为三个同轴的圆环构成，每两个圆环之间存在间隙，外侧的间隙中嵌入有网板筛，限位架固定在内侧的间隙中；离心装置的底部设置有滤水装置，滤水装置连接进水管（通过卡箍固定连接）。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于，设置的清洗桶利用气泡来搅动清洗桶的内部来达到清洗的效果，不会与内壁产生刚性冲击，不会损坏药材，使用网筛支架可以根据药材来调整网筛孔径大小，设置的限位架可以将根茎药材固定在内壁，放置在离心的作用下散乱无章，清洗后的污水可以过滤后继续使用。

具体实施方式
现结合附图，对本实用型新进一步阐述。
如图1-2所示，药材清洗脱水装置3，包括清洗桶1、高压气泵2、离心装置3、滤水装置4，清洗桶1的侧壁上连接有进水管1.1（进水管1.1嵌入到清洗桶1的侧壁上），清洗桶1的底部为漏斗状，清洗桶1的底面开有出口，清洗桶1底部的倾斜面上开有多个气孔1.2，气孔1.2全部连接高压气泵2（气孔1.2与高压气泵2连通）；清洗桶1底部的出口上固定有电磁阀1.3（通过法兰盘将电磁阀1.3固定在清洗桶1的底部），电磁阀1.3的底部放置有离心装置3，离心装置3包括网筛支架3.1、网筛板3.2、限位架3.3，网筛支架3.1的内侧壁与电磁阀1.3底部紧靠，网筛支架3.1三个同轴的圆环构成，每两个圆环之间存在间隙，外侧的间隙中嵌入有网板筛3.4，限位架3.3固定在内侧的间隙中；离心装置3的底部设置有滤水装置4，滤水装置4连接进水管1.1（通过卡箍固定连接）。
使用时，将药才倒入清洗桶中，在1.1中通入清水并开启高压气泵2，气体通过气孔1.2进入到清洗桶1，药材沉浸在清洗桶1的水中，在气泡的冲击下对药材进行清洗，当清洗完毕后，打开电磁阀1.3，药材和水进入到离心装置3中，离心装置3中水和清洗下来的杂质经过网板筛3.2流到滤水装置4中，滤水装置4过滤后的水经过进水管1.1进入到清洗桶1中;药材顺着网筛板3.2把药材卡到网筛支架3.1的内侧间隙中，由于网筛支架3.1旋转的作用，水由于离心力的作用下被分离，当对不同的药材进行脱水的时候，只需要将网筛板3.2抽出更换就可以。

1.药材清洗脱水装置，包括清洗桶、高压气泵、离心装置、滤水装置，其特征在于，清洗桶的侧壁上连接有进水管，清洗桶的底部为漏斗状，清洗桶的底面开有出口，清洗桶底部的倾斜面上开有多个气孔，气孔全部连接高压气泵；清洗桶底部的出口上固定有电磁阀，电磁阀的底部放置有离心装置，离心装置包括网筛支架、网筛板、限位架，网筛支架的内侧壁与电磁阀底部紧靠，网筛支架为三个同轴的圆环构成，每两个圆环之间存在间隙，外侧的间隙中嵌入有网板筛，限位架固定在内侧的间隙中；离心装置的底部设置有滤水装置，滤水装置连接进水管。
