本实用新型属于农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种用于车厘子栽培的温室大棚,包括棚体、棚顶、灌溉系统、地热源、地暖管和PLC控制器,棚顶位于棚体上,棚顶外部设置有遮阳网;棚体内部设置有与PLC控制器电连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器、光照强度传感器和光照补偿单元;棚体的顶端设置有行走导轨,在行走导轨上设置有喷水头;喷水头与通过软管与第二主水管连接,第二主水管与所述储水罐连接,第二主水管上设置有第二增压泵;地暖管设置在棚体内的地面下,并与地热源连接;本实用新型提高了车厘子产量、降低了劳动强度和节约了能源。

背景技术
[0002] 车厘子(Cerasus pseudocerasus),也称大樱桃,是一种蔷薇科、李属植物,我国北 方落叶果树中继中国樱桃之后果实成熟最早的果树树种。中医药学认为,大樱桃具有调中 补气,祛风湿的功能。农业专家称,积极发展大樱桃生产,有着广阔的前景。我国车厘子产量 为3500万kg,人均只有29g,相当于每人有大车厘子3个或中国车厘子15-17个。可见车厘子 具有广阔的市场前景。
[0003] 车厘子的成熟期为4〜5月,成熟期较短,而且车厘子不易保存,无法满足人们对车 厘子的需求,因此,需要一种大棚来控制提高车厘子的产量。 实用新型内容

[0014]采用上述技术方案,由于在温室大棚内的地面下埋设了地暖管,更好地为温室大 棚供暖;地暖管与地热源连接,由地热提供热源,节约了能源;在棚顶内部设置了光照补偿 单元,当阴天光照不足时,达到为车厘子进行光补偿,促进车厘子生长,提高产量;在温室大 棚内设置了温度传感器、湿度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器和光照强度传感器及PLC控制 器,达到对温室大棚内的温湿度和光照的自动、精确的控制,提高产量、降低劳动强度。

[0019] —种用于车厘子栽培的温室大棚,如图1和2所示,包括棚体1、棚顶2、灌溉系统、地 热源3、地暖管4和PLC控制器5,棚顶2位于棚体1上,棚顶2呈倒“V”型。棚顶2外部设置有遮阳 网6,该遮阳网6的遮阳率为40-60%。遮阳网6用于强光时对温室大棚进行遮阳,降低大棚内 的光照强度。
[0020]棚体1内部设置有温度传感器7、湿度传感器8、二氧化碳浓度传感器9、光照强度传 感器10和光照补偿单元11,温度传感器7、湿度传感器8、二氧化碳浓度传感器9和光照强度 传感器10与PLC控制器5的输入端电连接,光照补偿单元11与PLC控制器5的输出端电连接; 棚体1的顶端设置有行走导轨12,在行走导轨12上设置有喷水头13。温度传感器7、湿度传感 器8、二氧化碳浓度传感器9和光照强度传感器10将采集到的数据上传至PLC控制器 [0021]灌溉系统包括储水罐14、第一主水管15、第一增压泵16和痕量灌溉管17,痕量灌溉 管I7通过第一主水管15与储水罐14连接,第一增压泵16设置在第一主水管15上,痕量灌溉 管I7埋设在棚体1内的地面下,储水罐14位于棚体1之外;第一增压泵16与PLC控制器5的输 出端电连接。
[0022]喷水头13与通过软管18与第二主水管连19接,第二主水管19与储水罐14连接,第 二主水管I9上设置有第二增压栗23;第二增压栗23、喷水头13与PLC控制器5的输出端电连 接。
[0023]地暖管4设置在棚体1内的地面下,并与地热源3连接;
[0024]在棚体1上设置有多个风扇20,风扇20与PLC控制器5输出端电连接。
[0025]为了给温室大棚内的车厘子供应二氧化碳,加快车厘子的生长,在棚体1上还设置 有气管21,气管21与二氧化碳发生器22连接,二氧化碳发生器22与PLC控制器5的输出端电 连接。
[0026]温度传感器7、湿度传感器8、二氧化碳浓度传感器9和光照强度传感器10将采集到 的数据上传至PLC控制器5,PLC控制器根据设定值作出响应,并向风扇20、第一增压杲16、第 二增压栗23、喷水头I3、二氧化碳发生器22和光照补偿单元11发出指令,达到自动调整温室 大棚内的温湿度和光照,以提高车厘子的产量。

1. 一种用于车厘子栽培的温室大棚,其特征在于,包括棚体、棚顶、灌溉系统、地热源、 地暖管和PLC控制器,所述棚顶位于所述棚体上,所述棚顶外部设置有遮阳网;所述棚体内 部设置有温度传感器、湿度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器、光照强度传感器和光照补偿单 元,所述温度传感器、湿度传感器、二氧化碳浓度传感器和光照强度传感器与所述PLC控制 器的输入端电连接,所述光照补偿单元与所述PLC控制器的输出端电连接;所述棚体的顶端 设置有行走导轨,在所述行走导轨上设置有喷水头; 所述灌溉系统包括储水罐、第一主水管、第一增压泵和痕量灌溉管,所述痕量灌溉管通 过所述第一主水管与所述储水罐连接,所述第一增压泵设置在所述第一主水管上,所述痕 量灌溉管埋设在所述棚体内的地面下,所述储水罐位于所述棚体之外; 所述喷水头与通过软管与第二主水管连接,所述第二主水管与所述储水罐连接,所述 第二主水管上设置有第二增压栗; 所述地暖管设置在所述棚体内的地面下,并与地热源连接; 在所述棚体上设置有多个风扇,所述风扇与所述PLC控制器输出端电连接。
