本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种给工艺蒸汽降温时,可对其热能进行回收利用的生产聚己二酰己二胺时用的能量回收系统。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括脱盐水储水槽,脱盐水储水槽与换热器的管程入口通过管道相连,该管道上设有水泵,换热器的管程出口与脱盐水储罐的进水口通过管道相连,脱盐水储罐上连接有工艺蒸汽进气管道,脱盐水储罐上还连接有低压蒸汽排放管道,脱盐水储罐的出水口与换热器的壳程入口通过管道连接,换热器的壳程出口连接有冷凝水出水管道,脱盐水储罐上设有液位计,脱盐水储水槽与换热器管程入口之间连接的管道上设有自动调节阀,所述的自动调节阀与液位计之间通过导线连接。
本实用新型的优点是:在对工艺蒸汽进行降温冷凝的过程中可对脱盐水加热,实现了热能再利用,降低了脱盐水的加热成本,又减少了对环境的污染,工艺蒸汽加热脱盐水后产生的低压蒸汽可继续在生产中应用。
