本实用新型涉及一种酵素生产用清洗装置，具体是一种酵素生产用水果快速清洗装置。
背景技术
在水果加工的工业化生产过程中，在进行深加工之前需要对水果进行加工处理，比较常规的就是清洗工作，而清洗工作如果靠人工清洗存有劳动强度大、工作环境差、效率低、成本高的问题。现有的清洗一般都是冲洗的形式，其仅能冲洗上表面，而在清洗大量的水果时，其不能清洗水果内部，清洗效果不好。
现有技术中的的清洗装置存在废水，清洗成本高，且进料出料速度慢。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种能快速进料，并快速清洗，清洗效率高，节省水资源，操作方便的酵素生产用水果快速清洗装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种酵素生产用水果快速清洗装置，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体的内滑动安装有清洗盘，所述清洗盘为上、下两层过滤网结构，且上、下两层过滤网之间通过连接柱连接在一起，所述上、下两层过滤网四周为开口，所述上过滤网的顶部连接有气缸的活塞杆，在活塞杆的带动下可以上、下移动，所述上过滤网侧壁上设超声波发射器，所述箱体的顶部侧壁上设有光触媒机构，所述箱体的侧壁上设有进料口。
所述箱体的底部设有叶轮槽，所述叶轮槽内放置有叶轮，在叶轮槽上方设有拱形罩，所述拱形罩的侧壁上设有多个喷水嘴，所述箱体的侧壁上设有出水管。
本实用新型在箱体内滑动安装有清洗盘，在清洗盘上设有上、下两层过滤网结构，且将上、下两层过滤网之间连接起来，在上、下两层过滤网的四周设有开口，这样便于箱体侧壁上的进料口进料，进料后，通过气缸将上、下两层过滤网下降，避开进料口，对过滤网内的水果进行清洗，且在箱体的底部设有喷水嘴，便于对水果进行翻腾清洗，在箱体的顶部设有超声波和光触媒进行辅助清洗，提高了清洁效率 。

参见附图，一种酵素生产用水果快速清洗装置，包括箱体1，所述箱体1的内滑动安装有清洗盘2，所述清洗盘2为上、下两层过滤网结构，且上、下两层过滤网之间通过连接柱3连接在一起，所述上、下两层过滤网四周为开口4，所述上过滤网5的顶部连接有气缸6的活塞杆，在活塞杆的带动下可以上、下移动，所述上过滤网5侧壁上设超声波发射器7，所述箱体1的顶部侧壁上设有光触媒机构8，所述箱体1的侧壁上设有进料口9。
所述箱体1的底部设有叶轮槽10，所述叶轮槽10内放置有叶轮11，在叶轮槽10上方设有拱形罩12，所述拱形罩12的侧壁上设有多个喷水嘴13，所述箱体1的侧壁上设有出水管14。
