在锂电池的结构中，盖组是它的一个关键部件，目前国内外厂家生产的盖组中的烧结玻璃密封套为直柱型，它有以下缺点：玻璃密封套的柱体与底板封接面积小，承受电池内部压力小；玻璃绝缘子量小，耐焊接热差，易造成玻璃裂纹，造成漏液失效。

一种用于锂电池的盖板装置，其特征在于：包括盖板，在盖板中心设有螺纹孔，在螺纹孔内密封连接玻璃密封套，在玻璃密封套内连接电极引线，在盖板上设有注液孔，在盖板的外侧设有密封端盖，所述玻璃密封套和注液孔均设置在密封端盖内。
优选地，所述螺纹孔为阶梯式螺纹孔，所述玻璃密封套为与螺纹孔对应配合的阶梯型螺杆。
优选地，所述盖板的一端设有阶梯.，在阶梯.上设有外螺纹，在所述密封端盖的外侧设有与阶梯.对应配合的环形立板.，在环形立板.的内侧设有内螺纹。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供的一种用于锂电池的盖板装置，包括盖板1，在盖板1中心设有螺纹孔2，在螺纹孔2内密封连接玻璃密封套3，所述螺纹孔2为阶梯式螺纹孔，所述玻璃密封套3为与螺纹孔2对应配合的阶梯型螺杆，玻璃密封套3 通过高温烧结，形成与盖板1中的螺纹孔相适应的带有螺纹的玻璃密封套3。在玻璃密封套3内连接电极引线4，在盖板1上设有注液孔5，在盖板1的外侧设有密封端盖6，所述玻璃密封套3和注液孔5均设置在密封端盖6内。
所述盖板1的一端设有阶梯1.1，在阶梯1.1上设有外螺纹，在所述密封端盖6的外侧设有与阶梯1.1对应配合的环形立板6.1，在环形立板6.1的内侧设有内螺纹，该内螺纹与阶梯1.1上的外螺纹对应配合。
