技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，属于专门用于墙的连接装置或部件技术领域。
背景技术
伴随人们对美学的不断追求，金属装饰材料因其表面金属质感的特殊性，越来越多的建筑上要求在门窗室外侧四周做金属窗套收边。目前，门窗室外侧窗套的实际应用中，主要还是采用铝板、不锈钢板及其它金属板材包饰的方式，因金属板材折边及防水连接工艺的特殊性，其正立面折边后最终完成面尺寸往往较大，一般都要在50mm以上，若门窗间距较小的建筑，从整个外立面效果看，宽厚的可视面窗套有喧宾夺主之嫌，严重影响大面效果。经查新，也有采用铝合金型材做窗套形式，但都存在一定的缺陷：首先主要还是运用在传统建筑砌筑的洞口上，因砌筑洞口不可预制造型的特殊性，所做的窗套因其连接构造及安装空间需要，其正面投影宽度依然在20mm以上，外立面可视依然明显；其次，采用多种型材拼接成型，侧边不可避免留有缝隙，影响可视面，且存在渗水隐患。伴随着装配式建筑及预制混凝土PC外墙板的大力推广应用， PC外墙板与门窗集成的系统单元式体系将是一种普遍形式，如何利用好预制PC外墙板的可塑特性能，提供一种结构安全、施工便利、外饰美观、经济性好的窗套是亟需解决的一个新问题。
基于此，做出本申请。
实用新型内容
针对现有PC外墙板与门窗安装中所存在的上述缺陷，本申请提供一种窄边铝合金窗套，应用于PC外墙板与门窗集成的系统单元式体系，极大地缩小了可视面宽度尺寸，保证了各项物理性力学性能，且结构安全、施工便利、外饰美观、经济性好，达到为丰富建筑立面提供一种新效果形式的目的。
为实现上述目的，本申请采取的技术方案如下：
一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，包括窗套板、扣座、预埋件和附框，所述的窗套板内端与附框固定，以实现窗套板内端与内墙体的固定；外端侧壁上设置侧扣，侧扣扣合在扣座中实现两者的活动连接，预埋件位于PC外墙板中，扣座与预埋件固定，以实现窗套板外端与PC外墙板的固定；窗套板外端末尾内侧设置密封胶条，用于密封PC外墙板与窗套板。
进一步的，作为优选：
所述的PC外墙板朝向窗套板的一侧设置凹口，扣座位于该凹口中。更优选的，所述的凹口由预埋方管形成。在PC外墙板中预埋连接钢方管，并做一定的凹口，凹口内设计安装扣座，保证窗套板连接安装空间。
所述的附框与内墙体直接设置有发泡材料形成的发泡层，发泡层与PC外墙体之间设置连接件。更优选的，所述的连接件为L形角钢结构。
所述的窗套板外端末尾外侧固定设置有方管，方管在窗套板外端形成滴水檐口结构。窗套板上口采用通用铝方管与铆钉固定连接制作滴水檐口，防止雨水返到窗套里侧；下口做坡度设计，防止雨水积水，提高防水性能。
所述的窗套板外侧末端与PC外墙板之间以密封胶体进行密封，且密封胶条位于该密封胶体内。在PC墙板外侧设有密封胶条，并在胶条外侧注胶密封严实形成密封胶体，防水性能优异。
所述的扣座为类F形结构，其最长侧边贴合凹口安装，两个平行的边形成扣合限位口，侧扣即扣合在该限位口中，侧扣与限位口的配合，实现窗套板与扣座的活动连接。
本申请中，因PC外墙板与门窗集成板块，门窗外边距离PC结构外边距离不会太大，设计考虑窗套包边金属板直接采用开模铝合金型材，精度可做到高精级；扣座也采用高精级铝合金型材，室外侧直接扣接安装，配合精度高，施工方便。窗套铝型材在窗侧四周采用螺钉固定于附框上，机械连接牢固可靠。
与现有技术相比所具有的优点及效果：
（1）正立面可视面窄边设计，包含密封胶缝总宽度仅有8mm宽，立面视觉效果较好。
（2）窗套板直接采用开模铝合金型材，中间无拼缝，侧立面视觉效果较好，且防水性能好。
（3）开模铝合金型材为高精级，配合精度高，室外侧扣接定位安装准确、方便；室内侧采用螺钉机械连接固定于附框上，连接牢固可靠。
（4）窗套板与PC墙板工厂集成安装，采用密封胶条和密封胶密封，两道防水措施，工厂注胶环境温度、湿度可控，防水性能优异。
（5）铝合金材料永不锈蚀，表面氟碳漆喷涂处理，颜色可选，耐久年限高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，结合图1，包括窗套板1、扣座2、预埋件6和附框9，窗套板1内端通过螺钉一12与附框9固定，以实现窗套板1内端与内墙体A的固定；外端侧壁上设置侧扣16，侧扣16扣合在扣座2中实现两者的活动连接，预埋件6位于PC外墙板7中，扣座2与预埋件6通过螺钉二5固定，以实现窗套板1外端与PC外墙板7的固定；窗套板1外端末尾内侧设置密封胶条3，用于密封PC外墙板7与窗套板1。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的设置和工作原理相同，区别在于：结合图2，PC外墙板7上设置凹口71，扣座2为类F形结构，其最长侧边贴合凹口71安装，两个平行的边形成扣合限位口，侧扣16即扣合在该限位口中，侧扣16与限位口的配合，实现窗套板1与扣座2的活动连接。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的设置和工作原理相同，区别在于：结合图2和图3，PC外墙板7朝向窗套板1的一侧设置凹口71，扣座2位于该凹口71中。本实施例中，凹口71由预埋方管形成。在PC外墙板7中预埋连接钢方管，并做一定的凹口71，凹口71内设计安装扣座2，保证窗套板1连接安装空间。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的设置和工作原理相同，区别在于：结合图2和图3，门窗框13通过螺钉一12安装在窗套板1洞口内侧，窗框四周与内墙体A之间的缝隙采用发泡材料填充形成的填充层11填充严实，保温防水；发泡层11与PC外墙体7之间设置连接件8，该连接件8为L形角钢结构。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的设置和工作原理相同，区别在于：结合图4和图5，窗套板1外端末尾外侧固定设置有方管15，方管15在窗套板1外端形成如图5所示的滴水檐口结构。窗套板1上口采用通用铝方管15与铆钉14固定连接制作滴水檐口，防止雨水返到窗套板1里侧；下口做坡度设计，防止雨水积水，提高防水性能。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的设置和工作原理相同，区别在于：窗套板1外侧末端与PC外墙板7之间以密封胶体4进行密封，且密封胶条3位于该密封胶体4内。在PC墙板7外侧设有密封胶条3，并在密封胶条3外侧注胶密封严实形成密封胶体4，防水性能优异。
本申请在PC外墙板7四周预埋有预埋件6、连接件8和附框9，扣座2通过螺钉二5连接固定于预埋件6上；窗套板1室外侧直接扣接固定于扣座2上，室内侧通过螺钉一12连接固定于附框9上；窗套板1室外侧安装要密封胶条3，密封胶条3外侧注有密封胶并形成密封胶体4，密封严实。
窗上口窗套板1室外侧，通过铆钉14连接固定通用铝方管15，做为滴水檐；窗下口PC外墙板7设计有排水坡度，窗套板1按坡度安装，增强防排水性能。

1.一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：包括窗套板、扣座、预埋件和附框，所述的窗套板内端与附框固定，以实现窗套板内端与内墙体的固定；外端侧壁上设置侧扣，侧扣扣合在扣座中实现两者的活动连接，预埋件位于PC外墙板中，扣座与预埋件固定，以实现窗套板外端与PC外墙板的固定；窗套板外端末尾内侧设置密封胶条，用于密封PC外墙板与窗套板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的PC外墙板朝向窗套板的一侧设置凹口，扣座位于该凹口中。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的凹口由预埋方管形成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的附框与内墙体直接设置有发泡材料形成的发泡层，发泡层与PC外墙体之间设置连接件。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的连接件为L形结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的窗套板外端末尾外侧固定设置有方管，方管在窗套板外端形成滴水檐口结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的窗套板外侧末端与PC外墙板之间以密封胶体进行密封，且密封胶条位于该密封胶体内。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种集成PC外墙板窄边窗套，其特征在于：所述的扣座为类F形结构，其最长侧边贴合凹口安装，两个平行的边形成扣合限位口，侧扣即扣合在该限位口中，侧扣与限位口的配合，实现窗套板与扣座的活动连接。
