本实用新型公开了一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件，包括：前壳本体和主按键，所述前壳本体的侧边开设有按键槽，前壳本体的面盖上半部开设有安装显示屏组件的开口、面盖下半部设有多个按键孔，所述主按键上凸出设置有各字符键，主按键从前壳本体内部往外装，各字符键一一对应插入按键孔，主按键朝向前壳本体的侧面开设有一圈防水槽，在防水槽内装有被紧密压实的密封圈。本实用新型对PDA设备的前壳组件进行结构改进，同时主按键、侧按键及按键塞对应的连接结构都进行的优化升级，以此达到工业级PDA设备的防摔、防震、IP65防水等性能要求，且结构简单，安装方便快捷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及PDA设备技术领域，具体涉及一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件。
背景技术
PDA（Personal Digital Assistant）又称掌上电脑，按使用来分类，分为工业级PDA和消费品PDA。工业级PDA主要应用在工业领域，常见的有条码扫描器、RFID读写器、POS机等；消费品PDA包括的比较多，智能手机、平板电脑、手持游戏机等。然而，人们一直重点关注PDA设备的消费应用，没有考虑到工业领域对PDA设备所应具有较高防护等级的要求。工业级PDA设备的主按键设置在前壳上，同时安装在前壳侧边的各种侧按键也较多，主按键和侧按键由于是活动部件，其防护未做到绝对的严实，容易渗水或进灰尘，使得目前市面上大部分PDA设备都不满足工业领域的耐用性要求，从而大大限制了PDA设备应用领域。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件，包括：前壳本体和主按键，前壳本体的面盖上半部设有安装显示屏组件的开口、面盖下半部设有多个按键孔，所述主按键上凸出设置有各字符键，主按键从前壳本体内部往外装，各字符键一一对应插入按键孔，主按键朝向前壳本体的侧面开设有一圈防水槽，在防水槽内装有被紧密压实的密封圈。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体的侧边开设有按键槽，按键槽上装有侧按键，侧按键由硅胶按键钮和塑胶按键盖组成，按键钮从前壳本体内部往外装，按键钮的触发端子穿过按键槽底面开的孔顶出，按键盖的内侧面抵接按键钮的触发端子。
作为优选方案，所述按键盖的上下端形成有弹扣，在按键槽的上下端开有卡口，弹扣对应装入卡口内。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体的侧边开设有按键槽，按键槽上装有硅胶按键塞，按键塞的内侧面凸出形成有插杆，插杆插接在按键槽的底面上。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体的外侧面包覆有一层双色硅胶套，硅胶套避让开各种槽孔位置及主按键区域。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体的顶部设置有灯罩组件。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体的顶部还设置有听筒硅胶罩。
作为优选方案，所述前壳本体由塑胶材料加硅胶材料采用双色二次注塑工艺制得。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型对PDA设备的前壳组件进行结构改进，同时主按键、侧按键及按键塞对应的连接结构都进行的优化升级，以此达到工业级PDA设备的防摔、防震、IP65防水等性能要求，且结构简单，安装方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施方式，对本实用新型做进一步描述。较佳实施例中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”及“一”等用语，仅为便于叙述的明了，而非用以限定本实用新型可实施的范围，其相对关系的改变或调整，在无实质变更技术内容下，当亦视为本实用新型可实施的范畴。
请参见图1，本实用新型较佳实施例设计的一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其主要包括：前壳本体1、主按键2以及各种侧按键和按键塞4。
具体地，前壳本体1呈矩形盖体结构，在前壳本体1的面盖上半部设有矩形开口，开口用于安装显示屏组件，在面盖下半部按一定规律开设有多个按键孔，按键孔用于安装主按键2，在前壳本体1的侧边开设有多个按键槽，用于安装侧按键和按键塞4。前壳本体1由塑胶材料加硅胶材料采用双色二次注塑工艺制得，混合材料具有高韧性及高抗冲压的特性，可解决高处自由跌落时对PDA设备整机的损害。
主按键2上凸出设置有各字符键，主按键2从前壳本体1内部往外装，各字符键一一对应装入每个按键孔内。在主按键2朝向前壳本体1的侧面上开设有一圈防水槽21，在防水槽21内装有密封圈，密封圈被主按键2紧密压实，使得主按键2密封连接在前壳本体1上。主按键2采用塑胶加硅橡胶注塑工艺成型，在保证手感的同时，又能起到很好的防水作用，主按键的装配方式简单便捷，减少工时。
侧按键对称安装在前壳本体1的侧边，侧按键主要由按键钮31和按键盖32组成，按键钮31采用硅胶材质，具有防水性能，按键钮31利用自身的弹性从前壳本体1内部往外装，按键钮31的触发端子穿过按键槽底面开的孔顶出；按键盖32采用塑胶材质，保证防水稳定性，在按键盖32的上下端形成有弹扣33，在按键槽的上下端开有卡口11，弹扣33对应装入卡口11内，按键盖32的内侧面抵接按键钮31的触发端子。
按键塞4上下设置在前壳本体1的一侧边，按键塞4采用硅胶材质，利用弹性变形，密封安装在按键槽内。按键塞4可以用于密封各种接口，接口直接安装在按键槽的底面上，在按键塞4的内侧面凸出形成有插杆41，插杆41插接在按键槽的底面上。按键塞4也可以用于侧按键的保护套，按键塞4还是利用插杆41连接结构直接替换按键盖32，同样可以达到使用性能要求。
上述侧按键和按键塞的具体设置位置可以根据实际使用要求来设计，并不能限定附图所展示的内容。
在前壳本体1的顶部还设置有灯罩组件5和听筒硅胶罩6，分别起到保护光源及听筒的作用，具有防水防尘效果。
前壳本体1的外侧面包覆有一层双色硅胶套7，硅胶套7要避让开上述各种槽孔位置及主按键区域，硅胶套的作用一是为了增加防护效果，二是为了美化PDA设备外形。
在此需说明的是，本实用新型重点保护的是PDA设备的前壳组件，因此对于PDA设备的其它部件（如后壳组件、电路板组件等等），在本实用新型中不做详细阐述。

1.一种新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，包括：前壳本体和主按键，前壳本体的面盖上半部设有安装显示屏组件的开口、面盖下半部设有多个按键孔，所述主按键上凸出设置有各字符键，主按键从前壳本体内部往外装，各字符键一一对应插入按键孔，主按键朝向前壳本体的侧面开设有一圈防水槽，在防水槽内装有被紧密压实的密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体的侧边开设有按键槽，按键槽上装有侧按键，侧按键由硅胶按键钮和塑胶按键盖组成，按键钮从前壳本体内部往外装，按键钮的触发端子穿过按键槽底面开的孔顶出，按键盖的内侧面抵接按键钮的触发端子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述按键盖的上下端形成有弹扣，在按键槽的上下端开有卡口，弹扣对应装入卡口内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体的侧边开设有按键槽，按键槽上装有硅胶按键塞，按键塞的内侧面凸出形成有插杆，插杆插接在按键槽的底面上。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体的外侧面包覆有一层双色硅胶套，硅胶套避让开各种槽孔位置及主按键区域。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体的顶部设置有灯罩组件。
7.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体的顶部还设置有听筒硅胶罩。
8.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型PDA设备的前壳组件，其特征在于，所述前壳本体由塑胶材料加硅胶材料采用双色二次注塑工艺制得。
