Abstract

一种伞骨之改良构造,系于主骨上设有上巢及下巢,一内槽主骨枢接于中包头及上巢之间,一内槽支骨枢接于下巢及内连系骨之间,内连系骨枢接于中包头及内槽支骨之间,一中槽主骨枢接于中包头及外包头之间,一可挠性中连系骨枢接于外包头及内连系骨外端之间,一固定套包住中槽主骨及可挠性中连系骨中段处,一外主骨连结于外包头而向外延伸,内槽主骨及内连系骨∴型骨杆配合中包头呈型,使开伞时,内连系骨被中包头引导准确地座落在内槽主骨枢接于中包头之枢接点上。

Description

本实用新型系一种伞骨之改良构造,尤指一种内槽主骨及内槽支骨之配合改良,使伞骨制造简易且使用时免除内连系骨与内槽主骨中包头之卡掣缺陷。
请参阅图5及图6所示,习用的伞骨之内槽主骨A与内连系骨B分别枢接于中包头C上,内槽主骨A及内连系骨B的另外一端分别枢接于伞骨之上巢及内槽支骨E,内槽支骨E近外端处供内槽主骨A穿过且枢接于内槽主骨A之近中央处,而且内槽骨之外端结合可挠性中连系骨D。习用的内槽主骨A及内槽连系骨B呈凵型状,且该凵型开口向下,而中包头C之开口向上,因此,当伞骨撑开时,内连系骨B靠向内槽主骨A,而且内槽主骨A的枢接点嵌入内连系骨B的凵型开口中。然而,由于内槽主骨A与内连系骨B在中包头C上的枢接点位置不同,使用中常因为枢接点的偏移无法顺利嵌入凵型开口中,造成伞骨尚未完全撑开以前,就被枢接点卡掣住,形成使用的不便。另外,内连系骨B必须结合可挠性中连系骨D(如图所示),所以必须在内连系骨B的上表面挖孔加工,并加设结合钩,以利可挠性中连系骨D结合,由于内槽主骨A及可挠性中连系骨D之加工与接合比较麻烦,故制造尺寸不易控制,因此不但成本较高,而且造成品质不良。另可挠性中连系骨D于收合时,无法容入内连系骨B之槽中,所以收合体积较大,携带较不便。
本创作人有鉴于此,乃致力研究,积极开发改良,经再三试作、改进后,今终研制出一种伞骨之改良构造,确实克服上述缺点,使伞骨更具实用性。
基于此,本实用新型之主要目的在提供一种伞骨之改良构造,系包含一开口向上之凵型内槽主骨,配合中包头及内连系骨与中包头之枢接点均呈凵型向上开口之型式,使伞骨撑开时,内连系骨之下缘被中包头引导嵌入中包头中与内槽主骨之枢接点接触,确保不会偏移,达到顺利开伞之目的。
本实用新型之另一目的在提供一种伞骨之改良构进,其中该内槽主骨及内连系骨呈开口向上之凵型状,于内连系骨外端设以枢接梢供可挠性中连系骨结合,以便直接纵上方嵌入凵型内连系骨来结合,而简化制造组合之手续。
本实用新型之其他目的及优点,可由以下列举之实施例配合图式之说明更为清楚。惟,下述之实施例系用以说明本创作而非限制本实用新型,举凡数目之变更、等效元件之置换,仍应隶属本实用新型之范畴。

请配合参阅图1所示,伞骨100系于套合的内管、中管、外管等主骨上设以固定的上巢10及可滑动的下巢20,一内槽主骨30内端枢接于上巢10外端枢接于中包头60,内连系骨50枢接于内槽支骨40及中包头60之间,内槽支骨40枢接于下巢20及内连系骨50之间,而且内槽支骨40近末端处供内槽主骨30穿过,且以枢接使二者枢接,中槽主骨70枢接于中包头60及外包头61之间,可挠性中连系骨71连结于内槽支骨50与外包头61之间,以及外主骨80由外包头61结合向外伸出,另以一固定套90将中槽主骨70及可挠性中连系骨71结合在一起。以上诸构造系与习用者近似,故仅简述至此。
一般中包头60呈凵型开口向上状,本实用新型之特征在内槽主骨30为一开口向上之凵型骨杆,内连系骨50亦呈凵型开口向上状,使内槽主骨30得配合中包头60及内连系骨50均呈开口向上状,因此,当伞骨撑开时,内连系骨50被中包头60引导,得与内槽主骨30接触,如图2所示。当内槽主骨30的规格与内连系骨50一致时,伞骨撑开则内连系骨50之下缘恰座落于内槽主骨50的上缘,形成强力支持状,如图3所示。当内连系骨50的下缘制成较弧状时,如图4所示,内连系骨50的下缘抵于内槽骨30的枢接梢上。无论何种状况,当伞骨撑开时,内连系骨50被中包头头60引导绝不偏移,乃不致与内槽主骨30在中包头60处之枢接点产生无谓的卡掣情事发生。
由于内连系骨50之开口向上,所以其外端上方结合可挠性中连系骨71时,不必再做耳孔,制造及组合均十分简易,只要直接利用内槽主骨30内设一梢供中连系骨71钩合即可。
本实用新型之上述设计除了确实克服习用伞骨的缺陷外,并且可适当用于各种两折伞、三折伞、自动伞等等伞骨,所以实用性十足。而,本实用新型之构造设计与习用者完全不同,故属首创。因此,本实用新型已符合专利法新型之要件,爰依法具文申请之。谨请贵审查员详就本实用新型之特征构造予以审查,并祈早日赐准专利,至感德便。

Claims (1)

1、一种伞骨之改良构造,系于伞骨上设有固定式上巢及可滑动的下巢,一内槽主骨枢接于中包头及上巢之间,一内槽支骨枢接于下巢及内连系骨之间,且内槽主骨穿过内槽支骨近外端处以枢接方式结合,内连系骨枢接于中包头及内槽支骨之间,一中槽主骨枢接于中包头及外包头之间,一可挠性中连系骨枢接于外包头及内连系骨外端之间,一固定套包住中槽主骨及可挠性中连系骨中段,以及一外主骨连结于外包头而向外延伸,其特征在于:
于开伞状态,内槽主骨为一凵型骨杆且凵型开口朝上,内连系骨亦为U型开口向上之骨杆与中包头凵型向上开口一致,内连系骨适当处设一梢供可挠性中连系骨从上方结合,当开伞时,内连系骨被中包头导引而准确地座落在内槽主骨枢接于中包头之枢接点处。
