背景技术

在锂电池的结构中,盖组是它的一个关键部件,目前国内外厂家生产的盖组中的烧结玻璃密封套为直柱型,它有以下缺点:玻璃密封套的柱体与底板封接面积小,承受电池内部压力小;玻璃绝缘子量小,耐焊接热差,易造成玻璃裂纹,造成漏液失效。

一种用于锂电池的盖板装置,其特征在于:包括盖板,在盖板中心设有螺纹孔,在螺纹孔内密封连接玻璃密封套,在玻璃密封套内连接电极引线,在盖板上设有注液孔,在盖板的外侧设有密封端盖,所述玻璃密封套和注液孔均设置在密封端盖内。
优选地,所述螺纹孔为阶梯式螺纹孔,所述玻璃密封套为与螺纹孔对应配合的阶梯型螺杆。
优选地,所述盖板的一端设有阶梯.,在阶梯.上设有外螺纹,在所述密封端盖的外侧设有与阶梯.对应配合的环形立板.,在环形立板.的内侧设有内螺纹。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供的一种用于锂电池的盖板装置,包括盖板1,在盖板1中心设有螺纹孔2,在螺纹孔2内密封连接玻璃密封套3,所述螺纹孔2为阶梯式螺纹孔,所述玻璃密封套3为与螺纹孔2对应配合的阶梯型螺杆,玻璃密封套3 通过高温烧结,形成与盖板1中的螺纹孔相适应的带有螺纹的玻璃密封套3。在玻璃密封套3内连接电极引线4,在盖板1上设有注液孔5,在盖板1的外侧设有密封端盖6,所述玻璃密封套3和注液孔5均设置在密封端盖6内。
所述盖板1的一端设有阶梯1.1,在阶梯1.1上设有外螺纹,在所述密封端盖6的外侧设有与阶梯1.1对应配合的环形立板6.1,在环形立板6.1的内侧设有内螺纹,该内螺纹与阶梯1.1上的外螺纹对应配合。

所述螺纹孔(2)为阶梯式螺纹孔,所述玻璃密封套(3)为与螺纹孔(2)对应配合的阶梯型螺杆;
所述盖板(1)的一端设有阶梯(1.1),在阶梯(1.1)上设有外螺纹,在所述密封端盖(6)的外侧设有与阶梯(1.1)对应配合的环形立板(6.1),在环形立板(6.1)的内侧设有内螺纹。
