本实用新型涉及一种微电机定子铁心,特别是外 转子式磁滞同步微电机的定子铁心。定子铁心的一 半,其头部边缘联接处具有至少一个凹口;定子铁心 的另一半,其头部边缘联接处具有与凹口数量和尺寸 相对应的凸台。这种联接方式,克服了原来硅钢片叠 成联接和对焊联接的不足,使联接面牢固可靠,线包 修理方便,定子表面镀层保护较好,且节省劳力和能 源。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种微电机定子铁心,特别是外转子式磁滞同步微电机的定子铁心。
目前,微电机定子的联接一般是采用两种方法:(1)硅钢片叠成联接(参见电机工程手册第四卷P.22~35),这种联接成本高,质量不稳定,定子铁心的联接面易松动,引起电源增大,出现硅片噪音;(2)定子铁心对焊联接(上海航空电器厂引用日本三协精械制作所技术研制的对焊机),这种联接费用高,电能消耗大,合格率较低,且无法解决对焊引起的定子表面镀层的烧伤问题。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种联接牢固可靠,线包修理方便,定子表面镀层保护较好的微电机定子铁心。
本实用新型是这样实现的:定子铁心的一半,其头部边缘联接处具有至少一个凹口;定子铁心的另一半,其头部边缘联接处具有与凹口数量和尺寸相对应的凸台。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的一个实施例作详细的描述。
图1是外转子式磁滞同步微电机定子铁心的剖面示意图。
其中:1定子铁心    2定子绕组

定子铁心的一半,其头部边缘联接处具有一个凹口;定子铁心的另一半,其头部边缘联接处具有一个与凹口尺寸相对应的凸台。联结时将凹口与凸台对应吻合,利用机械过盈原理,使联接面牢固可靠。
还可根据定子铁心宽度的尺寸,在联接处设计两个或两个以上的凹口与凸台。
本实用新型有如下优点:
(1)联接面牢固可靠,抗拉程度约600N;
(2)定子表面镀层保护较好;
(3)易拆开,便于修理断线包;
(4)节省劳力,比叠成联接提高约10倍,比对焊联接提高约1倍;
(5)节省能源,与对焊联接比较,无电能消耗。

1、一种微电机定子铁心,其特征在于定子铁心的一半,其头部边缘联接处具有至少一个凹口;定子铁心的另一半,其头部边缘联接处具有与凹口数量和尺寸相对应的凸台。
