技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种涂布工装,具体说是一种快速夹紧涂布卷芯工装。
背景技术
随着社会发展,环境污染的加剧和传统能源的日益枯竭,人们对环保的意识越来越强。而锂离子电池具有高能量密度、高电压平台、自放电小及绿色环保等诸多优点成为绿色能源的首选。目前对于锂电池的需求越来越大,只有不断改善生产治具及生产工艺提升产能,才能满足市场的需求,提升生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种在更换涂布卷芯轴时,能够快速的进行拆卸和装配,达到快速更换卷芯,提高生产效率的快速夹紧涂布卷芯工装。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种快速夹紧涂布卷芯工装,其特征在于:包括固定架、旋转架、销轴、轴套、轴承、孔用挡圈和门栓式夹钳,固定架分为引导段和锁紧段,锁紧段一侧设有半圆形开口,引导段沿半圆形开口下端切线方向垂直于锁紧段连接锁紧段一侧下端,旋转架上端经销轴旋转销接在锁紧段一侧上端,旋转架下端两侧对称有挂耳,旋转架朝向锁紧段一侧设有对应半圆形开口组成完整圆形结构的半圆形锁口,固定架上设有对应挂接挂耳的门栓式夹钳;轴套设置于半圆形开口和半圆形锁口对应锁紧连接成的完整圆形结构内,轴套内经孔用挡圈限位内设轴承,轴承穿接固定连接涂布卷芯轴。
所述引导段设有对应轴套的引导槽。
所述半圆形开口和半圆形锁口的内壁设有对应轴套的限位槽。
使用时,将卷芯轴穿接固定在轴承上,用孔用挡圈将轴承固定在轴套内,卷芯轴的另一端结构相同,将带有轴套的卷芯轴置于固定架上,沿引导段或其上的引导槽引导滚动到的锁紧段的半圆形开口内,此时旋转架通过销轴进行旋转,旋转到挂耳的底平面与固定架上固定面平行,旋转架的半圆形锁口对应半圆形开口组成完整圆形结构将轴套紧密卡箍于其中,再通过固定架上的门栓式夹钳拉紧旋转架挂耳,完成对卷芯轴的固定。拆卸时,只要扳动门栓式夹钳的扳手,即可松开旋转架,完成快速装拆的动作。涂布卷芯快速定位,便于提高生产效率。

图1、2所示:一种快速夹紧涂布卷芯工装包括固定架1、旋转架5、销轴8、轴套10、轴承12、孔用挡圈11和门栓式夹钳9,固定架1分为引导段2和锁紧段3,锁紧段3一侧设有半圆形开口4,引导段沿半圆形开口下端切线方向垂直于锁紧段连接锁紧段一侧下端,旋转架5上端经销轴8旋转销接在锁紧段一侧上端,旋转架下端两侧对称有挂耳7,旋转架5朝向锁紧段一侧设有对应半圆形开口组成完整圆形结构的半圆形锁口6,固定架1上设有对应挂接挂耳的门栓式夹钳9;轴套10设置于半圆形开口和半圆形锁口对应锁紧连接成的完整圆形结构内,轴套10内经孔用挡圈11限位内设轴承12,轴承12穿接固定连接涂布卷芯轴。
在上述实施例基础上,引导段上还可设有对应轴套的引导槽,便于引导轴套滚动。
在上述实施例基础上,半圆形开口和半圆形锁口的内壁设有对应轴套的限位槽,便于引导轴套滚动。

1.一种快速夹紧涂布卷芯工装,其特征在于:包括固定架、旋转架、销轴、轴套、轴承、孔用挡圈和门栓式夹钳,固定架分为引导段和锁紧段,锁紧段一侧设有半圆形开口,引导段沿半圆形开口下端切线方向垂直于锁紧段连接锁紧段一侧下端,旋转架上端经销轴旋转销接在锁紧段一侧上端,旋转架下端两侧对称有挂耳,旋转架朝向锁紧段一侧设有对应半圆形开口组成完整圆形结构的半圆形锁口,固定架上设有对应挂接挂耳的门栓式夹钳;轴套设置于半圆形开口和半圆形锁口对应锁紧连接成的完整圆形结构内,轴套内经孔用挡圈限位内设轴承,轴承穿接固定连接涂布卷芯轴。
