背景技术
目前,在机械行业使用的伺服电机上,定子包括定子铁芯和绕在定子铁芯上的漆包线,为了绝缘,在定子铁芯线槽处的表面还包覆有一层绝缘纸,漆包线采用人工绕线的方式缠绕在定子铁芯的绝缘纸上,但是这就存在着加工效率低的问题,但是如果采用机器绕线的话,由于绝缘纸的存在,在绕线时,绝缘纸会移动,最终会导致定子产品的一致性较差,影响定子的质量和绝缘性。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的电机定子绝缘性差,生产效率低等不足,本实用新型提供了一种伺服电机定子,采用了塑料骨架,通过全自动绕线机完成定子漆包线缠绕工作。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种伺服电机定子,包括定子冲片,定子冲片叠成定子铁芯,定子铁芯线槽处设有塑料骨架,漆包线绕在塑料骨架上,电缆线与漆包线连接。
进一步的,包括定子冲片通过压装模具叠压在一起再通过焊接槽焊接制成定子铁芯。
进一步的,包括塑料骨架穿过定子铁芯线槽安放在定子铁芯内腔。
进一步的,包括漆包线通过全自动绕线机绕在塑料骨架上。
进一步的,包括电缆线通过锡焊与漆包线连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是,采用了塑料骨架,增强了电机的绝缘性,通过全自动绕线机缠绕漆包线,大大降低了劳动成本,提高了生产效率。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,一种伺服电机定子,包括定子冲片1,定子冲片1通过压装模具叠压在一起再通过焊接槽6焊接制成定子铁芯2,定子铁芯2线槽处设有塑料骨架3,漆包线4通过全自动绕线机缠绕在塑料骨架3上,电缆线5通过锡焊与漆包线4连接。定子冲片1通过压装模具叠压在一起再通过焊接槽6焊接制成定子铁芯2,塑料骨架3穿过定子铁芯2线槽安放在定子铁芯2内腔,漆包线4通过全自动绕线机绕在塑料骨架3上,电缆线5通过锡焊与漆包线4连通。
通过电气绝缘强度试验仪把一个高于正常工作的电压加在定子表面,持续一段规定的时间,加在上面的电压就只会产生很小的漏电流,证明了该定子绝缘性较好。
