本实用新型涉及道路安全防护用品,具体涉及一种道路遮光装置。
背景技术
为了提高行车安全,道路尤其高速公路的转弯处或坡道处常见设有用于遮蔽对向车辆灯光的遮光板。现有的遮光板往往只具遮光功能,功能单一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型公开了一种道路遮光装置,旨在改善现有遮光板所存在的功能单一的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种带发电功能的道路遮光装置,包括立杆,立杆的顶部设有太阳能板、底部套接有可绕杆旋转的杆套,杆套外壁设有用于遮蔽对向车辆灯光光线并驱动杆套旋转的叶片;
还包括发电机装置,该发电机装置设于杆套内,其定子安装于立杆上,其转子安装于杆套内壁;
还包括蓄电池组,该蓄电池组与太阳能板和发电机装置均电连接,以储存太阳能板和发电机装置所产生的电能。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,立杆固定安装于底座上;杆套的顶底两端分别通过旋转轴承和旋转轴承座与立杆套接,从而可旋转地连接于立杆;旋转轴承座固定安装于底座顶面,从而将杆套支撑于底座上。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,杆套的外壁规则地环设有多根横杆,叶片均设于横杆的外端。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,叶片为方形或菱形。
相较于之前的道路遮光板,本实用新型不仅可用于道路遮光,还可利用太阳能和风力进行发电,具有多功能性。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行说明。
参照图1:
一种带发电功能的道路遮光装置,包括立杆1,立杆1固定安装于一底座 7上,立杆1的顶部固定安装有太阳能板2。
立杆1的底部套接有杆套3,杆套3的顶底两端分别通过旋转轴承8和旋转轴承座9与立杆1套接,从而可旋转地连接于立杆1。
旋转轴承座9固定安装于底座7顶面,从而将杆套3支撑于底座7上。
杆套3的外壁规则地环设有多根横杆10,每根横杆10的远端垂直地均设有方板形叶片4。
该遮光装置还包括发电机装置5,该发电机装置5设于杆套3内,其定子安装于立杆1上,其转子安装于杆套3内壁。
该遮光装置还包括蓄电池组6,该蓄电池组6与太阳能板2和发电机装置 5均电连接,以储存太阳能板2和发电机装置5所产生的电能。
将本实用新型安装于遮光所需的道路旁。
立杆1、太阳能板2、杆套3和叶片4均可对对向车辆的灯光进行遮蔽,以提高行车安全。
太阳能板2可将太阳能转化为电能,自然风和路边经过的汽车所产生的旋风均可通过叶片4驱动杆套3旋转,发电机装置5将杆套3旋转的机械能转化为电能,电能储存于蓄电池组6,蓄电池组6可对路灯、广告牌、警示牌等供电。

1.一种带发电功能的道路遮光装置,其特征在于:包括立杆(1),立杆(1)的顶部设有太阳能板(2)、底部套接有可绕杆旋转的杆套(3),杆套(3)外壁设有用于遮蔽对向车辆灯光光线并驱动杆套(3)旋转的叶片(4);
还包括发电机装置(5),该发电机装置(5)设于杆套(3)内,其定子安装于立杆(1)上,其转子安装于杆套(3)内壁;
还包括蓄电池组(6),该蓄电池组(6)与太阳能板(2)和发电机装置(5)均电连接,以储存太阳能板(2)和发电机装置(5)所产生的电能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带发电功能的道路遮光装置,其特征在于:立杆(1)固定安装于底座(7)上;杆套(3)的顶底两端分别通过旋转轴承(8)和旋转轴承座(9)与立杆(1)套接,从而可旋转地连接于立杆(1);旋转轴承座(9)固定安装于底座(7)顶面,从而将杆套(3)支撑于底座(7)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带发电功能的道路遮光装置,其特征在于:杆套(3)的外壁规则地环设有多根横杆(10),叶片(4)均设于横杆(10)的外端。
